How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Bought Packs but error occured
I bought 6 packs through MTG arena. Gold was deducted (6000 gold) and then an error message popped out saying internal store error. I got the packs but when I tried to open them, another error popped out but had nothing written on it but a OK button. I did not get any cards, nor did the wildcard counter reflect I opened any packs.

prerelease packs are still locked
TMNT is officially live on Arena, however I've experienced and others have reported it on Reddit as well that we are unable to open the 6 packs provided to those that played in a physical prerelease over this past weekend. These packs still show as locked on the Packs screen and cannot be opened.

Forced opening of Through the Omenpath packs
Why? I just read the announcement that on June 16th, my Omenpath packs are going to automatically be opened. I don't want that. I built up a stack of packs of all the recent sets with the very purpose to not open them yet, so as not to get screwed by ICR being just a couple gems, and to more efficiently fill out my collection via the duplicate protection when opening packs. AFTER the set leaves Standard and ICRs cannot be from the set anymore. Now it will be much harder to complete that set.

No reward for Test of Endurance
I have been experiencing a bug in not getting a reward for the Test of Endurance achievement. I have completed this I think 4 times now with no reward. I will upload a screenshot of the last time I got it. I dont get any error messages, just no reward for completion. Thanks in advance for your help.

Missing packs from prerelease.
I took part in a Secrets of Strixhaven prerelease event and have not yet received the Arena packs that I was supposed to receive for signing into the event in store. I also don't think I ever received the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles packs from that prerelease. This has been an ongoing issue that I reported before, happening with almost every new set, ever since you stopped using codes and went to this "automatic" system, despite my Arena, WotC, and Companion accounts all being linked up properly. How can I fix this, so that I don't have to keep making…

Give us more gold and more packs
Put more code cards in physical packs. Give us gold when we lose. Give us wildcards instead of random rares when we buy 10 packs. Just flat out give us more opportunities to get digital packs. Youre stifling creativity because people have to devote themselves to the deck they create with what they have. Why dont you treat arena like the pokemon tcg online? Make it easier to create multiple decks to try things out. I think new fans will appreciate this, because once Ninja Turtles gets released, I'm done with magic, and I've played since Alpha.

Opened packs with mythic wildcards and didn't receive wildcards in my overall total.
I opened up 2 packs from the mastery track rewards. One was Strixhaven the other was Lorwyn.
Both packs contained Mythic wildcards (total of 2).
My mythic wildcards never updated with those two new opened wildcards.
Same with uncommons from the same pack from the wheel icon that fills. Total account number of wildcards did not change.

Missing Spider-man/omenpath packs
I noticed after the last update, the omenpath packs (now Spider-Man) are missing in my collection (see screeshot). If you will review my account, I have copies of almost every single pack in my collection since I started playing. I’m not sure how many paccks were gone. I’m just looking forward to have this restored. Thank you for your understanding.

Not getting cosemetic reward in MWM
This time (25/02) and the previous MWM (18/02) when I got my 3rd win the server produced no reward upon completing its "Waiting..." procedure. It happened to me before with some of the previous sets and also after the alchemy set release, iirc. I suspect that it tries to reward me with an alchemy card style and I already own most of them (well, for A-ELC and A-EOE I own all of them) so it naturally gives me nothing. I believe it is a bug as it should pull from a larger pool of styles than the last alchemy set.

season rank
I logged in yesterday after 1400 hours CDT, and my new rank for the start of the season was Gold 4. I played last night, and I was making progress in Gold rankings. However, I logged in this morning, and I played a couple of games, with me being at Gold 2. I just logged in again now (1745 hours CDT), and I got a second season reward with blank packs, followed by a de-ranking all the way down to Silver 4. What happened?

Visual Glitch after playing games
Played a couple games and then went back to the home screen this was the result. Earlier today after a couple matches a similar thing happened when I scrolled over the "Reward: Rare Wildcard" and "Reward: Uncommon Wildcard" in the packs tab, after opening some packs. However earlier it was only for a section of the screen under the popup. I closed the game opened it later and the black area was gone.

Bought Strixhaven play bundle and did not receive packs
I bought play bundle and STILL have not received any game messages or anything giving me the packs that came with it. I received everything else

[BUG] Level 12 Mastery of Secrets of Strixhaven Reward that consist of 2 Mythic Rares and 1 pack are missing
After winning my Standard Play and supposedly obtaining my rewards for level 12 of the Mastery of Secrets of Strixhaven, the 2 Mythic Rares weren't displayed. In addition, the other reward, which is a pack of the same set disappeared after I opened it without displaying the cards. Please see attached logs.

Daily reward not counting the spells I've used so far, tried a new one also not counting anything!
Daily rewards say I need to do 30 black/green spells. I justed played a game with a mono black deck and still the counter says no, it should say something like 8 or 9 by now. I took a new reward as the previous one (it was 20 green/red spells) also wasn't counting anything...

"First" sticker on cards in new open packs seems to be applied wrongly.
Several time opening new Secret of Strixaven packs, I found cards that were labeled as "First" but I already own at least a copy of them.

I purchased a mythic rare 10 pack and and didn't get a gold pack with it and this isn't the first time either
