How to report a bug

LGS Wins Added to Arena
LGS Wins Added to Arena:
It's great that wins gotten in a real life event (at your LGS) are now added to Arena.
However, the wins are applied at the moment you log in, rather than when you played in the event.
Last week I played in a prerelease for the new Lorwyn set, and it's great that I got the wins on Arena. But I didn't log into Arena until the next day. Thus the wins were applied not on a day where I didn't play Arena (the day I went to my LGS and played in the prerelease), which would have been extremely helpful, but they were applied the next day when I was not going to go to a store and wanted to play on Arena. However, having your first six daily wins taken from you as soon as you log in is extremely demoralizing. The most important game wins are the first four, as they all grant gold, and the most gold. After that, it's two wins per 50 gold, and worse after ten wins.To sum up, applying the wins to the day you log in both takes away something that could have been useful (Arena wins on a day you went to your LGS), and does a disservice on the day you do log in in that it removes impetus to play.
My suggestion is that the wins be applied on the day/at the time you register the wins.
If the Arena devs are reading this, I was the guy who suggested on Twitch that we be allowed to look at our hands while we wait for opponents to decide to mulligan or keep. Thank you for implementing that change, as most suggestions are ignored by other online game devs.

bug: moonshadow dying to Honest Work
I had a Moonshadow die when Honest Work became attached to it. This shouldn't happen.

cant buy gems
I cant buy gems, the page keeps on 'waiting for server' when I have chosen my gem package, it does not go further to the payment page

Bloodthirsty Conquerer
I have now had numerous games where Bloodthirsty Conquerer created an infinite loop. Sometimes I was winning. Sometimes I was losing. Sometimes it was neck and neck. Most of the time it has happened to me. Some of the times I was the one getting the benefit.
But every single one of these games was ruined. Fix this stupid, broken gameplay mechanic. It is not the spirit or intent of the card to create an infinite feedback loop. That is poor implementation, not a problem with the card. It activates once. And ONLY once.

Avatar legendaries
None of my mythic Legendaries from Jump In are populating into my collection, and I can’t even see them if I check the “not in collection” filler. Aang, Zuko, Azula, Hei Bai, they are all missing. The screenshot have no filters on, just the text filter.

Game is rigged
This game is clearly rigged. The more money you give them the more benefit you receive in games. If you stay free to play your draws in-game are calculated to benefit your opponent.

Simulacrum Synthesizer bug
Opponent casted united battlefront and brought on 2 Simulacrum Synthesizers. They scried twice, which is fine, but then made 2 of the creature tokens. Should have been only 1.

Sparky stopped in beginner deck event
Not sure how to replicate. Was just playing the preset beginner decks against Sparky and they just stopped playing, the only explanation I can think of is it is stuck in a loop with 2 card decisions within its hand possibly

Auto Triggers skipped both my opponent's turn and mine.
Playing against an elf deck with scurry oak lifegain. Both boards got a bit wide before a soul warden trigger started the combo on my opponent's turn. I tried to make only enough squirrels that I was guaranteed to win around their wide board of blockers (like 20), then get through the rest of the triggers as fast as possible. I timed out. While passing through my triggers, the rest of my opponent's turn got skipped. That's incredibly unfair.
Additionally, because I had Trelesarra in play, the scry triggers kept hitting the stack as my effects resolved. It played a bit of the animation every time even though the entire trigger was going to be skipped. This ended up taking so long that the timer started on my turn too. My whole turn also got skipped, and it passed back to my opponent.

Ability to scan card packs into Arena
Similar to Pokemon TCG, Magic The Gathering Arena should have the ability to scan physical packs into arena. Create a unique code that include all the cards in the pack. If Pokemon TCG is able to do it, so should wizard of the coast. Please make it happen.

New search modifiers
As the list of cards to sift through grows ever larger, some new search modifiers to fine tune our queries would be much appreciated. Below I have listed four examples.
Elipse modifier: used to allow a quoted search query to fill in a blank between two parts of the quotes. Example: "Target ... ability" will search for "target activated ability" and "target triggered ability" just the same without needing OR modifiers or doing multiple searches.
Include modifier: used to specify that a word or phrase may be any umbrella term or phrase that includes the proceeding type. Example: "destroy target ... [include: enchantment]" will find "destroy target permanent," "destroy target nonland permanent," "destroy target artifact or enchantment," et cetera all in a single query.
Reminder modifier: this is used to find all keywords that have reminder text including the words or phrase listed within the modifier. Example: Reminder("from your graveyard") will find each card with the keywords: scavenge, unearth, flashback, persist, dredge, escape, et cetera.
Lastly, the Exclude modifier: this is used to differentiate searches that could be confused with similar keywords (eg you want to search for counters but not counterspells, or flash but not flashback). Example 1: counters(exclude: "counter target") will find only cards that have at minimum one instance of the word "counter" that is not followed by the word target. Example 2: Flash(exclude: flashback) will find cards with flash while filtering out cards with flashback.

Favorites/hidden folders in card search
In the deckbuilder, we should be able to tag/add to folders cards that we come across while searching. While a fully functional tag system would be great, it would go a long way to simply be able to favorite cards for later, or add a "hidden" tag so that they won't show up in future searches unless we opt in to showing hidden cards.

Locking down and removing abilities isn't working in my white blue deck.
More than one of my white or blue lockdown spells is still giving abilities even when thier abilities are gray.
