Missing Mastery Pass Rewards
I havn't had lv57 mastery pass reward,an ikoria pack.

Avoid Repeat Packs in Jump Into: ATLA
As I understand it, the first set of 3 packs in "Jump In!" is guaranteed to include one pack you hadn't gotten before. I have been tracking my packs from Jump Into: TLA and this time, all 3 packs in my first pick (Warriors, Cabbages, Zuko) were duplicates of ones I already had.
With 46 packs to collect, it would be much nicer if said "Jump In!" policy applied to Jump Into: TLA as well. Thanks.2 votes -
Daily Deal Purchase didn't get Foundations Pack. Paid 900G, had 3 packs already, purchased Foundations pack, still have 3 packs .
Win 11, up to date.
Having multiple Graphics issues (no graphics on Packs and Cards) BUT this is about a Store purchase.
Have 3 unopened Airbender packs already (packs appear black-graphics issue).
Went to Daily Deals. Purchased Foundations pack for 900G. Go to Packs, still only have the 3 Airbender packs.

Server Error - 10 Packs Not Redeemed (Edge of Eternities)
When I was redeeming my pre-ordered Edge of Eternities packs, I got to the last 10 packs and got a server error upon trying to open them. When I went back into the packs screen, the 10 packs no longer showed up and the cards were not in my collection.

Missing rare and mythic rare wild cards after opening packs
I was opening M21 packs (the 50 pack bundle) and I was monitoring how many mythic rare and rare wild cards I was getting.
Doing that monitoring I saw on the wild card section that several rares and mythic rares wild cards that I opened weren't updating the values on the wild card section.

Mastery reward
I am missing all the mastery reward after 60. I am currently at 69. I have not received any cards since 60. Thanks.

No fleem after opening 10 packs of through the Omenpaths
During the promotion's time I opened 10 store bought packs of Through the Omenpaths and have yet to receive my Fleem rewards.

Packs not counted
I bought six packs of the most recent set and they’re not showing on my little counter that I’ve bought them, it only shows that I have only one pack bought

Through the Omenpath cards in Gold packs
I opened 3 gold packs at the start of Through the Omenpaths, where most of the cards pulled were from the set, but when I went to make a deck I realized none of the cards from the set that came from those gold packs were received.

It would be nice if instead of the simple glowing dot showing that you have at least one pack to *****, if there was a badge showing the number of packs available.

Alchemy Packs are not counting towards gold pack
Alchemy packs are not counting towards golden pack. If they need to be standard alchemy then magic needs to update the wording. Currently it just says standard and alchemy. If you click on full details it says the same thing.

Did not receive reward for completing daily quest
This morning 12/10/25 when I completed a daily quest -- playing 30 green spells -- the quest disappeared but I did not receive the 750 gold reward and there was no splash screen that usually accompanies receiving the reward. It's just gone, and I didn't get the gold. This has never happened to me before. I noted specifically before I played the game that I needed only one green spell, and that the 750 gold would put me over 3000 gold so I could buy three packs -- but, nope.

Didn’t receive mastery reward
Reached level 21 on mastery pass and didn’t receive the reward, it was 2 mythic rare cards, very sad please fix

TLA cards don’t appear from Golden Packs.
After opening eleven Golden Packs, no TLA cards appeared; all selections were drawn from past boosters instead.
Since I already own all rares from the past boosters, they were converted into Gems.
Because this differs from the previous description and does not match the expected benefit, I request that TLA be included in the Golden Pack selection and that the eleven Golden Packs be refunded.I don’t mind if the Gems and cards I received from the eleven Golden Packs are removed upon the refund.

YEOE Packs Not Giving YEOE
Purchased YEOE packs from the store and I'm not receiving YEOE cards in them, what gives? It's really disappointing to save up gold for so long only to not get the cards you want.

mythic wildcards reward
Hello everyone. Since August, it seems to me that the ratio of mythic wildcards as rewards per booster pack opened has become non-existent, whereas before, once we had obtained one or two rares, 12 booster packs in total, we finally had access to the mythic wheel. Please correct me if I'm wrong. This seems to be a tough blow for players who won't be able to craft as easily as before.

IN FF Colletor Booster,I was already achieved 7 cictories .But when I want get my reward , I click Claim ,my program get stuck.I can

Mythic packs aren't being recorded for the free golden pack
I have been keychains nothing but mythic packs for at least the last five packs and it isn't showing up as being recorded on the bar that gives you a free gold pack after getting all the packs

Opening Gems in Packs without having the full set
Hello, I just bought 45 packs, and opened 48 packs for Through the Omenpaths. I received a single gem even though I had no other cards from this set. I'm still missing most of the Rare cards in the set.
