How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

    please, take into consideration player experience with combination of the Flamehold Grappler + Kocnkout Maneuver Interaction.

    Kocnkout Maneuver spell does +1/+1 counter, than targets a creature, therefore for the interaction of the Flamehold Grappler + Kocnkout Maneuver is very important the sequence. I played draft game, where I try to put together all the crystals and coins to play this great but not cheap format.

    I tried to target 5/5 enemy creature with 3/3 Flamehold Grappler:

  2. Unable to Find Opponent or Play the Game

    A few weeks ago I realized I couldn’t find any opponents. Even battling my friends wouldn’t work, and I tried to replay the tutorial and met a loading screen as shown in the attached image. Even worse, there’s no way to leave that loading screen, even when I close the app and reopen it’s still on that same screen. I even uninstalled and reinstalled, tried rebooting, and I just see the same screen. This is on an iPhone 14 - to see if it was a device issue, I actually got the game on Steam, signed in to my account…

  3. Lightwheel Enhancements

    I was playing in a draft and was unable to cast Lightwheel Enhancements from my graveyard even though I was at Max Speed. Can’t predict the future, but it definitely impacted the game. I was going to attach it to an Unswerving Sloth to make it 6/6 while my opponent kept blocking it with a 5/6. That allowed them to continue blocking without losing a creature. I had 6 wins and 2 loses. I had a chance to win the last match of if I could have cast it.

    I am playing on iPhone and it appears I cannot download…

  4. Soft lock (unable to exit match) when opponent conceded during mana selection

    I was selecting mana to cast Bloodbraid Elf (choice between treasures and tapping Ruby, Daring Tracker) and my opponent conceded. The victory music played but the victory message did not appear, and I was left on the battlefield with no way to exit (Esc key didn't work, no button to return to menu). Had to Task Manager force quit.

  5. stop the hand holding

    Please remove whatever feature/technology to smooth initial draws, steering win rate to 50%. It is not fun. At all. It does not help in improving deck building skills, players are lured into a false sense that their subpar decks are viable, while decent decks are given the false impression that the deck is not viable. It also does not enable the player to learn how to improve their play, single out specific areas where the deck can be improved.

  6. unable to load into the game (download doesnt go all the way)

    I am not able to load the game fully after patches. I start the clien and than it stops downloading after asking me to reload assets.

  7. Unattached Equipment (Squire's Lightblade) Blocking Player View After Creature Removal

    I removed an opponent's creature, which had an Auxiliary Boosters and two Squire's Lightblade attached. Once the equipment was unattached, the card art continued floating on the screen rather than returning to the designated area. This made it difficult to play for most of the match, though the issue did eventually resolve itself.

  8. Osteomancer Adept

    Opponent brought an Osteomancer Adept into player. It had the summoning sickness spiral. Opponent tapped the Osteomancer Adept and used its ability despite summoning sickness.

  9. Do something against the roping / loser players.

    Every day, there are more and more people roping and being AFK when they know the game is lost.
    Please take action against the roping/loser players because things are already going out of control.
    If WOTC cannot take care of their own product and community, these players will find a way to destroy what is good in Magic.
    Reports, Ban or just move them to play without the roping extra time.
    It is easy to auto track how many times players are using this. And if they have it above a limit after some games, they can…

  10. Time out fuses

    The time out fuses are ridiculously long!!! Reduce the length of the timeout fuse and reduce the amount of time outs each player gets !!! So foolish

  11. Turn timer problems

    The turn timer gets exploited with certain decks where your opponent forces you into using up your turn timer on automatic effects. This issue needs a resolve all button so you don't lose your turn timer for having a life gain upon creatures entering the battlefield combo with gain life = +1+1 counter on target creature. It's ridiculous when somebody uses a convoluted and time consuming combo just to exploit the game's timer mechanism and force you to lose based on time that they themselves created.   12. Urza, High Lord Artificer 5 Mana Activated Ability not working correctly

    When it is the main phase of your turn and you activate the 5 mana activated ability of Urza, it only lets you cast creature spells and no other types of cards. I am unable to cast artifacts or enchantments. I understand why i can't cast an instant card or sorcery card with no valid target, but it's very frustrating to have pulled a great card I need to use and I can't cast it because of a glitch in the game.

  13. Slow Players

    All players that take 5 seconds or longer on average to play need to be grouped up together and the rest of the people that are experienced and know how to play within a reasonable time can be grouped together. Seriously considering leaving the game over waiting for slow players.

  15. Can't decipher which card in exile was there off warp, vs being exiled via spell or other effect from board

    I cast Blade of the Swarm choosing the 2nd mode, Opponent has 2x Perigee Beckoner in exile. One of the Beckoner was in exile after being warped, while the other was exiled after being on the board ("true exile") As the player wanting to target the Beckoner in exile from warp, I was left to guess which one that was. I guessed wrong costing me the game. It was not clear which card in exile was in exile off of the warp cast. I was on desktop Mac.

  16. sideboard

    The game thinks 15 cards in the sideboard is more than 15 cards and makes the deck invalid (unable to save changes or create new deck with 15 cards in the sideboard).
    The format of the deck is: timeless.
    If i reduce the sideboard to just 7 cards (the maximum limit of BO1 sideboard) the issue doesn't happen. However I need all 15 slots as i play BO3.

    Consistency: 50% half of my deck have this bugs, the other half does not.

    The issue appeared after updating to the latest version on July 8.

  17. Test of Endurance achievement bugged

    I reached 50 life in a starter deck duel (against another player) but did not receive the achievement. I am playing on a Mac, if that's relevant.

  18. Arid Archway should function like Lotus Field - Programming Request

    Currently:

    -Player plays Lotus FIeld. Lotus Field trigger goes on the stack. Game client gives player a priority window (to tap lands for mana or add instructions to the stack). Player can then press resolve and game client has player make a selection of two lands (to sacrifice/send to graveyard)

    -Player plays Arid Archway. Arid Archway trigger goes on the stack. Game client has player make a selection of one land (to return to players hand)

    My product suggestion is a programming request to edit the Arid Archway behavior. Specifically when Arid Archway enters, the game client…

  19. Shuffler

    Your shuffler can be programmed to not manascrew decks so consistently. Stop forcing winrates. It is amazing how often I go 10-0 on Monday. 0-10 on Tuesday. 10-0 on Wednesday. 0-10 on Thursday, and so on and so forth. Play 10 games in a row and I can't get a 3rd land by turn 3 with 26 lands in the deck. Even more amazing is that I get 10 lands in 14 cards every other game I play on the "losing" days of the week. Even when I mull a 2 lander, I mull into a 2 lander. It's ************.…

    Whenever you try to activate Shoot the Sheriff with available mana and a valid target, it says to target a non-Outlaw. Too bad the creatures were from Duskmoon and Bloomburrow.
