How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Cannot enter collection screen
Occurred at 2026/6/19 6:51 (UTC).
The collection screen cannot be opened.
Maybe the fact that I am playing from Japan (and my time zone has always been JST) is related.
The time when this issue occurred was 6/19 15:51 in JST.
Maintenance is scheduled to start at 6/19 15:30 UTC, which is 6/20 0:30 JST.
In other words, could it be that testing has not been done in different time zones?
Steps to reproduce:
- Launch MTG Arena
- Open the Deck tab
- Click the Collection button
Result:
- It does not transition to the Collection screen

brawl matchmaking
Brawl matchmaking seems to be broken. Playing Omnath, Locus of Creation I have queued into ragavan 10 times in a row including 6 straight against the same person.

Can't join the game
Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ? Thanks in advance

Daily wins and ranking not working
I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).

rewards
Rewards and experience not given for appropriate progress and actions. Have played 10 games across the accepted formats and have received no credit for winning or playing lands.

mission is not progressing
so my mission says to do white or blue spells and im using a white and blue deck and everytime i do a spell its not progressing also when i win the game i cant even get the first reward of the day the 200 coins i dont know how to fix this

Collection Disappeared
The Mirage-version illustrations of "Enlightened Tutor" and "Mystical Tutor" have disappeared from my collection, and my deck is now marked as invalid.
A similar issue previously occurred with "Force of Negation," and "Entomb," but that appears to have been resolved.
Could you please investigate this issue?

Cloned Starter Decks get stuck on “Waiting for the server” when trying to edit them
When trying to edit cloned Starter Decks, the game gets stuck indefinitely on the “Waiting for the server” screen.
Platform: PC / Windows
Steps to reproduce:
- Open MTG Arena.
- Go to the Decks section.
- Select any Starter Deck.
- Clone the Starter Deck.
- Try to edit the cloned deck.
- Observe that the client shows “Waiting for the server” and remains stuck with an infinite loading spinner.
Actual result:
The game stays indefinitely on the “Waiting for the server” screen. The loading spinner never finishes, and the deck editor does not open.Expected result:
The cloned Starter Deck should open normally in the deck editor, allowing the player to modify and save the deck.Additional information:
This issue only happens with cloned Starter Decks. I tested editing other imported decks, and those decks can be edited normally without getting stuck. The issue appears to be isolated to Starter Decks after cloning them.Workaround:

When playing in a challenge, the deck image is displayed

The UI specifications for direct matches have changed, but when you play in a challenge, your deck image will be displayed.
This is fine if it's just casual play, but it's problematic to have it displayed in competitive events as well.
This is because it shows your key cards and the cards you've put in, giving your opponent some room to guess your deck.
In real card games, the only information your opponent knows is the sleeves and the number of cards in your deck (excluding generals and companions).
Furthermore, the deck image used on the Arena screen should be free to be an auto-selected one, your own partner, or whatever.
Changing this to a completely unrelated card or using a distinctive card to camouflage it is not an appropriate way to enjoy the game.
Players should not be competing over elements other than the actual gameplay.I think the deck image should be changed to include options other than cards, or to more inoffensive, casual information such as sleeves.
直接対戦するUI仕様が変わりましたが、その際チャレンジで対戦するとデッキイメージが表示されてしまいます。
これはカジュアルプレイだけならまだしも、競技イベントでも表示されることは問題があります。
キーカード、投入しているカードが表示されてしまい、ある程度相手にデッキを推測する余地を与えてしまうためです。
現実のカードゲームで、対戦相手に知られる情報はスリーブとデッキ枚数程度です。（ジェネラルやコンパニオンを除いて）
またアリーナの画面上で使うデッキイメージは自動選択だったり、自分のパートナーだったり、自由であるべきです。
これを全く関係ないカードに変えたり、カモフラージュするために特徴的な別のカードにすることは、適切な楽しみ方ではないと考えます。
本来のゲームプレイ以外の要素で争わせるべきではないです。
デッキイメージをカード以外の選択肢に変えるか、スリーブなど当たり障りのないカジュアルな情報に変更すべきだと考えます。auto transration

Filter Broken - format drop down broken, color filter broken, reset button broken...etc
PC Filter Broken - Color selection and format drop down not working. Deck card count not appearing for selected format. Re-wrote directory files, did not resolve the issues. May uninstall and re-install on laptop.

un able to make ne deck
for some reason i am unable to make new decks i got some new cards and wanted to make a new deck for alchemy i can see all my cards but when i select alchemy it still shows all my cards even invalid ones it is also doing it for standard and other formats i am on the steam format for pc

Won't load decks if any older decks clicked - will allow a new deck to be made - endless "Waiting for the server ..."
Local problem, I think. Repair Files apparently loads local files without issue.

Can't create alchemy deck. bug.
"Waiting for server" nothing happening. Even if i uninstall and install. Even if I restart my cellphone.

spiderman cards glitch?
just updated my game on mtg arena, on android. a bunch of my cards turned into Spiderman cards and I don't like it. please fix this.

Death Necromancy same five decks
I am not sure where to start. I play against the same rotation of overpowered decks constantly the one above is the most frequent and the other most frequent is the blue white control deck. Maybe yall should rethink some cards because if everyone is playing the same 5 decks its boring and really makes all the other cards worthless, and I mean worthless. Games that end on turn 2 and is fast than what red decks are supposed to be known for as speed decks. Its all too much. Somehow you have all but eliminated mid game decks, they do not exist. Its either go off early or go off late. I don't know how to tell you to fix it becuse the game has gone so far but it clearly needs something.

Brawl matchmaking (if not ranked, score the decks)
Brawl matchmaking is unfair and I uninstalled the game because of this. Some friends got me thinking about commander again, so I thought I would reinstall Arena and have some fun. Instead it was a few hours of misery, because literally 90% of my opponents had high-pace optimized decks. I could not even come close to competing with my outdated decks. To be clear, I am not trying to hate on the power level of good decks/cards, but rather that the matchmaking is deplorable and it made me quit the game. Since it is not Ranked (by player), perhaps the algorithm needs to quantitatively estimate the deck strength for matchmaking purposes.

After a draft I cant rejoin the event, its unfair as I want so badly to draft freely. Sad that when this time come I cant enjoy it.

250 card deck Bug
You cannot have 250 non basic lands and 15 perms in side board or the deck becomes invalid.
overall way to repeat the bug: try to put 15 hare apparent in the side board then try to put 250 hare apparent in the main deck. you get locked to 235 in the main deck and placing other cards in the main deck will result in invalid deck. you must remove 1 hare apparent and have 16basic lands to have a valid deck with 15 side board...

I haven't received the SOS pre-order
I purchased the SOS version of the card pack pre-order yesterday. I received the card back, but after the new version was launched today, I didn't receive pre-ordered card packs. I noticed that many other players have reported the same issue on the forum. I hope the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. If necessary, I can upload relevant files as proof.
