1. Kept crashing every time I tried to play Unholy Annex

   On the MTG Arena app for the Apple OS the client kept crashing ever time I tried to play Unholy Annex. Unable to play card because of bug caused a loss in event.

2. Black card animations glitch and lockout of game

   I noticed since the last update the animation for some cards or just casting certain black cards glitch my game out and presumably I’m locked out of the game until I rope out. I play on mobile, so far ayara, first of lochtwain, rankle, mater of pranks, and murderous rider all have locked me out of the game on cast… screen goes black and every time I reboot arena it takes me to the match and as I load into the game it crashes it allows me back on after the timers seem to run out. It’s kind of disheartening as I just made the conscious decision to purchase gems for a mastery pass after the bug with Koma deterred me from wanting to spend money, and I can’t even enjoy the purchase yet again.

6. New Bug renders MTGA unusable after FF Pre Patch install

   Hello all,
   After downloading the latest FF Pre Patch, MTGA refuses to work properly. Loading into the store causes the game to crash and entering a game causes my frames to drop to unusable rates. The game has also stopped utilizing my GPU as is shown on the activity monitor screenshot taken at the same time. The cards themselves also do not load properly and I am forced to quite the game as it is unresponsive.

   I am using an intel Mac running Sequoia 15.5 and before the patch released today the game operated normally.
   Also using EPIC games if that matters.
   GPU and the external enclosure used are shown in the Activity monitor screenshot as well.

7. Android app crashing when ending a game Historic BO3 Play (win or lose)

   Hello,
   It is some days that on my android device Arena Is crashing when ending up a game..
   Either win or lose..
   Whoever me or my Oppo are conceiding
   And with every lethal Attack.

8. disconect and game loss

   I was playing a game on "Cube Draft", when my game crashed while using a brainstorm and I was not reconnected to the game, returning to the cube's home screen. After a few seconds the game marked a loss for me.

   Hello,

   I’d like to report a recurring issue I’ve been experiencing with MTG Arena. Recently, every time I try to launch the game or open a booster pack, the game crashes and becomes unresponsive. After a few seconds, I get a system message saying the application is not responding.

   This issue started happening around the time the Final Fantasy event was introduced, so it might be related. I’m not sure if the event or recent update caused this, but it has made the game very unstable and difficult to play.

   I’ve tried restarting both the game and my PC, but the problem still occurs. Please look into this issue when possible.

10. When I match a specific opponent and enter the game, the game crashes

    I matched a certain opponent, heard the sound of entering the game, and then my game crashed.
    I tried to reopen the game, reconnect to the server, and when I entered the match, the game crashed.
    Is this some kind of hack and cheat, or is it just a bug?I hope to know why this is happening and hope that this issue can ultimately be resolved.Thanks

11. BUG - game crashes when selecting deck in color challenge

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
       

       navigate to "Color Challenge" event
       select blue challenge (with all 5 challenges complete)
       click on the deck above the play button that says "aerial domination"
       this triggers an infinite load screen.

    2.   Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
       

       PC - Steam

    3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
       

       loading screen "Waiting for the Server" that never loads and bricks the game

    4.   Enter the expected results of the feature
       

       not sure, I thought maybe there were other blue decks I could choose from or something.

    5.   Add any relevant screenshots/videos
       

    6.   If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

12. Mobile Game Crashing During Matches Premier draft when crewing vehicles

    I completed a Final Fantasy Premier draft then started playing my matches. The game was crashing frequently, and I realized it was happening every time I tried to crew my vehicle. I'd like to get a refund on this draft as my deck feels unplayable knowing I cannot crew the vehicles. Please address this bug as well of course. Thank you. Still love the game.

13. Whenever I cast Torbran or Questing Beast my game crashes on IOS

    When I play my solid Red goblins in brawl, everytime I cast Torbran, Thane of Red Fell (My Commander) the game crashes & will not let me rejoin at all.
    The same thing happens when I cast Questing Beast when I play my Green/Red deck in brawl

14. Fix these connection issues and game crashes!!!!

    The fact anytime there's any minor network or internet connection issue the game crashes is ridiculous. For the sher size of your company and the amount of revenue you receive from just arena this game should be perfect not a cash grab were u don't have to update and fix the fundamentals of the app this has been going on since I started playing years ago atleast then you wouldn't get booted and have to reload from the boot up screen and this has happened on every single device I've played arena on. There are thousands of post complaining about this same issue so why wouldn't u FIX THE PROBLEM unless ur costumers happiness and voices mean nothing to you as a company. Do something show an attempt that you try to fix it. NOT JUST KICK OUT A NEW P2P COMPANION OR EMOTE PACK SMH TIGHTEN UP OR LOOSE US AS COSTUMERS.

15. Installation Problems plus Frequent Recurring Game Crashes

    Regarding MTG Arena for Android.
    Memory is NOT my issue because my tablet has plenty. But during download and installation of the update released August 19th, 2025 my tablet froze up several times during the download. Once I got to about 512 Meg remaining to be downloaded, it finished without further issues.
    However after the initial match during game play, the game now kicks itself out of the active mode during the moment that a new opponent is selected. Tapping the game's window to reopen brings up a black screen with frozen game. Exiting the game entirely and reloading doesn't bring you back into the match. You have to stay out of the game for several minutes until that nebulous opponent is declared the victor by your absence before you can successfully log back into the game and resume it.
    So far, it hasn't crashed yet on the initial match played. Only the second or third one in.

    Regarding MTG Arena for Android.

16. iPhone 16 crashes

    The game is working perfectly fine until I’m ABOUT to start a match. The transition from loading screen to the actual match stops, stutters (music and screen both), and then closes out automatically. Try reloading in and as long as I’m in the match, it does the same thing as soon as it’s finished loading. I’m missing out on completing challenges and earning gold. Pretty disappointing.

    Jedes Mal wenn ich MTG auf meinen Android starte und ein Update ist, stürzt das Spiel nach 2 Zügen ab. Habe dadurch auf eine Event, umsonst Geld bezahlt, kann kein Spiel machen ohne das es abstürzt. Und ja mein System ist auf den neusten Stand und habe die App 2x Neuinstallatiert.
    Dann lief es kurz und dann kam ein Update und zack wieder nur abstürze.
    Kann das irgendwie gefixt werden?

20. Stack overflow bug?

    Elf Ball going wide in a cross-plat friendly brawl, made 100 llanowar elves. Caused over 200 triggers. Game crashed out midway through even counting up the triggers on stack.
