How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

wish bug
After casting the card Wish my sideboard showed but the background didn't darkened and i could click anything, only my mouse over still lighted the cards, hands and side as much, i couldn't exit that state, only by closing the game and re openning it, i could play as long as i didn't try to use wish's effect, forced me to surrender games during winning storm turns in ranked, fix it pretty please, playing ruby storm is already clunky enough, i just can't run the deck without wish

Painter's Servant with removed abilities
When Witness Protection is used on Painter's Servant its printed ability remains in effect, Grindstone still mills the entire deck as if the removed ability is still present on the battlefield.

Mana
It seems maybe one out of 20 games I get access to more than 2 mana and have any shot at casting anything. No matter the deck, card draw, mulligan, anything. I have decks absolutely embarrassed with mana count and blue decks that are full of cars draw and when I play multiple games and don't get more than one mana it really seems like the algorithm is completely broken. Why would I want to put money into a game that's broken?

MORE BRAWL DECKS
Tired of playing against the same handful of brawl decks. You need to add about 500 more decks to give it some variety for Christ's sakes. Ridiculous and boring

Better Matchmaking and see what your opponent is playing before you accept
I would like to be able to see what my opponent is playing before i begin a match. Consider if I'm playing in the real world. If i know a player only plays one kind of deck and consistently stomps me, Am i going to want to play with that player? Or if i know someone is playing a deck with mostly counter spells designed to keep me from doing anything. Im also tired of being matched against decks that have a perfect counter to what im trying to do. I play this game and i dont want to…

Sealed
Being forced into 2 colors before opening sealed product is taking away deck building freedom. The amount of cards in the other 3 colors can be detrimental to being able to play what colors you want to and or what rares and or mythics you pull. I usually play 6 plus sealed, but since the forced stuff starting in Avatar, I will not play anymore then the tokens that I paid for. Stop taking away deck building freedom. Its is foundational to this game.

Dacks
I missed having an option to preview card cutscenes when building a deck. Many cards have beautiful visual effects during battles, and it would be great to see them before making a choice.

Adherent's Heirloom Bug
Adherent's Heirloom doesn't always seek a creature. Most common issue is the card doesn't seek a creature when you have the most prevalent creature type in your deck already on the field.

Decks suddenly unusable
Suddenly some of my decks claim to contain cards not in my collection.
When I check the decklists, they only contain cards that I do indeed own.

Please add more packs to Phantom Sealed
Hello! It would be awesome if Phantom Sealed events had 8 packs instead of 6. Building a deck with 6 packs is pretty miserable, because you often have to go three colors, and so your mana base is pretty shaky. I avoid Sealed for the most part because of this, but if the event is a free Phantom event I might play. Since it's free, it would be cool to have more cards to use to build your deck. The gameplay would be more fun. Thanks for listening.

Opponent froze game session via roping and now stuck in game. Unable to connect to another.
Opponent repeated roped all available time then at one point game no longer progresses and timer froze. I have closed the application several times. Its now over 45 min and still stuck in this match.

Downloading Files when disconnecting
I experienced a critical client bug during an event. After a momentary connection interruption, the client froze, forcing me to Alt+F4. Upon restarting, my login credentials were forgotten, and I was hit with a mandatory 2GB update. My internet connection was stable throughout this process. Due to this technical failure, I was unable to rejoin in time and lost the match.
I would like to be refunded

No way to scroll through cards if you have more than 25 in your hand
When I draw more than 25 cards I can't select the ones on the sides. They go off the screen and you can only see the middle ones. This causes forfeits and other issues. This happens as well with Muldrotha when you are presented your graveyard with you hand and can't select anything. This will happen on a tablet, computer, and phone for me.
If there was a way to scroll through cards in your hand/graveyard that would be helpful so you can see and select all of your cards. I have lost a lot of games just because I…

I CAN'T ACCESS MY ACCOUNT
Hello, I'm reporting an error that's been driving me crazy all day, trying to find "possible solutions" that aren't working. Yesterday, while playing a game, the app unexpectedly closed on my iPhone. To my surprise, this morning when I tried to log back into my account, I couldn't get in. I got a black screen with the message "Unable to log in

Westvale abbey
Westvale Abbey is a land with no color pips. I tried to add it to my Brigid deck and was blocked due to color identity mismatch.

Karn's Temporal Sundering
I cannot cast Karn’s Temporal Sundering. I have the mana for it and as far as i can tell nothing on the enemy board is stopping me. Has happened every game I have the carsd and mana. It happend in All-Access Brawl Modified Metagame Challenge please refound.

Can't progress after the battlefield first appears
Cant report this as a bug so am being forced to do it here. The battlefield appears and if I am going first, after I select mulligan or Keep the system doesn't register I have done this and I end up timing out. If the opponent goes first they end up timing out but without the game ending. I cannot even concede. This is the same on brawl or timeless.
I have tried repairing the game files - same issue appears.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game - same issue continues.
