How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Braided net causes the game to crash
When i play Braided net it get stuck on the right side.
And everything slows down.
The lands look like the don't untap.Playing on steam.

draft crash and impossible to reconnect 2 times in the last 7 days
This happened to me twice last week: playing a quick draft event game crashed in the load scrren, closed and return to windows desktop. Then, I tried to reconnect few times and the same happened. I surrended and lost my match
Today it happend again. I needed to restart my pc to run the game again
Very frustrating, hope you fix this soon.
Please fix this bug

MTGA Crashes on Mac
MTGA keeps crashing during the loading screen in Mac Sonoma 14.5 (latest version). I uninstalled and reinstalled MTGA through Epic Games to no avail.

Freeze and crash of the general client user interface drafting on MAC
On April 10th, I was playing draft and the game starts to freeze and run very slow, finally the game kicked me of and make me loose my 3rd match finishing the draft, I certainly have good options to keep winning. My internet connections worked great all the time.
I'm running a mac running sequoia with 40gb of ram.

Crashing when entering matches.
I am playing on Android, and in some matches, just as the game is about to start, as in move from the finding match screen to displaying the avatars of the players, the screen freezes, the audio stutters and then freezes, and finally the game crashes. Attempting to reopen the client has the same result. It is important to note that this does not happen on all matches, but when entering a match causes the client to crash, every time I reload the client and it attempts to rejoin that match it will crash again. Game crashed during premier draft
MTGA crashed during drafting. After that I couldn't restart the game immediately to rejoin a draft (An error occurred... screen appeared). I request full reimbursement for the draft.

iPad 6th gen with iPadOS 17.7.10 crashes frequently
It seems that there's a memory leak.
Long sessions, or long games, cause a crash.
Even browsing the store and swiping across many items.
As a software engineer, it seems that cards displayed are not managed and disposed when no longer on screen, and this potentially causes a memory leak.
While this crash may only be apparent on older or low memory devices, I do believe the fix would boost the interface of all platforms.1 vote -
trying to change companion crashes game
Clicking on the "Companion" button in any context crashes my client. Whether I try to change it from the Profile tab or within the deck builder clicking on it consistently and immediately crashes the app direct to desktop. Client is running on Windows PC.

Vivian Reed planes walker crashes game
During the recent pick 2 mid-week event, anytime I played the Vivian Reed planeswalker card on my iPhone iOS, the game crashed. The app would not reload until the game was over, otherwise it would crash before re-entering the game. It happened twice within a period of about 15 minutes.

Game keeps crashing after update
The program keeps crashing after the new update. The issue seems to be worse, when more cards are in play.
Im playing on a PC and havent experienced the issue before.
The issue busted my draft-run, hence I lost turns do to the game crashing.

game kicked me out of match in a draft
I was in a premier draft of Aetherdrift, and I got kicked out of a game while I was playing it. It didn't crash or anything, it just got me out of the game. I just realized now after a new game that it happened. It ruined my draft and made me lose.

My client is crashing with every interaction.
My client is crashing with every interaction. It happens whenever I interact with the store or try to change daily quests. I am on PC. Simply hovering over the quest change icon causes a crash. This started with Edge of Eternities. I tried re-installing the software and it still happens every time.

Game crashes with Satoru Umezawa
Specifically whenever I use ninjutsu to cheat out Summon: Bahamut, the game will just crash as soon as he's on the field. This happens every single time I put it out, not sure if other creatures are affected like this but the game HATES me when I try to do this.

Copies of Badgermole Cub Crash the Game in a Draw
- Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
- make man copies of the badgermole usually 10 does it i think then tap a land that was earthebend'ed for mana
- Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
- PC, MAC does not matter both have done it
- Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

App is crashing a lot since last update
Hey MTGA development team. Since your last update, the game is crashing a lot. It already happened in different parts, homepage, deck editor and mainly during battles. The game just close out of nothing. I have and updated android version on a Samsung Galaxy S10.

start your engines
Either player putting a spell with the Start Your Engines mechanic on the stack has regularly caused my game to crash, causing me to lose ranked matches in Standard as well as Premier Draft games

Client crashes regularly
The MTG Arena client on Android crashes regularly and takes forever to reconnect. This morning I was playing a Premier Draft event until I got to a point when I got paired to a match which resulted in client crash with no error message. I tried reconnecting several times but the app kept crashing. When it finally reconnected, it turned out I already lost the game which was my final one in the event. That's so frustrating!!!

Client Crashed during draft match
Client crashed during a Quick Draft, rendering me unable to play my turn, and resulting in a match loss. Is there a way to reverse the loss so I can play the full Draft? Thanks!
