How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Game crashed when attempting to play Wistfulness
In Sealed event, I was attempting to pay for Wistfulness using mana from Eclipsed Realms - I chose blue mana. Game crashed, timer ran out and it was as if I did nothing on my turn. It happened two times and after that I managed to play it for evoke cost. I'm attaching a log. Can you reimburse me a Sealed token?

Quando é carregado o metagame para iniciar a partida a descrição e as informações das cartas ficam borradas por um sprit preto, e que fica impossível de jogar. Desde a última vez que foi feita a atualização do software que o app apresenta esse problema recorrente. Por favor se for possível aos desenvolvedores possam ter algum patch que resolva esse problema urgentemente pois a imersão para o jogador é péssima.

every single time, every single time i enter the menu to play ranked historic, or standard. the wisp reminds me "This, is your rank" and reminds me to check my rank in the profile. This is getting unbelievably irritating

the pick two draft error
my pick two draft of lorwyn is error. i finished the draft but didn't recieved the reward and cannot re-enter the format.

ローウィン実装以降ストアでカードを購入出来ません。

gilt-leaf's embrace
Gilt-Leafs Embrace did not grant trample when flashed in during the midweek magic event. it did grant the attack buff and the indestructible, but the trample fizzled.

Echoes of Eternity Match Errors
When Echoes of Eternity triggers, I frequently get match errors that force a draw between my opponent and I. The more duplicates of this card on the field, the sooner the match forces a draw. I experience this on both PC and Android. Unfortunately, this tends to happen when the match is going in my favor, making this bug more frustrating.

Loss connection
Yesterday, while I was in the middle of a draft, I suddenly got disconnected with a prompt saying the resources were not updated. While reconnecting, it took a long time to download the resources. When I finally reconnected, it was already down to the final picks of the second pack. It severely impacted the gaming experience.

Cannot open store, cannot draft on android crashes happens as soon as it loads, need refund!

The card descriptions are no longer there on the majority of the cards.
Most of the cards I have/played against no longer show the description of effect of the cards it's see through or looks cut out.
I play on Android. The problem is in deck building along with in game matches. Both my cards and the opponents. It's not a huge issue with mine but I'm unable to know what's going on with different cards I don't know that the opponent uses.1 vote -

I won a Match in Premier Draft and got a Match win and a loss at the same time
I played a Premier draft lorwyn eclipsed. Befor joining the match my standing was 1-2. I won the Match, got asked if I had fun. I klicked the happy smiley. After that I got a win and a loss at the same time. Being 2-3 the draft ended.
Happened about 21:30 CET 21.01.2026

My Vault is gone
So my Vault was at something like 132% yesterday. I never redeemed it. Now that Lorwyn Eclipsed has launched I've lost all my progress.
Can you please restore it so I can redeem my wildcards?

I have Paid 6000 coins for a card sleeve and i have got it. Now, when i select the new card sleeve, it doesnt work... can you just please check it out? thankyou

No secondary lands
I just played 2 games in the sealed event with a deck that has 9 forests and 8 swamps. Each game went at least 6 turns and at no time did a swamp end up getting drawn.
While I understand that this is possible, it seems entirely improbable that all I could draw was forests and that I still drew them enough to have at least 6 of the 9 from my deck in play in both games.
Uploaded photo shows my game state at end of 2nd match. It wouldn’t download a file for whatever reason.
I feel this has to be an issue of some sort. So I’m reporting it. And I will play my 3rd match afterward to see if the same pattern holds true. If this is found to be a true bug I hope I get credited with another sealed event token to make up for these losses.

Constant Game Crashing
I was beyond excited to try this game as my friend has gotten me into magic. However I’m having constant issues. I’m playing on iOS device with the latest update for iOS and the game itself. Soon after completing the tutorial the game kicked me to my Home Screen and once I loaded back up the game just sat in the loading screen. I let it sit for 15-20 minutes and it just continued to sit at the first loading screen when launching the game. After doing some research I decided to delete the game and reinstall. Once doing that it let me load the game up normally. I clicked the color battles to start doing those. Once I load up the game it connects, gets to the screen where it shows my opponents name then the game force closes itself. I then load the game back up, it loads fine, I select to do another battle and it does exactly the same thing. Gets to the screen showing me my opponent then immediately the app force closes itself. Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’d love to play this game.

Deepchannel Duelist Trigger Targeting Self
During a Premier Draft. Opponent's Deep Channel Duelist triggered on end step targeting itself and my game froze, causing me to have to close and restart. Lost a whole turn because of It, likely cost me the game. Would appreciate getting my draft back. Playing on Android Pixel 8 Pro
