  1. Why would you be dumb enough to include this card in this event?????

    Card text:
You and your opponent exile cards from the top of their library until they hit a nonland card at the beginning of your upkeep...

The event's deck is all lands...
Your upkeep happens... you exile your deck, then as the effect fizzles out as you can't cast anything, you then go to draw a card and are defeated as you now have no cards you're able to draw...

Why in the **** would you include stuff with effects like this... right now I'm basically waiting for my opponents to hopefully concede three times without actually playing this…

  2. The Masamune Bug

I just played a game of sealed in which I had the Masamune attached to a Gaelicat, also with the Monk’s fist equipped, making it a 4/3 flyer with vigilance, and first strike on my turn. The card text also reads “As long as creature is attacking, it must be blocked if able. The opponent had a PuPu UFO untapped in defense. I declared attacks and they were not forced to block. On the next turn, the PuPu was able to attack and did damage, when it should have already been dead. I am unclear why the opponent’s creature did…

  3. quina, qu gourmet + retrieve the esper possible bug

If one flashbacks "retrieve the esper" while Quina is on the board, they get an 1/1 frog with two +1/+1 counter on it, which I think is an incorrect ruling.

  4. Bulwark Ox Hexproof Failure Against Stasis Snare

I had four creatures in play, but only two are relevant to explain this bug. I had Bulwark Ox and Caradora, Heart of Alacria out on the board in a standard best of one match. Caradora had two +1/+1 counters on it. My opponent played stasis snare, targeting Caradora. In response, I sacrificed Bulwark Ox to give all my creatures with counters Indestructible and Hexproof. Despite the sacrifice trigger resolving, Caradora was still exiled under the Stasis Snare. My opponent controlled no effect that would have negated Hexproof such as Nowhere To Run so, from my understanding of the rules

  5. Make Your Move

The white card Make Your Move is programmed incorrectly in Arena. The card text (in both Arena and in real life) says "destroy target creature with POWER 4 or greater." However, in the last few days since I added the Fire Navy Trebuchet card from the new Avatar expansion to my deck, I've repeatedly had people use Make Your Move to destroy it. This creature is 0/4. That's 0 power, 4 TOUGHNESS. For some reason Arena is accepting it as a valid target even though it isn't. The point of the card is to be able to kill strong creatures,…

  6. No window to response with an instant

    Hello,

I encountered what I believe to be a bug involving the card Traveling Chocobo. In my match, my opponent cast Traveling Chocobo, and I intended to destroy it immediately after it entered the battlefield—before its ability could be used—by playing another Chocobo along with a land.

However, the game did not provide me with a priority window to act at that point. Instead, it skipped directly to the moment when my opponent was able to play a land to trigger the ability. At that stage, even if I destroyed the Traveling Chocobo, the effect had already been triggered, and…

  8. Option to Toggle Opponent Mouse Highlights Off

Dear Wizards of the Coast MTG Arena Development Team,
I am writing to respectfully request the implementation of an option to toggle off the visual highlighting of cards when an opponent hovers their mouse over them. As a dedicated player who frequently engages with MTG Arena, particularly for ranked play and as a free-to-play participant striving to progress, I find this particular visual cue significantly detracts from my gameplay experience.
My primary reasons for this request are:

    • Distraction and Focus: During intense matches, especially when reading complex card text, calculating board states, or strategizing intricate lines of play, the…

  9. Review/Insight on Spells/Effects/Abilities

Can we get some reviews as to whether or not some spells actually work in game? Newer member to the Magic community but when it comes to spells, abilities, and effects the rules seem very straight forward as to just follow what the card says. So please correct me if I'm wrong and please provide some insight as to why so I have a better understanding.

My example of this as it happened to me last night playing Brawl in Arena. I was using my commander to attack, my opponent had a creature with Deathtouch. Knowing this, I played the…

  10. Fatal Push Not Triggering

Playing on mobile (android), during opponents first main phase, my opponent has me at 6 life and has a Phlage Fire of Titans Fury on the battlefield. Opponent escapes a second copy of Phlage and deals me 3 damage. He has to sacrifice one copy to legend rule. Second copy goes to graveyard. Before moving to combat, I cast Fatal Push targeting Phlage but it fizzles with no effect. Phlage is 3 CMC but the legend rule sacrifice apparently did not trigger Push's kill up to 4 CMC effect. Opponent moves to combat and kills me with Phlage's triggered ability.…

  11. Drakuseth, Maw of Flames card issue

the text states that it deals 4 damage to any target, then 3 damage to up to two targets. If I don’t select exactly three targets he doesn’t do ANY of these damages.

  12. All Will Be One not functioning correctly.

I am on PC, though my platform is kind of irrelevant to the issue at hand. The Enchantment All Will Be One has the following ability: "Whenever you put one or more counters on a permanent or player, this enchantment deals that much damage to target opponent, creature an opponent controls, or planeswalker opponent controls." However, in game, the 'or' in that ability is treated as an 'and', meaning whenever, say, a Vivi Ornitier player puts a +1/+1 counter on Vivi, instead of dealing 1 damage to their opponent, OR a creature they control, OR a planeswalker they control, they…

  13. metropolis

When I have "Metropolis Reformer" in play, I'm still targeted by spells and effects from my opponent and his creatures. May be I'm misinterpreting the rule?

May be you could make a simple test to verify it. Just make a player play Metropolis Reformer and his opponent cast a spell targeting the first one.

    I'm using PC

    Thanks

  14. Loot,Exuberant Explorer giving haste to summons with Vigilance?

    PC client, Windows 10, Steam.

Apothecary Stompers were able to attack on the round they entered.

They were all summoned by Loot, Exuberant Explorer's mana activated ability.

The Apothecary Stompers did display the summoning sickness dark swirl animation when they came into play, then the new summon stacked on the previous Stomper, the swirl animation disappeared, and they were able to attack.

Didn't observe any buff in effect style Haste text on the Apothecary Stomper cards.

The board was pretty sparse when this happened so I don't think this was just an overlooked effect on my part. I was on…

  15. No hexproof

I had 4 creatures on the board and the enemy played Split Up. I proceeded to use Snakeskin Veil on my Mossborn Hydra so give it hexproof to protect it from dying. So Snakeskin Veil landed then when Split Up landed it destroyed my Mossborn Hydra. How can a creature with hexproof die from a opponent's spell. This cost me the game and I was going to hit for 600+ damage the next turn

  16. Avatar Destiny

When the card Avatar Destiny was attached to an animated land (enchanting a creature-land), the land was subsequently put into the graveyard. Under normal rules, the triggered ability of Avatar Destiny should have resolved—allowing me to mill cards, return a card from my graveyard to hand, and return Avatar Destiny itself to my hand.

However, due to the earthbend ability triggering as the land died, the land was returned directly to the battlefield. This appears to have interfered with the game's ability resolution, causing Avatar Destiny’s triggered ability to fail to resolve entirely.

  19. Incorrect interaction between Valki, God of Lies and Plargg, Dean of Chaos / Augusta, Dean of Order

Valki, God of Lies has a bug with double-faced cards. I specifically encountered this with Plargg, Dean of Chaos//Augusta, Dean of Order:

Step 1: Valki enters, exiles Plargg//Augusta
    Step 2: Activate Valki, X >= 2, select Plargg//Augusta

Expected result: Valki copies Plargg (front face), and only the text/abilities on the front face are available/active.

Actual Result: Valki copies Plargg (front face), but also copies Augusta's (back face) static abilities, and then also incorrectly applies them to itself.

Unknown: I do not know if this also copies Augusta's triggered ability, as I did not attack while it was on the…

  20. Inconsistent rulings with The Darkness Crystal

I believe [The Darkness Crystal] is coded wrong or the rulings around it are wrong. This applies to if a dying creature would gain you enough life to survive after being put to 0 life. An example would be an opponent's nontoken creature dying in combat but another creature hitting you down to 0 or -1. The question is would you survive at 1 or 2 life in this senario?

(In this situation, for ease, all creatures are vanilla 2/2s) Currently Arena says the opponent's creature would be exiled due to having 0 toughness from combat damage, you would have…
