How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

GAMEPLAY & LOGIN PROBLEMS
quick draft FF, opponent's turn who is attacking me with a Chocobo token, I select the NO BLOCKS button and it still asks me to select the creature with which to block, but the game does not allow me to select a creature, the timer starts and the game crashes, I tried to re-enter several times but it was not possible, it continues to give me an error.

Game Loss due to MTGA ban list update
Playing in the traditional arena powered cube draft on PC and in my final round Arena crashed. By the time it restarted I had been assigned a loss for that full round but then it had the updates for the arena bans (Vivi etc). Usually there is an update warning when maintence is scheduled and it prevents you from starting a new game but this did not happen.

GreError
Any interaction that involves even a modest number of tokens crashes the game. Had issues with Myrel, had issues with echoes of eternity, all sorts of cards. Had to not play ranked because most of my matches end in GreErrors. Worst part is, the game CAN do the interaction. I watch it resolve on the screen while staring at the draw logo most of the time. Making numerous decks and combos unusable.

Bug
Today, we played a new set . After collecting the deck, I clicked play, the opponent loaded up, the cards, making a decision on the mooligan, and the game resets to the tournament window. There is no check mark about defeat. I click play again, the picture repeats again, a new opponent is loaded and crashes again. And after 3-4 such entrances, (yes 3-4) all 2 defeats light up (it was sealed classic before 2 defeats). Need support! Scare to play(

Fix this 11GB download on m1 Mac - I should not be waiting an hour to play EVERY time I open the game
It's been happening for FAR too long now for a bug this urgent. How is this not priority??? If my internet cuts while "Initializing Localization Database" or the game crashes which is VERY frequent on M1 Mac, the game downloads 11GB. This is insanely bad UX. Right now I'm sat here at 2.87GB of yet another 11GB download, its happening EVERY day for over a month now. This should have been hotfixed on day ONE!

Playing Primere Draft of Final fantasy in PC, in the phase just before combat, I was going to interact with opponents creature with coeurl, then the game crashed, I was unable to interact with creature, no commands worked and my time was ending. I tryed to reset the game and enter the match again. Then the application was not restarting, finally suceeded and the game was already lost, it was the third loss of the draft. I would like to request to start another draft of possible.

Card in my draft deck was not supposed to be there
I had a Rufus shinra in my draft deck before my first game. I decided to sideboard it out and play another card instead (tifas limit break). Then, during the game, i drew Rufus shinra. When i went to check the deck afterwards it said Rufus shinra wasn't in the deck, it was the same deck i built. So why did I draw it in game???
Not to mention the multiple times ive lost due to game crashes and auto resets on mobile. This has cost me hundreds of dollars all up!

Wildcard change failed
Good evening. My name is Fabio Adour and I am a casual player. I make some purchases on the Arena website from time to time and have never had any problems. Today, however, I had obtained 2 wildcards (common) with packs from the Foundation collection and tried to exchange them for 2 Soulmender cards. The internet crashed at the time and simply one wildcard was spent without giving me the card (the other wildcard was exchanged as expected). Fix your game, PLEASE!
Dear MTG Arena,
Fix your game. Top to bottom, and all the way through. I have been subjected to numerous issues with your game, from bugs, to incorrect card interactions, to random unjustified crashes, and so much more. And if it we just me, or even just one of my devices, I'd chalk it up to out of date drivers or something. But it isn't. It's you. And the problems run deeper than just. App inaccessible after last android update
After the. recent update on Android this (Galaxy S9 device: supprted via article) this Oct 15th the game is unplayable

Game Loss for Games I could never play/finish
Yesterday I went into a Premiere Draft and my record was 1-1. In game 3 I was pretty close to winning, when suddenly my game crashed without a bug reporter and just sent me to thehomescreen. After I opened the Arena client again however it didn't let me connect to the game and instead put me at the homescreen.
At first I thought tough luck, game loss due to a DC, but instead the Premiere Draft screen was still 1-1 and I could start a different game. After I clicked that, at around 20 seconds I got kicked out…2 votes -
premier draft match extra loss bug
Today, for the third time in little more than one month, I experienced a very frustrating bug. I was in the middle of a premier draft, and without notice or any kind of disconnection, an EXTRA LOSS was counted against me for no reason. It happened after I got kicked out of a match for no reason (no disconnection, no problems with the client, no crashes).
I already reported this twice and I was ignored (I had to use a different account because I had trouble to login with my real account). Here the link to the bug report…

Auto-resolution on the stack and presentation of combos to streamline games
As I am writing this, I am essentially being held ******* in a brawl match where my opponent is abusing landfall triggers primarily occuring with Scute Swarm but also earthbending Fabled Passage with Toph, The First Metalbender and other landfall staples. My first suggestion is that when auto-resolving/passing priority on the stack, timeout usage should be charged against the player generating the overwhelming number of triggered abilities on the stack. I understand that the game recognizes that technically I must resolve the triggers for it to happen but if I am auto-resolving the triggers on the stack, I pass priority…

Lost out on rewards due to bug not recording game Win and “you don’t give out rewards” is garbage.
When a customer loses out on a reward, item, etc. due to a failing on the part of your game and not of their own, your policy should be to compensate the player for that problem with your game and not be “we don’t give out gold, wild cards…”
As a player, my time can be sporadic at times and it is rather troublesome to 1) not receive a quick turnaround (such as with limited duration events) and 2) be punished for failings on your game’s side that cause results to not be recorded.

game freezes
im dubbing them turn around freezes, cause whenever you go to turn the game around, by vasting, tapping, declaring battle,the game freezes and opponents wins by default, 5 forced losses todat, 3 cheaters with either free lands, free spells or lands of a different color. but at least thagame stopped crashing after every match.

Tokens Lagging Ranked
Tokens lag the game so badly I was auto-passed into forfeiting a ranked game. In the event a player has over 100 effects on the stack, they should gain the timer. Also, if the opponent's game crashes (this happened on a different occasion due to the same problem.) their timer should be paused.
