How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

sunbird's invocation just isn't working
Sunbird's invocation won't do anything. It will ask you if you want to resolve the trigger, and when you say yes, it just counters the trigger. It doesn't even show you the cards you can choose from; it just reveals the top card of your library. This is annoying as **** when my deck is built around that card.

Store Stuck "Waiting for Server"
I am unable to buy anything from the store - every time the screen stalls on "Waiting for Server."
I've closed and opened the program and the Epic launcher, I've restarted my computer, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Still not working for me.
I'd like to buy the Pre-Release bundles for Avatar - hopefully we can resolve this before then

Brawl fails to load
Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
Attempt to play any form of Brawl with any deck, including midweek magic Brawl. No additional steps, the game will attempt to connect and appears to fail loading into the match. I will receive a win or loss depending on whether my opponent decides to wait for myself to timeout. I have received match “wins” due to an opponent conceding against me due to my own (involuntary) inaction, so it appears that I do “connect” to the game, but fail to load in fully to the point that I can then play…

Daily Quest for Quick Draft Not Updating
The quest to play 3 quick draft matches is not updating when I play quick draft matches. I have played over 7 matches and none have registered. I am on iOS, I have restarted the app, tried repairing the app, and played another mode and came back and still I’m at 0/3.

Dwck hand during gameplay
After last months update my hand is only showing the top half of the cards. You have to turn your phone so the screen rotates upside down and then rotate back to get it to work. Please fix this bug, seeing the text helps me clarify which card is which on my phone.

Cant not load game on any device. Says "Assest Error Detected" but other people can see me as logged in.
Cant not load game on any device. Says "Assest Error Detected" but other people can see me as logged in. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times on both PC and phone but nothing works. It just tells me "Asset Error Detected" and it will restart to verify assets. It has been like this for days. A friend has shown me though that it says I am online on his friends list. Not sure if this is a server-side glitch.

Aetherdrift Chimil Quick Draft crash / disappearance
I paid the entrance fee, and a few picks into it the draft stopped working. I went back to the home screen to try to go back in but the entire event disappeared.

Unable to Login Authentication failed
I haven't been able to login on four different devices (2 PCs, Anroid, IOS) for two days already. Please help, I cannot play.

waiting for server
game loads and then stays stuck with a black screen saying "Waiting for server". Its been happening for the last two days. a friend has the same issue for a week now..
My internet and laptop are fine; this is an issue with arena..

ultrawide is still not working when the app is switching between screens
Fix the ultrawide formatting so it stays full screen when switching to and from gameplay.

Unable to access my account
Unable to access my account. I play on iOS tablet. Every time I try to connect I get a black screen that goes to unable to connect , then gives 3 options , check status and, reconnect, or log out. I check status and it says operational. I try to reconnect and all I get is a black screen. I tried to log out and log back in and get the same screen.

Auto loss after locking the Phone screen
Auto loss in Sealed.
I locked my phonescreen(iOS) for about 5 seconds and after reconnecting I got sent back to the Eventpage with a loss.2 votes -
Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep no longer works
The ability of Kiora, Sovereign of the Deep is no longer working correctly. It seems to be the same issues that has been around 2 years ago which became broken again.
Instead of opening the browser with the top X cards of your library these cards are highlighted on your library. You can't choose any of those to play. All you can do is choose to "Resolve" the ability without casting them, making Kiora useless.

overprotect is not working as intended
Playing Landfall and someone went to remove one of my birds with a direct removal ie the one that is -3 -3 and removes all copies, in response I casted Overprotect to give hexproof.. the removal went through, (and has happened several times)... Nothing on the field to stop hexproof btw... I have been playing since Beta cardboard and been playing Arena since launch... This is def a glitch

Xande, Dark Mage not working correctly
This card is supposed to get +1/+1 for every non-creature non-land card in your graveyard, but it's only getting +1/+1 for cards that ENTER the graveyard AFTER it's in play.
Steps to reproduce:
- Play 2 instants or sorceries and have them in the graveyard
- Play Xande
- Note that it's still a 3/3, despite them being in your graveyard
- Then play another instant or sorcery
- Now it is a 4/4 (where it should really be a 6/6)
- Win the match anyway because you opponent just keeps playing small cats! :-)

Paypal Store purchase dosnt work
When attempting to purchase anything from MTG Arena with Paypal option on infinite loop ...enter Username enter Password, thats all I get I only have paypal option as i do NOT have a credit cards only a savings debit card they dont work i have submitted this info 3 times under technical problems NO response in weeks I emailed their 3rd party people via messenger that run/control their payment system Wizards know of this issue and have yet to do anything about it.

Some sound effects don't work on macbook
This only applies to some sound effects. Specifically the sound effects when I cast a spell, when something enters the battlefield, and when damage is dealt (to creatures or a player). There may be more but those are the most noticeable. Most of the sound effects play just fine. I'm playing on my Macbook Pro from 2020 with an M1 chip. I'm on Sequoia 15.5. I use Epic Games Launcher to launch the game. I have tried deleting Arena and EGL from my machine, and even deleting any files associated with Arena, Wizards, MTG, or EGL from my computer, including…
