How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bug / Wildcards lost
"Yesterday, I used wildcards to craft 3 copies of Kona, Rescue Beastie for a new deck and played several matches with it. Today, the game is telling me that the deck is incomplete.
Upon checking my collection, the 3 copies of Kona are missing, even though my wildcard count has decreased accordingly. Could you please check my account logs and restore the missing cards or the spent wildcards? Thank you!"

deck builder - Bugged decklist checking
I have my client open and I noticed at the bottom of my selection of decks that on of my decks I have used in the past suddenly says I am missing a card and it is no longer in my collection. I go into the decklist to find the card but it still shows 100/100 for the quantity. No recent ban changes that I can see have affected this list. See attached

Fix your **** tutorial avatar!
The wisp loads every game I play, it makes a twinkling sound, and that **** twinkling sound follows THE WHOLE TIME THE GAME IS RUNNING. Fix this! Why is your game so terrible!

Card from pack not in card inventory
I opened a pack that gave me a card called "Raph's Jitte" with the subtitle of "Umezawa's Jitte." I cannot see it in my card list at all, no matter what filter settings I define. This card appears to be banned in all formats that are available online in Arena - but there should be a way to view it in the card list. I'm not sure if this is a bug or if it is intentional. Also, any card that is banned to the point that it is unplayable and unviewable should not be offered in the packs on…

Commander discarded to graveyard with no prompt to send to command zone
- Have a number of cards in hand at end of turn above your hand limit with your commander as one of the rightmost cards in hand. Run out of time in your turn. The game forcibly sends your commander to graveyard instead of presenting option to send it to command zone.
- PC
- Commander ends up in graveyard.
- Option to send commander to graveyard or command zone (even if the option times out quickly).
- It's particularly relevant to Acererak the Archlich. He repeatedly draws cards, returns himself to hand, and is likely to run out of turn time in normal play.…

Etali, Primal Conqueror visual glitch
Etali, Primal Conqueror's transform ability is showing as double the cost (18 colorless, one green, one green or 2 life). It still allows you to cast it for the correct cost, so it seems to only be a visual glitch.

Match ended sundely and gave a loose
I was playing a match and it sudendly ended and I got a loose.. I was winning that match, that happened in a draft

STARTERSTYLES code not working
When i put the code in it says its redeemed already but i dont have the plain black traditional MTG sleeve as a sleeve option in my profile.

Bug related to copying Hidetsugu and Kairi
When creating a copy of Hidetsugu and Kairi, the original or the copy must go to graveyard by the Legendary Rule. Since this happens before the first priority after H&K entering battlefield, two triggered abilities (entering and dying) must be placed on the stack at the same time and in an arbitrary order.
In MtGA, this order is determined so that entering ability must be resolved at first (even though I activated Full Control mode.) This seems to be a bug.

draft bug
Dear Support,
in a Premier Draft i encountered a Bug, which derailed the draft completly.Durning the Edn of Pack one i tried to pick a Formidable Speaker. I saw that thecoloring when you select a card didnt appear correctly. Then after some fast clicks after another an error mesage appeared, which i clicked away as i still was panic clicking. Then I got the Window "Wating for the Server..." Nothing happened. When force quit the programm and logged in again... the draft was already in its last picks. Including the Message it took all bout 30 Minutes and the…

Wrong orb displayed when obtaining a new one
I received an orb reward as part of the mastery track, but it displayed what looked to be a Secrets of Strixhaven ink-styled orb instead of the TMNT style orb. This is purely visual, I can still redeem the orb as normal, but it's still weird.

Icetill explorer in decklist
I am unable to put 4 icetill explorers in my decklist for android mtg online. After I place the first icetill explorer it shows I have 4 in my deck but the decklist reflects only the first one placed. I have a set of 4 available to place and can only place one.

The Legend of Yangchen Display Bug
I moved the stack over to the right while the Legend of Yangchen was resolving, and it no longer displayed what card my opponent had chosen, causing me to sacrifice two cards unnecessarily. I should be reimbursed for this game

The text display is missing and not perfect. The system is iPadOS.

Sound doesn't always restore after looking at a card
I've noticed an increasing glitch lately where if I click on an opponent's card during gameplay to look closer at it, or if someone performs an action where cards are revealed, the sound only sometimes returns to normal once the view is gone. Otherwise it stays muffled for the rest of the game, or sometimes even wavers between muffled and full volume. It gets fairly annoying having so much inconsistency. Also, playing Railway Brawler causes the electric Plot sound effect to last for the rest of the game, even if I didn't cast it from exile.

leyline tyrant won't allow me to tap for red mana outside my turn
I know not many people probably play with Leyline Tyrant, but it is a bit annoying that I can't tap red mana into it during my opponent's turn (unless they kill it, but I'm more concerned with just building up my red mana base). Most other cards that say you don't lose unspent mana will give you an action prompt during actions and at the end of your opponent's turn, but leyline tyrant isn't offering the same prompt.

Ulamog,the Delifer can't get correct counters
When Ulamog,the Delifer enters the battlefield,it's supposed to get counters equal to the greatest mana value among cards in exile.But that doesn't work with Shelldock Isle.The card exiled by Shelldock Isle doesn't get in Ulamog's count at all.
