How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game becomes unresponsive, unable to take actions, timer does not expire, and unable to concede or leave match
Three times so far today I have started matches (2 in Brawl and 1 in Jump-In). Each game begins normally and a few turns pass before the game stops responding and certain prompts like a discard trigger from a Blood token remain on screen. The timer appears and progresses normally, but does not expire. This has happened both while I have priority and while my opponent has priority. I am unable to concede or leave the match in any way except by restarting the game. Audio and other visual flairs continue to play.

aproach the second sun not working twice in the same turn
I've been running a combo deck and swapped from grapeshot to approach and at least 5 of the games I played with the deck it didn't trigger the second time when I cast approach the second sun twice in a turn making me give up because I blow everything in one turn can win as early as turn 3 but not with this bug I do have 2 different versions of approach in the deck because I only had 1 mythic and 1 rare so that could be why but a mistake like that shouldn't be overlooked that easy dropped…

Bug: not getting quest rewards
The last 2 days (3/17/2022 and 3/18/2022) I completed a daily quest that was suppose to reward 750 gold but rewarded nothing. The quest goes away but no usual fanfare of coins/music and the Claim button. Just returns to the Home screen with no quest.

Garna, Bloodfist of Keld triggering creatures that die on endstep. Requesting entry refund
Garna, Bloodfist of Keld triggered 1 damage on me when a 2/1 trample elemental was sacc'd on end step. The rules of the card state that the creature must die while attacking. Either the rules text is wrong causing players to calculate damage incorrectly or the game is enforcing the rules are wrong.
Requesting a refund for my draft.

Bruenor Battlehammer
Bruenor Battlehammer's 0 mana cost ability does not work. The game does not allow for that option even when the conditions are met.

Allow me to access the settings after I've won or lost without leaving the match
I usually report here when someone lets their timer run out because they're mad at losing. When I do I usually attach a log and a screenshot.
The problem is that to get a log, I have to go to Settings > Report Bug but the Settings button isn't available after I've won but before I leave the match. So I need to leave the match first, but I would rather not so that I can get a screenshot and details about it and make sure everything is correct before submitting.

Progression through the years
I am sorting through my collection and had an idea. It would be specific to each Standard time frame. There would be set standard decks from each Standard Time frame starting back in 1994 with the top Type I decks. You could have a set deck type from those era's and you would play them to get ready for a tournament. You would not progress until you won the tournament for that timeline. Once you won, you would move to the next era. You would not play against other players, but a computer controlled system. So you could only progress…

Please bring back 60 cards historic brawl! With sideboards
I love playing historic brawl, but 100-sigleton decks are just too inconsistent for a 1v1 format. This was fine at first, but now the power level and the speed of the format has rapidly increased with all the new releases, and matches are decided before a very small percentage of the decks are seen, making luck too big of a factor in the outcome (or skewing the winrate towards a very specific subset of commanders).
I understand that 100 card decks are more appealing to commander players, but it would be great to have the option to play with 60…

I guess put more ai in so I don't have to see the same ***** everyday all day. Gets boring especially when they are ropers and mono decks vs my wuberg. You algorithm is **** and your company is ****.

Missing Cards
For the last 24hours all the cards that I have been buying and winning in prizes are not appearing in my collection or anywhere else. What can I do to have them?

Can't start the app with my brand new phone.
I just recently got a new phone the REVVL6, i transferred my Google account over to it and then tried to start MtG Arena but it won't even load. All i get is black screen.
I checked the ststem requirements, they're good (it's the latest android system) and i followed the troubleshooting steps on the Magic website.
Please help, this is my 4th time reaching out, I left a 1star review+request, sent an email, and contacted "support" , and i only get the same stock response to check the troubleshooting page.1 vote -
Enemy Planewalker won't show
The enemy's planewalker is not visible on the screen, so I cannot attack him.

Please fix the issue that every time I select a deck from a main screen to play it will automatically choose the Historic mode even if it's a standard deck.

Opponent's turn burned my timouts in ranked
Player's turn lasted through three of their timeouts, then MY timeouts started burning off. Then, after waiting for SEVERAL minutes for hundreds of effects to resolve and counters to be assigned, after an already lengthy game, once their turn ended, and my turn began, I was immediately disqualified on time. Wasted probably 45 minutes playing that match, just to be disqualified because THEY somehow ran out MY time..... more and more I find excuses to stop wasting my time with this game. Already cut my play time to about 33% of what it was, due to having to constantly issue…
