How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Stuck on "Checking for active matches"
I'm having an issue with MTG: Arena on PC. whenever I launch the game on PC I get stuck on an infinite "Checking for active matches" loading screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I have installed it on different drives and i have tried using both the epic games launcher as well as the direct download from your website. However, when I access the game on mobile it works perfectly fine. I much prefer the PC experience and would much like to be able to resume playing there. Thanks in advance.

Urabrask's Forge SKIPS past combat phase
Urabrasks's Forge causes the combat phase to skip sometimes when there are no creatures able to attack. It skips the combat phase, THEN creates the tokens and takes you to your end step forcing you to sacrifice the tokens without attacking. It's random and doesn't always happen, but often enough.

Posting this everyday until you ban Etali in Standard Brawl, it's mildly OP and majorly unfun to play against.

MTG Arena Locks up on Android
There are several individual reports with varying votes about this issue, so I'm posting to help raise awareness since the community is failing to search/vote on existing posts.
The steps to reproduce are - playing any match. You choose a match type, select any deck, and press play. At any moment in time thereafter, there is a chance the app will stop rendering the next frame. No crash report, no error message, no log... Just halts.
The workaround is to close the app (if you can), and re open it. Upon re-entering the match again - everything visual becomes broken.…

First off, there are several posts about people not understanding bug submission. It's like you're trying to avoid admitting there are problems.
Attached are the 4 steps a user would take to submit a bug, and the actual option to categorize it as a bug is not available.

Combat
So I have to set a stop to tap my creature for it to be considered “unable” to block.
Maybe more time should be spent on what is going to happen in these situations? The goal can’t possibly be to play full control? If not then you make a creature that must be blocked and a thousand creatures that can tap for abilities. Never foresee a time you want to tap bc something changed?1 vote -
Silver Reward missing text
In the season rewards screen it shows the reward icons for the silver rank correctly (1 pack + gold), but the text under the reward only says "1 pack" (it is missing the gold amount in text).

Opponent’s Jukai Naturalist seemed to give its enchantment discount even when phased-out.
During a Ranked Standard Bo1 game my opponent’s Jukai Naturalist seemed to continue to give its enchantment discount even when phased-out by my March of Swirling Mist. Opponent shocked me by casting Ossification with only one mana!
Sadly no log because played on iPad.

Cant use Mardu Otrider will not discard card
I use pc. And whenever i try to use Mardu Otrider, with discarding a card. It will not discard any of my cards. (tried everything) I have now given up on it. I have played many games with it. It was pure luck that i got throuch a blue deck. This us the default deck that they give you. I see that ther must be something wrong with my setup, but i can't seem to find where the problem is. Anyway. The other decks works great. Kind regards

Auto Resolve Trigger Bug
I would like to request a draft refund. The bug described below cost me the game and resulted in my third loss, despite a strong deck and having turned the corner in the game.
I was playing LOTR Premium draft. I had Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff on board and 1 life remaining. I played Now for Wrath, Now for Ruin! and attacked with 3 creatures. My opponent played Gandalf the White and blocked my 3/2 Took Reaper. At the end of Declare Blockers step, I played Second Breakfast targeting my 3/2 Took Reaper and my unblocked Lotho, Corrupt Shirriff.

Problema connessione
Connection problem (italy, probably with the Tim operator). For all day the game have server connection issue, error updating data and kick out during matches. Please try to contact the operator and fix it, becuase i lost 1 alchemy event and 1 draft for that bug.

Flensing Raptor not giving a buff
Hi. I was in the beggining of a match and my Flensing Raptor didn't gave my other creature buff it was supposed to and it might have impacted not only my gaming experience, which obviously wasnt too good after that, but the whole rest of a game...

Can't target permanent with Leyline Binding
お問い合わせ失礼いたします。ブレー中にバグが発生しましたのでご対応願います。
・各自、土地が約10以上並んだ状態でのプレー中
・相手のエンチャントに対してカウンターで「力線の束縛」を使用したところ、パーマネントを選択できない状態に
・そのまま操作できず、タイムロスで敗戦に上記以外にも様々な場面でパーマネントなどを選択できないことや、操作の不具合が多々有ります。
それによって何度も敗戦しており、プレーをすることができません。
具体的な対応策をご教授いただけますか？また、それに対しての何かしらの補償などは有りますか？

March of the Machine Jin-gitaxias can't transform.
MoM Jin-Gitaxias Can't transform. Even in the deckbuilder screen on arena, there is a message when you hover over the card that says it is not a double faced card, and can't transform. It only shows the front face of the card, and won't show the Great Synthesis on the back side. I assume that this means it can't be used as intended during actual gameplay. Please fix this!

The race swapping of the LOTR characters is racist and should be remedied.
Excluding the Hobbits, all of the characters have been race swapped. This is blatant racism. The likeness of the characters is clearly stated in the source material.

Card Interaction
Smoldering Egg doesn't work with proliferate? The card reads "if it has 7 or more ember counters on it, remove them and transform Smoldering Egg". The catch is that with proliferate, it gets past from 7 ember counters and it doesn't transform. It happened in the Windows version 2023.27.0.1977.1010995
