How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Game crashing again

    The game crashes at random intervals during a match and I am unable to rejoin that match without it crashing. This happened once before, its happening again. Tends to be whenever they play a plainswalker. Nothing is wrong on my end, cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled. Phone is up to date, samsung s23+, perfect wifi. If there was a way to log the crash that would be nice but I cant open the app till the match is over on the server's side. Also, I am unable to leave a review in the playstore.   3. Mobile game constant crashing

    Since the release of Neon Dynasty my game constantly crashes during gameplay. I am playing on mobile iOS. It happens every other game and has caused me to lose countless games effecting my ability to climb the ranked ladder. It’s very difficult to keep playing when I can’t make any progress from the game closing and not letting me rejoin games.

  5. The card "Vincent's limit break" crashes the game on android during quick draft.

    I can't play the card "Vincent's limit break" without crashing the game. I am playing a quick draft and now I don't want to play anymore because of this dreaded bug. Already lost a game, it was so infuriating having this card in hand while my opponent was casting removal on my creatures with ETB triggers and casting it just to have the game crash before I could choose which tier of the card to cast. I really hope this will get resolved soon. A compensation for everyone who suffered from this nasty bug would be nice too. Good…

  6. Match doesn't start

    This situation occurs both PC and Steam.
    Match doesn't start more than 5 minutes.
    All I can see is 'Currently Waiting: 0:01, 0:02...' and It doesn't start, crash, just Waiting...
    I think my account is in trouble (not client or PC, because I reinstalled/changed it multiple times), but I don't know how to solve this problem.

  7. Freeze and crash of the general client user interface drafting on MAC

    On April 10th, I was playing draft and the game starts to freeze and run very slow, finally the game kicked me of and make me loose my 3rd match finishing the draft, I certainly have good options to keep winning. My internet connections worked great all the time.

    I'm running a mac running sequoia with 40gb of ram.

  8. Double tapping Q for an extreme amount of mana crashed the game

    this is bot match and the game already struggled with many tokens Spelunking.
    normally it would crash just after the second Doppelgang.
    this situation got some improvement after the latest update.
    please keep track this situation and improve it.

  9. Game crashed when I was playing premier draft of final fantasy

    My game crashed when I was playing the premier draft of final fantasy, resulting in a t2 loss to an opponent. I would like to recieve my game back, so I can try again. This was my pennultimate game. That was not fair.
    The application cited that I could not connect to the server. The crash consisted in me being unable to declare a blocker and therefore losing by time.
    Last game I played all went fine.
    I am playing in PC, windows.

  12. Game exits to home screen

    Starting a few weeks ago, I've been experiencing game crashes on mobile (Android), but the app doesn't actually crash, I just get booted to the Arena home screen. If I start a new game, I can search and enter a new game. But if I exit the app and reopen it, I'll return to the game I was playing.

    This probably is debilitating and I can't play until it's fixed.

  13. Game crash on entering a match in a particular batllefield background (the pond one)

    Game crashes on Windows as soon as I enter a match with one particular battlefield background: the one with the water with lilies on the top, and stone shore on the bottom. I know it is that one as the game will load on Android mobile.

  14. Persistant crashes when entering standard matches

    Hello!

    The issue I am having is when I try to load a game/match with an online player, I receive a crash and I am kicked out of the game immediately. Every other aspect of the application works, deckbuilding, opening packs etc.

    What happens; Whenever I load up a match, during the screen when it says it is finding an opponent etc. When the screen shows ‘ready’ on the screen I then hear the intense horn-like sound that usually plays when you see your opponent, their name/rank/avatar etc. Seconds later I receive a crash.

  15. Game crashes whenever Mox Amber is played

    Whenever either player plays Mox Amber, my game crashes and I can't get back into the game until I rope out in that game. I can reopen arena, and everything works, it says its joining the game, and then right when the screen starts to fade to the tabletop screen, the app completely shuts down again if Mox Amber would be on the table

  17. MTGA Always Crashes Just After Startup (Windows)

    MTGA Version: 2025.49.50.9127.1160287

    The log is from just before a crash but shows the hardware/software configuration.

    I have done a clean uninstall/reinstall of MTGA. Graphics drivers are up to date.

    I suspect a graphics issue because I was able to get farther into the game after turning all graphics options to the lowest setting, but it still crashes within a few seconds of loading, regardless of any user interaction.

  19. Game crashes on bounce spells

    Whenever I or my opponent cast any bounce spell and target something, my game immediately glitches out and crashes. It crashes everything that's going on in the background like music too. I've tried it with nothing else on in the background, still crashes. I'd love to play the game and play ranked, but I legitimately cannot play the game if I have any bounce spells or my opponent has them.
