How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Exquisite Blood combo removes settings wheel
I play mtga on the PC interface. When playing against people who use the life gain life loss combo with the Exquisite Blood card, the settings wheel disappears, leaving no way to exit the game let alone concede the match. This makes it especially frustrating when you are playing a life gain deck that put you in hundreds if not thousands of life and you have to wait 20 plus minutes just to die so you can start a new game. iOS doesn’t handle stacking of identical infinite game loop tokens
iOS handling of creation of multiple tokens in gameplay loops does not cause them to stack.
Steps:
- create a token-producing infinite loop (e.g. soul warden, scurry oak, heliod)
- notice that as you create each token, they are created separate from each previous
- expectation is that once they have entered, they would form a stackThis is a problem because the screen scrolls very quickly and you have to scroll back to original creature to continue the loop.
This wastes a huge amount of time for both player and opponent.
This is handled as expected on PC client…

Not receiving gems for rares/mythic rares
It looks like I have not been receiving gems for the gem rare/mythic rares when they are displayed in packs opened.

Ban Liliana of the Veil and Sheoldred the Apocalypse IMMEDIATELY
Because of your poor decision to include these cards in Dominaria United, the black based decks have taken over all the formats (Explorer and Standard) making the game uplayable and ruining the play experience.
Please ban these cards immediately.

Golden packs do not have two cards from latest set
When golden packs were introduced (https://magic.wizards.com/en/news/mtg-arena/introducing-mtg-arena-golden-packs) it was said that at least two of the cards would be from the current standard set. This does not appear to be the case as I have received at least two golden packs each with only one BRO card in them.
Not that I'm complaining about a pack with three Mythics, but I thought I'd raise the bug either way...

Impossible de jouer en défi amical contre des amis.
À chaque fois : "erreur réseau - impossible d'envoyer le deck", alors que ma connexion est très bien ; de même pour mes amis (testé avec deux amis que ce soit sur Android ou PC).

won't load past "checking for active matches"
On my PC (windows current) game will not load beyond "checking for active matches". It appears to update. I have wiped it several times, and reloaded it. I have tried to reload it a number of times over itself. This has been going on for a couple of months. Nothing works.
I had this problem previously with "Loading Initial Scene", but after a few weeks, it came back and I was able to play. I can't play on my PC.

Improve the Bot (AI) opponent.
I used to play some really old Magic games that are now no longer available on Xbox and Playstation (Magic 2012, Magic 2013, etc.). There was no Player versus Player in those old Magic games so you were forced to play the AI which was great because the AI actually posed a CHALLENGE! The Ai in Magic Arena is absolutely horrendous! It plays moderately decent cards and poses a joke of a challenge in the beginning of the game but turns into a lame duck shortly thereafter. BUG: Brothers War Duplicate protection
I have collected all Rares in [The Brothers War], and so I began opening packs for [Brothers War Alchemy]
I only have 1/3 rares in [Brothers War Alchemy] but when I open packs I am being given 20 gems & no Rare! I am very upset.
this has happened 5-10 times now.... if it was 1 in 100 i could overlook or assume i've made a mistake.... but this is frequent; I am not receiving the product I'm paying for.

Etching of Kumano Exiling creatures without them dying

Etching of Kumano states that If a creature dealt damage this turn by a source you controlled would die, exile it instead. But it is just exiling any creatures that took any damage. They would not die with the damage they took but they still get exiled. Am I reading the card wrong?5 votes -
Prerelease code not working
I picked up a Dominaria United prerelease pack and the code inside doesn’t work. I tried a few times in case of errors on my end but to no avail. It simply gives an error message saying that the code is wrong or already redeemed.

Cannot emote
The bug has never NOT ocurred to me. I cannot emote, even though the "Disable Emotes" option is turned off.
Hovering my cursor over my avatar shows an empty speech bubble, but nothing happens when I click either my Avatar or the bubble.
Clean install didn't fix the issue.
The expected result is to be able to choose an emote after clicking your avatar during a game.

Server Connection Issue
I was casting Shivan Devastator, when the connecting to server screen popped up right before I could select a value for X. Once the server reconnected, the Shivan Devestator remained suspended as shown in the attached screenshot. Previously I had cast a Time Warp I had gotten from Key to the Archive, after attacking with my Ancient Copper Dragon so I could get the treasure tokens to cast the aforementioned spells. Had there not been a server issue, I would have won the game right there, as the Time Warp would have allowed me to attack again. Instead, I almost…

App Not Working
Bug. Cannot access the game via the app. Have deleted, restarted phone and reinstalled app. Stops at “loading asset manifest” and tells me to check my connection.
