How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

freeze in begining of games all format
As soon as we make mulligan choiceit freezes since this morning. Can't start games on android. It don't even let pass de waiting for opponent screen sometimes

Bug
When I enter matches i can't see my cards or can't enter gameplay. The matchmaking works and everything else as well, but im not able to play and my timer bar runs down without me having a choice to mulligan or even see or play my cards

Game keeps freezing
I have been playing Arena on iOS. Today, my game started freezing when I try to load into a game. I first noticed it when I joined a Standard Event. I loaded into my first match, started playing, then the game randomly closed during the match. I then reloaded the game. I went to the event and it showed that I had 0 wins or losses, as if my game hadn’t happened. Now, whenever I try to join a game of any kind, it freezes after drawing the initial hands. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I rebooted my phone. Nothing has worked yet.

Can't get past seeing my hand
When playing a Standard Brawl game after being able to look at my hand the game gets "stuck" if I'm going first wether I Mulligan or take it the game moves forward but it never gets past that, timer shows up... I wait, timer ends and the game just seems to stop. Same if I'm second except I never get passed the opportunity to decide wether to keep or Mulligan.
I have captured the logs but don't know how to share them, this is a Pixel 7 phone with and Android OS.

cannot start a match
match making stalls in various stages sometimes abandoning the match after some time other times stays stuck without the opportunity to keep or mulligan

What the heck is going on tonight?
Basically, when I try to load into a game I either get a long queue or I can’t take any action. Thanks for the help

game won't continue or end
The game get's stuck in the loading screen and when it does load into a match, it gets stuck in the mulligan phase as if the opponent isn't there and will run the timer, but not end the game. when I try to concede to go back to the home screen it does not end the game.

Not able to start matches
Everything I try to start a match I can not get to the actual game play. It either queues for a long time or does match, ask if I want to go first then just sits on the main game play screen never drawing cards.

server issues
I can't seem to play the game. Each time I get in, it shows like the opponent is trying to choose to play or draw first, either my timer starts to run or theirs, and once the timer runs out, it just stays in that mode, and you cannot concede. Also, after each different screen change, it tries "connecting to server" and my Wi-Fi is fine.

Beginning of match bug
At the beginning of the match, no hand is drawn, no ability to concede, and the timer runs out but doesnt end the match, and all counters are at 999.

Server unresponsive, game is hanging on most actions.
Steps to reproduce:
Launch MTG Arena and log in
Enter any match (tested with multiple new matches)
Attempt any game actionPlatform: PC
Actual results: Game actions hang or respond with significant delay. Client UI remains responsive but server acknowledgment of actions is slow or times out. Issue persists across multiple matches and client restarts.
Expected results: Game actions should process immediately with normal server response times.
Additional context: Status page (magicthegatheringarena.statuspage.io) shows all systems operational during the issue, suggesting either a localized routing problem or an issue not (yet) captured by their monitoring.9 votes -
Deck Building Issue
Is anyone else on IOS having the issue in deckbuilding during a draft where the back button in this screen does not work? You have to cancel deck building (and all current deck building changes) to return to the draft deck.

Is impossible to cast lightwheel enhancement from graveyard despite you are at max speed

Max Speed - Lightwheel Enhancements Can't Be Cast from the Yard
During a match of Standard Bo1 I obtained Max Speed but Lightwheel Enhancements couldn't be cast from my yard.
There was nothing unique about the board state that would have caused this. It seems pretty plain broken. Pictures and log attached.

Tutorial repetition
Each time I opened the home page, the tutorial flashed. Informing me that we are able to gain reward after meeting its request. And then it disappeared without any guidance. I'm sure that I have passed all tutorial. Unfortunately, I failed to start a dual in PC since the tutorial appeared. I failed to enter any game since the annoying tutorial flashed in the home page!

Brawl states I have too may copies of a card that states i can have any number of copies
I have cid timeless artificer which states I can have as many copies in a deck as I want, but when I try to play it it gives an error that I have too many copies. If I remove them all and replace them with something like islands its fine, but if I add even one extra it gives me that error

Tutorial Dragonhand Shadow bug
Doing the tutorial and the game freezes during the Dragonhand Shadow fight. I can get up to where you use the card to create three flyers in order to block the incoming attack. Though the flyers never show up. It's just frozen. I've tried clicking everything I can, no blocks just has the game say you have to block because too much damage is coming in. But I can't do anything because my hand is empty. No new cards appear in my hand like the card the game makes you play says should happen. Three 1/1 flyers to block the flash 2/1s that are attacking me.

Kotis
Kotis not working again. Issue first began with update. Issue was resolved, but started again this morning. When kotis deals combat damage, it exiles opponents library but does not allow the cards to be cast.
