Sudden Loss
While browsing emotes, I was subjected to a sudden loss, as if i conceded the match, but I did not. Both players were low on life, but non had received lethal damage. I suspect that the other player actually conceded, because there was no feasible way for him to win, but I ended up losing and the downtick on my ladder progress.
I did receive the rewards for a win, however, which were 50g and 25xp.

Game just completely fell apart
Was playing a game when it just stopped letting me play the cards I want. I tried to play a card with X cost, selected X (which was also less than I should have been able to pay but it wouldn't let me pay any more) but when I selected Pay it just went back to my hand. I tried to restart the game but when I did, literally all assets had disappeared from the battlefield. Either my opponent was somehow hacking or this is a major issue

Make Quitting a Game Only Available On Your Own Turn
Quitting a match should only be allowed at the beginning of your own main phase.
Since achievements and challenges are a thing, some of them are extremely difficult to do because opponents just quit in the middle of a build up or as soon as they realize they are going to lose. Quitting during your own turn would at least allow a person to finish out how their deck will work and complete challenges.

resolve trigger for Planetarium of wan shin tong
Bug: no chance to intervene with interaction/removal play from Planetarium of wan shin tong after seeing which card was pulled.
Platform: windows/steam
Actual result: after resolving Planetarium of wan shin tong trigger bumi bash appeared and resolved without me having a say.
Expected result: I would see which card is being played and would be able to trigger any instant ability like zuko, exiled prince's 3 mana ability before the card resolves.

all lands where untapped so i had enough mana even without the firebending that was burrowed in the stack

Draft event quality
I will not waste my time or money on your draft events any longer. After years of trying to enjoy these drafts I have to say that it is incredibly disappointing that you haven't made some sort of fix to help with the fact that we can't play within our pods. I understand that time constraints don't allow it to be possible restricted BUT there could be other means tested to help. The fact that I face FOUR very stacked Black/Green Elf decks in a row. Unexpected loss when doing thassa's oracle - tainted pact combo
played Thassa's Oracle in my fourth game of the brawl metagame challenge. In response to the trigger I played Tainted Pact. Since I had 60+ cards remaining in my deck, I let the rope die and it automatically declines every card and sends my deck to zero. Opponent had only red mana and no counterspells in their hand (I checked with duress). Suddenly, in process of declining cards, the game said I lost. I don't know what happened but I surely think I should've won the game.

Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main
Wizards, the wisp tutorial keep showing up every single time i click at the main interface of the client, where the quests are, telling me to complete them. Other people reported this and this bug persist after 2 months. Please, fix that, because it is extremely irritating every single time we opne the client and finish a match for this to happen.

In the middle of matches, getting freeze screen with options button disappearing unenabling options for leaving match,multiple times today.
Freezes in midmatch with loss of option tab for backing out, only option left is to completely shut down app and reload, games not loading into match you left, automatically making it a loss. Has happened 4 times today, never in 3 years previous to last patch, I've tried uninstalling, and reloading, clearing cache, updating, it's definitely on your side.

Fairy
Every time I come back to the menu from a match or just opening the app, the tutorial fairy will do the “What an adventure! You’re on your way to becoming a great plainswalker. You’ve got a quest. If you complete it, you’ll get a reward. Go here when you’re ready to play again”. It’s been like 3 months of this and I keep hoping to see it patched with every passing update. I am on mobile iOS

Constant Game Crashing
I was beyond excited to try this game as my friend has gotten me into magic. However I’m having constant issues. I’m playing on iOS device with the latest update for iOS and the game itself. Soon after completing the tutorial the game kicked me to my Home Screen and once I loaded back up the game just sat in the loading screen. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes and it just continued to sit at the first loading screen when launching the game. After doing some research I decided to delete the game and reinstall. Once doing that…

Evident Error in Advertised Packs for Mastery Pass Level Boost
When browsing the mastery pass for Lorwyn Eclipsed I noticed the absolutely astronomical pack offerings for skipping 10+ levels. At skipping 10 levels for 2,500 gems, from 5 to 15, it was offering 600 Edge of Eternities packs. Skipping higher levels offered THOUSANDS of packs. I tested the pack offering, skipping the 10 levels, to test this error and received a nominal amount of advertised packs. Please see attached image representing the UI bug.

Sparky since last but one Update
Since the last but one update Sparky has been appearing on the home screen every time it opens. This has not been the first time you've had problems with the pesky sprite.
Accepted she is useful as the tutorial guide for new players, despite the annoying voice, but once play is well beyond the tutorial stage she is completely superfluous for all intents and purposes. Therefore, could you allow all players a functioning button to disable/enable the little pest as and when they see fit?

Historic Brawl does not appear in Play > Find Match on my account.
I have:
Completed all five Color Challenges (all show completed with green ticks)
Played Jump In
Played Standard Play and Alchemy Play
Restarted and logged out/in multiple times
Standard Brawl is available, but Historic Brawl never appears.
This appears to be an account unlock bug rather than a gameplay issue.

Missed out on half of a draft due to matchmaking bug.
Warning to anyone who might read this: do not do any drafting until the matchmaking bug is fixed.
- Steps to reproduce: try drafting.
- Mac, via Steam, and iOS.
- The pack passing freezes and you don't get to draft additional cards. Then it disconnects, and when you try to log back in it stops on "Waiting for Server" screen. It lets you log back in once the draft timer is finished, but the client will have auto-drafted your deck.
- Expected results: being able to draft normally.

when challenging a friend in brawl, match will get stuck in an endless countdown loop
When playing friendly brawl, the game will begin the countdown, but when timer hits zero, instead of starting the match it starts counting up and gets stuck. Restarting the match lobby or the game doesn't always resolve the issue. Used to only happen maybe 30% of the time, but now it's doing it almost half the time.

DSK Set not showing as completed
I have just used a devastating amount of around 100 rare wildcards and 50 Mystic wild cards to complete the 4x achievement of finishing a set. The set just finished was duskmourn. However, it did not recognize any completion of the set of in my account and in the achievement section. Why did it not complete the set and give me the achievement?

Mastery Pass Level Boost UI Issue
Hi, I noticed that the Mastery Pass level boost was displaying extremely large numbers of booster packs (see attached image). I spent 6,500 gems to test whether this was accurate, but only received the normal number of packs.
Since this appears to be a UI error, is it possible to receive a refund for the gems spent?

Sigardian evangel needs changed. Alchemy cards need more QA.
This needs to be changed. The conjured card needs to lose the ability to conjure another one. Completely broken.

Profile for Pioneer Masters Does Not Agree With the Deck Builder
My Profile says that I have not yet fully completed the Pioneer Masters set, but the deck builder does not show any more cards that I need to craft to fully complete the set. I have a four of everything according to the deck builder. The same thing can be said about the M19 core set as well.
