How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Etali bug

    Etali does not trigger. When you cast it, it ask if you want to cast exile but nothing shows. Cards are still sent to exile and cannot play it. Also didnt work with double trigger roaming throne and or panharmonicon

  2. Casting Knife trick with full control enabled froze game

    1.1 had 2 red mana up from Bayo.
    1.2 I press full control to cast knifetrick to not spend any red mana, game kept me in priority not letting me click black mana or chose a target.
    1.3 game used one timeout, but no more.
    1.4 Had to close the game after 5m and game was lost, never lost connection.
    2. PC
    3. Game froze and I lost the match
    4. Ability to cast theknife trick and chose the additional cost.

  3. Card stuck on stack

    Often Cards stay in the Stack when a short disconnection happens in the mobile app. This bug made me lose a lot of games in the last weeks.

  4. There's a bug with the tutorial

    I'm a new MTGA player playing on PC. I started playing yesterday the 27th of June. I'm experiencing a bug with the quick draft part of the tutorial. I managed to get through everything else just fine but when I got to the drafting mission to play 3 quick draft games it won't register that I've played a game. I tried restarting the client and logging in but that didn't work so I then tried to repair the game files and then went back in to play a 4th game but it still didn't register that I played a…

  5. Bug on opening app IOS

    Since 2 days, when I open the app, I’m facing a bug that force me to re- download 3,34 GB . I try to reinstall the app but I have the same issues. This problem occurred every time I open the app.

  6. Phyrexian unlife bug

    I was playing against an opponent on Magic the gathering arena who played phyrexian unlife. They did not receive any poison counters after taking damage after reaching 0 life.

  7. Achievement bug with "The Only Point That Matters" Black Color Mastery

    There's a bug where the Achievement "The Only Point That Matters" (see screenshot) from the Black Color Mastery category doesnt award. I just finished a game with the event deck Outlaw Posse in the starter deck event which I won with 1 hp. The opponent conceeded before I could do my final attack phase and I had been at 1 hp for 2 rounds. Even the deck I was playing is black/red, not like that should matter according to the description.

  9. Bug Report, Losing due to Opponent Counter Timeout

    In a lifegain v lifegain match, they were recurring 500 or so +1/+1 counters through several different cards that give counters on lifegain. They used 3 of their timeouts and then it started taking my timeouts when there was nothing I could do while they were getting their counters on their creature card. I tried to tap mana or some action to stop this but nothing worked and then I was warned that I would concede if I did not act (again, literally nothing I can do on 500 triggered events).   11. Bug en standard BO3 et Draft BO1

    Bonjour,

    Bug :
    - 1 : Adversaire : "tirer sur le shérif" sur une de mes créature, Moi : "Voile en peau de serpent" en réponse mais ma créature détruite quand même.
    - 2 : En draft : Moi : " Récupératrice astelli" en "Hyper espace" ne ramène pas ma "Lamebourrsque illvoï".
    - 3 : Même partie : Moi " Récupératrice astelli" a 5manas , ne ramene rien non plus

    des bugs qui ruinent des sessions de standard et de draft...

  12. Apparent bug - Viggo end of Ig's Crossing

    Opponent cast Viggo for its transformation cost. This appears to be a bug as the card should be first cast and then transformed. Instead, opponent was able to cast the transformed version right out of their hand. This is the second time I've encountered this, but when I had Viggo I wasn't able to cast it that way.

  13. Zero Point Ballad bug

    My opponent cast Zero Point Ballad for X=6 and destroyed all creatures on the board. He chose to return my Thawbringer to the battlefield under his control. When it came into his control it let me surveil for 1. It should not let me surveil, that is a bug.

  14. Eriette the beguiler does not trigger control.

    When Eriette is on board. I've tried to use various different aura on opponent creature who are less mana value than me, but I never get to control it. It is a game breaking bug.

  15. BUG WITH LAND CARD "EVOLVING WILDS"

    Friend was playing a White/Green Multicolor deck and had this issue occur twice: when he had multiple "Evolving Wilds" lands, he tapped one and then attempted to use the other's mana to cast when it wouldn't let him. For him, the card still appeared as normal but on my end I could see the tapped symbol on the card without it being greyed out or tilted.

  16. Bug: Unable to choose blockers after reconnecting

    Bug: playing on mobile and game dropped moving from WiFi to cellular. After reconnecting to the game, was unable to choose blockers resulting in losing the game.

  17. Bug in game tutorial

    I am new to this game and am on one of the tutorials. The tutorials have been buggy with mostly everything and on one of the tutorials battles I can’t continue because I can’t choose a blocker when it makes me place down a card that places down 3 1/1 serpents for the blockers

  18. Error Updating Data

    The game is stuck on startup.
    It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".

    Obviously my connection work just fine. I think this is a bug.

  19. Bug sur la carte Elixir du cosmos

    La carte exilir du cosmos est censée donner un point par un point alors que cela donne deux points. Il faudrait corrigé ce bug pour une carte pas très chère.

  20. Piece it together intenisty bug

    Piece it Together isn't granting extra turns when cast from the graveyard with the proper intensity to do so. It also doesn't function when copied at the proper intensity level.

    Sea gate storm caller

    None of the listed work.

    When exiled with Bloodthirsty Adversary, it doesn't retain intensity, but I'm unsure if that is within the bounds of the rules.
