How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

- Enter your feedback

Didn't receive mythic card reward from mastery
I was playing standard ranked and was going to hit level 29 on the mastery pass rewards. After the match, I gained enough experience for level 29 but I never received the mythic card reward from mastery. The Zendikar Mastery shows that the mythic reward has a check mark over the mythic card reward but I never received it.

Avatar Jump-In packs clearly not correct
I started an Avatar jump in and selected firebending and powerful as my packs. It came out with only 13 non-land cards. Clearly one or both of these packs did not populate the correct cards.

I am winning matches but the daily Win and Reward XP are still showing 1/15.

Buying packs from store not available
After purchasing the 49.99 presale for Final Fantasy, the ability to purchase packs is no longer available. Clicking the "Packs" tab takes me to a screen where I can see the presale bundle I purchased, but no option for getting any packs, Final Fantasy or otherwise.

Gold Wild cards drop from Mythic packs
So I would like you to make it so, GOLD wild cards, can't drop in mythic packs, maybe just have them drop mythic wild cards instead?

Lost packs
Hello, like many other here, I had lost 6 packs of EoE and 1 golden pack. I was openning the golden one and the app show me an “OK” and simply disappear. Then I have open some EoE and everithing was ok until the last 6 that vanished like a creature with a path of exile.

Daily Deal packs do not give Golden pack progress
I play on Android, the game is up to date. Today's special in the store is a MoM pack at 10% off. I bought one, expecting to get 1/10 progress towards a Golden Pack, but instead I remain at 0/10. The prompt under the Golden Pack progress bar says that progress can be earned by purchasing packs from one of the latest sets, including MoM. There is no indication that a daily deal pack is any different from a regular one in this regard. Please increase my Golden Pack progress as advertised.

Store not counting packs towards golden pack
yesterday I bought 9 packs then 3 and 1 packs of Pionier masters and none of them updated my progress towards a golden pack the first 9 packs should have given me a goldent pack as the marker is stuck at 2 I hoped this was just a tempoarry glich but i still havent seen the bar moved or gotten a pack. Im using the Android version with a Galaxy 24+

Game Freezing when trying to open packs
Game freezes when trying to open the Store and now, since yesterday's update, Also freezes when trying to open the packs screen.

Missing Packs from Bundle
I purchased the Pre-release Pack Bundle, and when I attempted to open the packs, I had about 7 packs (including a gold pack) give me an "okay" in black banner across the screen. The app would stop to load, and then packs would be gone, but no cards were received. I experienced this on 7/29/2025 on the Android App. Please return the missing packs to my account.

"Set collection" tracker should only include cards actually in packs.
According to the set collection tracker, I am missing 13 cards from Kaldheim. So if I want to finish my collection, I should buy Kaldheim packs, right?
As it turns out, those 13 cards are special uncommons from Kaldheim theme boosters. I can buy all the Kaldheim packs I want, and it won't make one iota of difference towards the Set Collection tracker.
This feels horribly misleading. The Set Collection should only track the cards that are actually in packs.

mythic reward card mastery pass missing
Hello, I just bought the mastery pass for this season and I should of had 2 mythic card from buying the mastery pass( im currently level 15) and i didnt receive the mythic card reward for level 8 and level 11.
Please help

Alchemy packs are bugged
I received non AEOE cards by opening AEOE packs.
I bought the 20 packs collections for 15k gold and I noticed some of the cards were not from AEOE.

I have cards not showing up in my collection that I aquired from opening packs. My most recent is Doom Blade.

Timeless Packs
There are different types of players in MTGA. I myself am primarily a limited player, but above all a collector. While I used to be able to combine these two types of play perfectly, I am now becoming increasingly frustrated with the ever-growing pool of cards that are “craft only.” For example, while Commander cards used to be available through the Mastery Pass or even in Draft Boosters (Modern Horizons 3), they can now only be obtained through crafting. The same applies to a number of other cards and now, apparently, bonus sheets as well. In previous sets, these cards…

Final fantasy packs gone. Golden pack gave no ff.
47 of my fin packs disappeared and i opened one of my golden packs and got no fin cards. Searching for them and they don't show up.

open all booster packs
Please make a button to Open All my Booster Packs.
I won a bunch of packs in the Metagame Challenge.
Now I have to sit and click 50 times and wait probably two or three whole minutes just to open all the packs.
