How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

  1. Multiple Triggered abilities stack order is not chose by player

    Wherever I play any ability which triggers in "Whenever you attach" and/or "Whenever this creature attacks" I can't chose the order I want to put them on the stack and so I can't use the correct combination of effects.

    It should be possibile to decide triggered abilities order as written in the rule book by APNAP:

    1.   Give us the steps to reproduce the bug:
       1.1 - play anything with mobilize and something that triggers whenevber a creature attacks         or a player attacks
       1.2 - attack

  2. Ashes of the Abhorrent did not stop Muldrotha's permanent spells ability

    I was playing a game where I had Ashes of the Abhorrent on the field and my opponent was playing a Brawl deck with Muldrotha, the Gravetide (as the alternate version "Orphan, Cocoon Fal'cie") as their commander. Ashes of the Abhorrent should have prevented my opponent from casting permanent spells from their graveyard using Muldrotha's ability, but once they played Muldrotha, their turn showed that they could cast the full range of permanents from their graveyard, and they used that to cast an enchantment from their graveyard that destroyed Ashes of the Abhorrent. No other effects on the field allowed…

  3. Wrong Tarrian’s Soulcleaver interactions

    Hello, I’d like to report a bug with the “Tarrian’s Soulcleaver” card I keep running into in brawl. Anytime a token is sacrificed on my end the opponent is gaining the benefits of the card despite those tokens not going to graveyard. I’m not sure if there has been a rule change for tokens in the last year or so, so correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure from what I remember tokens dying or being sacrificed do not enter the graveyard just like how “luminous broodmoth” doesn’t bring back token creatures when they die.   4. Mauvaise Traduction de la Carte "Ange de l'heure sinitre"

    Bonjour, la traduction en français pour la carte "Ange de l'heure sinistre" indique "Quand cette créature arrive, si vous l'avez lancée depuis votre main, exilez tous les artéfacts." .

    Or, la bonne traduction est : "Quand cette créature arrive, si vous l'avez lancé depuis votre main, exilez toutes les créatures attaquantes." .

    Ce qui est un effet totalement différent et porte à confusion.

    La version anglaise de la carte affiche le bon texte et la bonne capacité.

  5. Spells with Spree Not Resolving When Part of the Spell Becomes Invalid

    This is a bug with the way spells with 'Spree' are being resolved. When multiple additional modes are selected, and at least one of the selected modes become invalid (target is dead, for example) while the spell is on the stack, ALL selected modes fail to resolve. This is not intended as the ruling for 'Spree' states that: If at least one target is still legal, the spell will resolve but will have no effect on any illegal targets.

    Steps to reproduce:
    - Cast 'Getaway Glamer', selecting both modes.

It's a style of play that exploits those who build combos with your cards and rewards those you gain pleasure from denying the opponent the ability to play the game.... You have FAR too many ways to remove cards than you do to protect them.... It's Garbage.... I only play the game cus its online... and I can quit whenever I want...   7. Valkmira, Protector's Shield not responding correctly on cavalcade of calamity & torbran thane of red fel

    I ran into a game where my oponent had Valkmira, Protector's Shield on the board and I had a cavalcade of calamity on the board alongside: 1 grim initiate, 1 scorch spitter, 1 legion warboss and 1 torbran thane of red fell.
    So with 5 basic mountains untapped I declared my attack, that spawned a goblin token of the legion warboss his ability.
    Then I attacked with: grim initiate, scorch spitter and the goblin token. Doing so triggered the cavalcade of calamity's triggered ability and should bolt my oponent for 3 damage due to Torbran being on the board. Now…

  8. Redirecting target of spells using "Return the Favor" didn't update the list of valid targets

    An opponent cast a spell (I don't remember the spell's name) to "Destroy target creature with power 4 or greater" targeting one of my Scorpion Dragon Tokens (made with Magda). I go to cast "Return the Favor" to redirect that spell into destroying one of my opponent's own fliers and protecting my scorpion at the same time (They have a 4/3 Flying Unicorn creature at least, I'm almost certain he had another creature of power 4 or greater as well). I pay for both effects, but I was unable to target my opponent's creatures with their own spell and timed…

    Ok, the card "Show and Tell" and the ability to put a card into play with NO COST, is broken. I don't usually complain. Just play through it. But, in ALL of Magic's past, Any card that does something for free... much less InTo Play.. oh come on. Broken and abusable. Who came up with that card?   10. Chat System Suggestion

    I love the game but really wish there was an option to chat with other players while in game. There is only the option to use one word at a time to talk to players. Wouldn't it be great if players had the option to chat with their opponents and not just their friends?

    I'm sure that there may have been a reason that this hasn't already been implemented. That said, I think a chat system would be a great addition that many people would enjoy. Additionally, there could be safeguards in place to protect users' information, prevent chatting while…

  11. Farewell to Farewell

    Can we do something about Farewell. It is gamebreaking. I can't tell you how many times I have lost a match to that single card. With people using mods and hacks to pull cards from their library it has become a problem. It is always some player that has 250 cards, and they always draw Farewell just in time to clear my board and start me from scratch.   12. Bug: Eriette's Tempting Apple removing copied enchantments

    Last game I think the enchantments on my creature got incorrectly removed, this happened when:

    On my side of the field I had:
    Yenna, Redtooth Regent (Enchanted with "Sheltered by Ghosts", Copy of "Lightwheel Enhancements")
    Predator Ooze (Enchanted with copy of "Sheltered by Ghosts", "Lightwheel Enhancements")

    Both sheltered by ghosts cards had an enemy creature exiled with it.

    When the enemy used "Eriette's Tempting Apple" on the Predator Ooze, at the same time as gaining control over my creature, it also decided to delete the copy of "Sheltered by Ghosts" that was attached to it.

  13. Nia, Skysail Storyteller

    In my game of Powered Cube, my opponent played a Nia, Skysail Storyteller. I bounced her with my Teferi, Time Raveler. In a later turn, when he cast it from his hand, it entered the battlefield as Nia, Fabled Skyclimber, when there was absolutely no reason for that to happen and I went on to lose the game

  14. two factor authentication

    the simplest way to protect your account and also maintain it is to allow the option of two factor authentication

    would be helpful to add a second email or phone number for authentication for safety but also so i don't have to have a two week conversation with customer service to alter my email.

    as an option you could allow us to add our phone number or another email so we don't end up loosing the account if we delete associated or other issues related to emails.

    customer service seems to not have the ability to deal with this issue…

  15. Summoner's Grimoire bug

    My second lost of my last premier draft occured because the game wouldn't let me summon Summoner's Grimoire.

    I had the mana availabe and was in my main phase. I was trying to drag it as usual into play but it kept just showing me the text, wouldn't let me play it. It was letting me play other cards in my hand but not that one. I tried moving it to a different position in my hand and it would let me do that but not summon it.   16. Thunder Salvo Bug

    In the match I just left to create this ticket, I tried to kill a cat token with Thunder Salvo, but nothing happened. There were zero protections on the token, and the visual effect was lightning, not a fireball (I think a fireball is the normal effect).

  17. Orim's Chant Bug

    Was just playing Arena, I played a Battle of Bywater against an opponent, they played Orim's Chant and it meant that Battle of Bywater didn't resolve even though in the rulings of Orim's Chant it specifically says “Orim's Chant won't affect spells that your opponents cast before you cast Orim's Chant, including any spells that are still on the stack. Orim's Chant also won't stop your opponents from casting spells after you cast Orim's Chant but before Orim's Chant resolves.”

  18. Cast Reanimate on my Grist in the graveyard, it returned my opponent's Questing Beast to the battlefield

    I cast Reanimate, it pulls up the Your Graveyard/Opponent's Graveyard options, with the default view to my graveyard. The only option in my graveyard is Grist, which I select, as it's a creature while it's in my graveyard. The spell resolves, and returns my opponent's Questing Beast to the battlefield.

    This was especially bad because I had earlier in the turn just Unburial Rites to return my own Questing Beast to the battlefield, forcing me to sacrifice one to the legend rule, and lose 4 life instead of 3, and was no longer able to answer my opponent's Elder Gargaroth…

  19. Bug when copying Legendary creature

    I copied my opponent's Legendary creature with Naga Flescrafter in order to destroy my opponent's Legendary creature. However nothing happened? There can only be one unique Legendary in play right? And if not, then why, as it is a Legendary creature and should allow only one unique instance of that card. OK, I now read the legendary rule and it allows for two same Legendary creatures to exist on both players, which is very strange and should be changed in my opinion.   20. Overwhelming Splendor - Not Stopping Creature ETB's

    I dont have a screenshot and its difficult reproduce in the wild, but, I just had a game where I had Overwhelming Splendor on the battlefield and the opponet cast Craterhoof Behemoth and the enter the battlefield trigger still went on the stack and resolved. This should not be the case. Per the ruling on Overwhelming Splendor:
