How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game crash in limited deckbuilding

    steps to reproduce:
    In draft deck building, try to add basic lands to the deck, then maximize deck again. this causes game ti crash. I'm unable to proceed, since this bug persists even after clearing game assets.

    platform: android

    expectation: no crash

  2. Game crash: animated cards

    Step to reproduce:
    Play any kind of game. When an opponent plays an animated card, the game crash. If trying to rejoin the game crash again until the game is lost by timeout

    Platform:
    Androïd with a Galaxy A54 5G

    Actual results:
    The game crash and is lost by timeout

    Expected results:
    Game stay stable even if oponent play animated cards

  4. System crash

    Crash in-game due to a "big" stack...
    And i was about to play wrath of god i'd lost the chance to generate opponent frustration ^^ and also make him smile because the play should be crazy...
    Maybe you can send him a message for me with my screen shot 🤣
    Anyway, I was so sad to wasn’t able to finish this game...

  5. Uro crash from mobile

    every time i play from mobile (android pixel 7) and my opponent play Uro the sistem crash and i automatically lose the match.
    thi is appening in my cube draft and i finish my draft for this reason.

  6. Food token causing crash

    I had a card that created a food token come out at the exact same time another card’s triggered ability created a food token. I think the overlapping animations are what caused the crash. Brand new iPad

  7. Came bug, crash (often issue)

    The game always crash while i am playing. I use iphone 12 or pc. And i always have problems in limited and constructed. Is always stressful to use the app. I accumulate losses due to those bugs. I ve already put some money on the app but i will never buy anything from arena again. It is scamming. What is the reason to buy stuff and suddenly the came crash. No ****. It is really sad that a nice game is going on this direction.

  8. Stoke the flames causing mobile client to crash

    Casting Stoke the Flames in the Powered Cube is causing the android client to crash.

  9. crash after find match

    After updating on iOS, version 18.7.1 (2026/04/15) Game crash after clicking PLAY, then FIND MATCH. I can play Midweek, maybe it works for other events too. Also, deckbuilding works. Just impossible to find a match. I've already uninstalled and reinstalled the app (same problem)
    On Windows PC the game works perfectly.

  10. Fatal Push causes MTG Arena client to crash when the spell successfully resolves

    When Fatal Push resolves successfully and destroys the target creature, the MTG Arena client crashes/closes unexpectedly. This occurs during resolution, not during targeting. The log shows:
    "The file 'archive:/CAB-09f52efc92902f895425c0d8db27a245/...' is corrupted! Remove it and launch unity again!"
    and "[Position out of bounds!]".

  11. Crash on opening the game: Mac Tahoe 26.5

    Hello,

    I'm reporting a crash that occurs every time I launch MTG Arena on my Mac.

    System info:
    - App version: 2026.59.20
    - Device: MacBook Air (Mac15,13) – Apple M3, 16 GB RAM
    - OS: macOS 26.5 beta (25F71)
    - Architecture: ARM-64 (native, not Rosetta)

    The app crashes approximately 20 seconds after launch, after the "loading initial screen", before reaching the main screen. The exception type is EXC_CRASH (SIGTRAP) on the main thread, originating in UnityPlayer.dylib and GameAssembly.dylib.
    I attach the mac log error. And the log found in the wizard of the coast folder.

  12. Tazri Beacon of Unity

    Tazri Beacon of Hope Softlock causing losses.

    Currently on a PC, having purchased the game through epic games.

    Have had 2 sperate instances of this happening

    When you go to activate his ability, as others have said, 5 mana opptions come up, when there should be only one.
    The game then is essentially waiting for you to make a selection, normally this would be either the colored mana or 2 of any color, for each slot.
    Since the 5th slot is empty, it is still waiting for a selection, but none are able to be made, as its an empty…

  13. Crash on opening the game after last update

    Hello,

    I'm reporting a crash that occurs every time I launch MTG Arena on my Mac through the Epic Games app.
    The game worked perfectly until yesterday's last update (June 16, 2026).

    System info:
    - macOS Tahoe 26.5.1

    - Device: MacBook Pro 13-inch, M1, 2020, 8MB

    The app crashes approximately 20 seconds after launch, after the "loading initial screen", before reaching the main screen.

  14. crash

    During two of my cube drafts the game has crashed on PC while in a draft. Specifically this happens when you are dragging a card in the pack to be placed in the deck area and the timer runs out. When that happens the game picks a random card and freezes up. It then gives you a "unexpected pick error" and the game closes out. This has happened twice accross two drafts so it should be reproducible.

  16. Bug: Mass token generation causes client crash and draw

    When combining token multipliers (e.g. Elspeth, Storm Slayer) with Exalted Sunborn buffs from Cotton Caretaker, then playing a token-creation spell (Hop To It / Release the Dogs), the resulting token count exceeds what the client can handle, forcing the game to end in a draw.
    Suggested fix: Cap the maximum number of tokens that can be created in a single trigger (e.g. 500 or 1000). Any excess tokens beyond the cap are simply not created. This preserves gameplay while preventing the crash.

  17. Game crash during SOS premier draft

    Game crash during SOS premier draft. It just looks like win for me, as opponent timer run out and game finished premier draft. Than I could not log in. I have reinstalled MTG:Arena and get back to find out, I have lost.

    Please, give me at least paertial refund. I like to do premier drafts and I am running out of crystals this way.

    Also, when I click in last second to choose a card during a draft, it doesn't record. That is know bug, as I have seen it to happen on populars Twitch streams.

  19. During Best of 3 (BO3) sideboarding sometimes top UI menu crashes to white

    When sideboarding in BO3 sometimes UI will "crash to white". The top bar becoming nigh-unreadable.

    The effect will remain until the next restart of the game.
