How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

ジャンプイン
マーベルのジャンプインにて発生
2つ目のパックを選んだ後に発生し、選んだことにならず進行不可になりました
1000ゴールドも支払ったまま且つ1つ目のパックのカードも貰えず、棄権もすることもできない状態になりました。
PCにてプレイし発生し、androidで起動し同じようにプレイしても同じ状態のままで進行ができませんでした。
欲しいカードがあるのにこれではままならない3 votes -
Bug blocks me from picking 2nd pack for "Junp Into" event
With the Jump into Marvel event, I picked Street Level Villains and then tried to pick Masters of Evil but was returned to the main menu insteadb(possible misclick in Mobile). After, if I go back to the event I see the "choose packs" button but then there are no packs I can select.
Meaning I can't play or select a pack and am blocked from playing the event any further (as well as out the gold entry fee)

I went to open my new packs for my ranked. then i got an error and all 4 disappeared. no cards no gold please advise course of action.

marvel
I opened the game and entered the “Jump In Marvel” event. After selecting the cards/decks to play, the game bugged. The screen froze on the selected cards, and I was unable to continue or confirm my selection.
Platform: PC / Steam
The game gets stuck on the card selection screen and does not allow me to proceed. I tried closing and reopening the game, but the issue persists. The Marvel event “Jump In” remains frozen and is unplayable.
The event should allow me to confirm my card selection and continue playing normally. I would also like this issue resolved so…

Draft deck land problem
So, I have had this particular thing happen on four occasions this draft season. It has been with three different draft decks so far.
I generall have a 50/50 lands distribution with 17 lands in my two-colored 40 deck drafts. But recently there have been several times I open a hand with two lands in a specific color, and never draw any other kind lands for that deck until turn 6 or so. And by that time, I am so far behind that I've already lost.Now, this happening once or twice is just bad RNG, but not four times.…

Matchmaking fails
I've been repeatedly attempting to enter a match and it fails either about 3 second in or 30 seconds in quite consistently. When restarting, the game attempts to reconnect to the match. Ultimately the match never starts, which is fortunate for my draft run.

マーベルスーパー・ヒーローズのジャンプインでパック二つを選択後バグって最初の選択に戻されて、その後パックを選ぶを選んでもピック出来ない。

ジャンプイン
マーベルのジャンプインにて、2つ目のデッキを選んだけれども、エラーで選んでいないことになっており、プレイできない。
１つ目は選んでいるから、2つ目のデッキを選べればプレイできるはず。
しかし2つ目のデッキが表示されないから選びようが無い。
1つ目から選び直すこともできない。
コイン1000も取られたままだし、ジャンプインのイベントを遊ぶ事も出来なくなった。
どうにかして欲しい。

Cracking Treasures is so slow it's broken
This has changed several times over the course of Arena, but has been broken again a few releases ago: When you use Treasures to cast a spell, each treasure is cracked individually, with its own animation. This slows down gameplay and actually eats into a player's timers. It should be as fast to ***** treasures to pay for a spell or effect as it is to tap land or artifacts. I have actually LOST games due to this effect eating into my timers.

Stack is broken
I have been playing magic since Revised Edition and the rule has ALWAYS been that a countered spell has not been cast. And yet in Arena, effects that trigger off of a spell being cast are going on the stack even when the spell that triggered them has been countered. For example, if an opponent has Primal Bounty on the field and casts a creature, if I counter that creature then my opponent is still getting the free 3/3 Beast Token, even though no spell was cast. Triggered effects need to be removed from the stack when the source spell…

Jodah, the Unifier bug
There is currently a bug with Jodah, the Unifier done recently in my Competitive Brawl game. The Jodah effect went to exile a legendary spell with lesser mana value and hit Gwen Stacy//Ghost Spider. Only Gwen Stacy was within the mana value required but my opponent was able to cast the reverse side for Ghost Spider which was 2 mana more.

Monica Rambeau transformation cost
having trouble getting Monica Ranbeau to transform to back side card. I played Monica Ranbeau in her normal form. I wanted to transform her but it would not let me. I might have been because I was going to get the red mana from an artifact token, but I was saying I needed the full cost to transform her when you are supposed to be able to transform her minus the initial cost paid on the turn you play her

chapter II and III has triggered the same turn (first III then II). so I lost my saga one turn before and lost the game!

Just got the earths Mightiest heros 1 achievement, but did not receive the cards that were assigned as the reward. It says it was claimed, but I cannot locate them in the deck builder

Hexproof
Just had a dragon that has hexproof as long as it’s dealt no damage. Never swung with it as it came in tapped by the mono white authority enchantment. Opposing player cast bake into a pie keep in mind on a hexproof creature that just entered the battlefield tapped and it destroyed said creature. Pretty sure hexproof is it can’t be targeted by spells or abilities of your opponent. This has happened 7 times with hexproof creatures and caused me to lose each time so what the actual heck.

These are bugs in the iOS mobile version.
They include issues such as being unable to adjust the number of cards in the sideboard in BO3, and being unable to tap a creature to activate its ability even when you have the initiative.

Is anyone quality checking pre-made decks anymore?
This is honest feedback for the stone brains at WOTC.
Midweek magic (theoretically) is supposed to be about highlighting different playstyles, such as for new expansion sets. That did not happen. The pre-made spellstorm deck was more OP than all the other pre-made midweek magic decks by a large margin. If you wanted to stand a chance of getting your 3 wins for the week, you were pretty much required to use spellstorm, and that is what most people did. The other decks were cute, but ultimately their primary mechanic ended up just being to feed wins to the spellstorm…

Network error after draft
Network Error, unable to join event. Please try again later. This message appeared on after I finished drafting a Premier draft: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I spent 10,000 coins on the event, these coins are still gone from my bank and I am still unable to play the event.

Lost Game Before Finding Match
After matchmaking being stuck loading for about 2 minutes, the defeat screen appeared and I was sent back to the draft screen. I had one loss before so the Pick 2 draft was over despite me only playing one actual game. I spent 6k gold on the entry so if I could get that back please that would be appreciated
