How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTGA.exe is not responding
The game opens normally, but when I hover over the daily missions or enter the deck builder, the game crashes and the message appears:
MTGA.exe is not responding
I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it in several ways, but I didn't get any results.
I've also updated my drivers and tried the solutions mentioned in the known issues.21 votes -
mastery and rewards
I have played countless games the last couple of days and i have received 0 rewards, xp, in both my daily rewards and mastery section of Magic the Gathering: Arena on PC. my tasks were to play white and green spells, i used an entirely white and green deck for multiple runs and still nothing. I have not gotten any progress in these challenges. Please advise and fix my bugs.

Death by Vanilla achievement not being completed after requirements fulfilled
The Death by Vanilla achievement (new in the Yargle Day update) is not being completed even though I have won two games casting only creatures with no abilities. The only creature in my deck is Yargle (a vanilla 9/3) so I should have completed this twice.

Death by vanilla achievement not counting
The new "Death by Vanilla" achievement through the yargle event did not count after winning 2 games.
The first i had played 5 vanilla creatures total but i had given one of them hexproof until end of turn, so im not sure if that disqualifies it.
The second game i played 7 vanilla creatures total and went out of my way to make sure not to give them any abilites whatsoever and it still did not count.
Being that this is a timed event, it needs to either be fixed asap or the time needs to be extended

Jump In 3 Times event mission
For the jump in 3 times mission, I have completed it at least three times with a variation of doing the same jump in 3 times, resigning each time, resigning each time without going back to the home screen, and trying a couple different jump ins and have spent a couple tokens and aprox. 3-5K in gold to try and complete it but it has never progressed past 2 out of 3. Is there a workaround for this or is it bug? I have seen other people have the same issue as well.

Game not giving priority on triggers
On attack, my opponent flickered Skyclave Apparition with Ephemerate. The ETB trigger for Skyclave went off, targeting my attacking World Shaper. Despite having 1 Treasure open and Corrupted Conviction in hand, I was not given priority to sacrifice my World Shaper in response to the targeting.
The next turn, Ephemerate's Rebound resolved, and when the Skyclave Apparition triggered its ETB targeting another one of my creatures, I was given priority to sacrifice that creature to Corrupted Conviction. I had exactly the same amount of mana available in both circumstances, but was not given the ability to play my card in…

Didn't receive my 2K gold for Mastery Track completion
I didn't receive my 2K gold for completing level 33 of Through The Omenpaths Mastery. I've tried restarting the game but it still doesn't appear.

rope
You guys need to penalize rope burners. At least in anything outside of standard play.
Once, fine after that, you've given an exploit that is used to an obnoxious advantage.
"give people a means to exploit a situation and they will". At least in person there are penalties for these behaviors.

Complete 3 quick draft matches quest did not give rewards or register progress
After completing a final fantasy quick draft, the quest gave no rewards and registered no progress, still showing 0/3 games played.

Missing cards after purchase
After purchase of a card in the daily deal section, I purchased another card without clicking “claim”. Neither purchase found it’s way to my account, but the costs were incurred by my account. This has happened on 3 occasions.

Weird amount of gold given and draft joined without player input
I closed the game earlier today and when I logged back in when I got home I received a reward of 300 gold, which I noticed was odd because as far as I know there’s no way to receive exactly 300 gold. Then I noticed that some of my gems were missing and as I was investigating I noticed that I had “started” a quick draft. The prompt is for me to resume drafting but I’m not clicking it for evidence. I have no idea how this occurred or why, it’s all very strange

claimed experience
After receiving the 1000 experience as the reward through in-game mail, I received the prize for the level gain. It took a few minutes to update on the tracker on the Mastery tab.
The issue came when I played another match, cleared one of my daily quests, earned 750 xp and gained the same level I had gained for the bonus experience listed above.1 vote -
Unable to use Mazemind Tome Artstyle despite owning the same set of card
Today's daily deal had the Parallax "Foundations" version of card Mazemind Tome.
I have the regular Foundations version of the card so I purchased the parallax version and went to my collection to apply it and it is not available. I have included a screen shot of the store showing it was purchased and no longer available. And another screen shot showing my collection with the regular Foundations card but not the parallax version I just purchased.63 votes -

Daily Deals tried to sell me a cosmetic I already own
This needs to be addressed ASAP as it probably constitutes fraud. Today a cosmetic for "Murder" showed up in the store. Its a common card, so I looked up which cosmetics I already had. In my collection, it shows that I have 8 different versions of this INCLUDING the one it listed as on sale in the store. Usually the store will display "already purchased" but now WOTC is trying to sell me the same thing twice. Thank goodness I didn't fall for the scam.

Kicked out of premier draft game causing loss
Randomly Kicked from Duskmorn premier draft game and given a loss.
During the match I was randomly kicked from the game (sudden black screen, no loading or "waiting for server") and was returned to the draft screen. I had no loss at first but after checking the deck when I returned to the screen I had 1 loss. It happened so suddenly I wasn't able to capture any footage or screenshot. Can't Purchase Gems in Steam Version of Game
I recently switched to the Steam Version of the game so that updates would be managed by the steam client. Since doing so, however, I am no longer able to purchase gems.
I have already confirmed that the Steam In-Game Overlay is enabled both in the Steam General settings and for Magic Arena specifically. My steam wallet has a payment method linked as well.
After clicking the price on the "Confirm Purchase" screen, the screen returns back to the store, and nothing else happens. There are no errors, or any feedback given. I have attached my log, which seems…

Cannot see more than 3 Auras or Equipments on any given creature.
I am not able to see more than 3 attachments on a creature. Whether they be my creatures or my opponents. Whether they be artifacts or enchantments.
