How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Infinite loop rule 729

    Based on your own rule mtg if a player uses infinite unbreakable loop it’s a draw, stop giving them wins for doing unbreakable loops in mtga thats bull that it doesn’t even follow your own rule. You reward players for running them and punish those that want fair gameplay. Get your rules put into your app.

  2. Bug

    Did allow me to target Planeswalker. With heros downfall and another target removal. Exile target non land permanent.

  3. Stack cards blocking view of cards beneath them on screen

    I just played a game where I had food tokens. I was unable to activate their sacrifice ability because an ability on the stack blocked the box for "activate ability" on the tokens.

    Similarly I sometimes can't read cards that go on the stack because they are immediately covered by a triggered ability thus my ability to respond with the knowledge of the card underneath the triggered ability is hampered.

    My suggestion is the ability to drag spells and abilities on the stack to a different part of the screen so permanents on that portion of the screen, or other…

  4. "Take Action" Clarification Necessary

    I just lost an Avatar: The Last Airbender draft match because it was unclear what would happen with the two options presented to me when Combustion Man's ability triggered on attack.

    His ability says: "Whenever Combustion Man attacks, destroy target permanent unless its controller has Combustion Man deal damage to them equal to his power."

    When this ability triggers, the options on screen for the opposing player should not be: "Take Action" or "Decline" — it should be "Take X Damage" or "Lose X Permanent."

    I cannot believe I lost the game because of these vague buttons. And of course…

  5. Bug with bandit's talent last effect

    Since the last update, the bandit talent card has a bug with his last effect that trigger and will draw a card even if no player has one or fewer cards in hand

    Tha's quite annoying especially in the ranked ladder

  6. Report Players for Roping

    There needs to be a way to report players for intentionally stalling games. I just spent over a half hour playing against someone who roped every single turn.

  7. Historic Pauper!

    An Open Letter to WOTC and the MTG Arena team

    Hello!

    I just wanted to write in on behalf of myself and the Historic Pauper community (I'm a moderator in a Historic Pauper Discord server and have been staff/the organizer for approximately half of the Historic Pauper events on MTG Melee) to say that we loved the FNM event. Many of us have played hundreds of games in official MTG Arena events while also playing hundreds (if not thousands) more in player run events or casual matches.

    We are all looking forward to the next Historic Pauper event!

  8. Trample

    Trample didnt work correctly. I had a creature with 6 toughenss block a creature with 6/3 with trample. Somehow it did one damage to creature then 5 to me which was the rest of my life total. Since it was one damage it feels like the other player hacked the game and assigned damage as he saw fit. His name is TheGreyOne

  9. Saga Creatures Causing Crash on Android Mobile

    Saga Creatures from the new Final Fantasy are causing crashes on Mobile and being unable to rejoin game, resulting in game loss. Steps to recreate: play Arena on Android S25, play any Saga, crash. Have tested with Summon: Fat Chocobo and Summon: Fenrir.

    Similar to other reports re: Aetherspark avle to be targeted while attached, but this also includes creatures returning from the graveyard such as Persistent Marshstalker

  14. Unable to import deck data in Japanese.

    Environment
    Windows 11
    2025.49.50.9127.1160287

    Steps to reproduce
    1.Go to Settings > Graphics > Language, and select Japanese.
    2.Build a deck that includes 《竜騎士の両手槍》(Dragoon's Lance). Then click the "Done" button.
    3.Click the "Export" button to export the deck.
    4.Click the "Import" button and try to import the deck — an import failure dialog will appear.

    Workaround
    If you switch the language to English and then perform the export and import, it succeeds.

  15. lightwheel enhancements

    I was playing in a draft and was unable to cast Lightwheel Enhancements from my graveyard, despite being at max speed. the enchantment was put in my gy before I gained max speed. It impacted my game by preventing my deathtouch attackers from having vigilance, and being able to survive trades into the enemy board. Attatched log file from the game.

  17. ashaya & puq resolve

    Please make Puq unable to target himself. "Whenever another non-token land you control arrives"
    This will avoid the fatal loop with Ashaya.
    If not, you can also fix the problem just like paper does. Whoever triggers the loop loses as soon as he is spotted.

    Please vote critical to give us a chance with this result.

    Since this is unfortunately not a bug, the maps work properly.
    But that's not cool for those who use or stumble upon these cards.

  18. Drix Interlacer

    Drix Interlacer has a gameplay issue when multiple copies are in play. I am unable to select which Drix Interlacer I want to activate when they have different intensities. I'm also unable to choose which one I want to tap for the improvise mechanic. The game does not recognize them as two distinct cards. It will only tap the top one, and there is no way for me to choose between the two of which one I want to tap.

  19. Unable to Select The Bargler Title Bug

    Hi! Ive completed the vanilla achievement for yargle day many timese and its still not ccoming through. The even is now over and i want to know ill get the achievement since it was the laat of the 5 i needed. Thanks!!

  20. Opponent Mirror Matching

    1. I build a new deck
    2. I play a mirror match, sometimes for several games in a row

    Question (please answer): Can you provide us with details on WHY this happens, how we can avoid it, and consider a game format that has ZERO influence on player matching?
