How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. It's not possible to get Escape Tunnel from TMNT packs

    I've opened 100 TMNT packs and have zero copies of Escape Tunnel despite it being listed as a card in the set. It seems to me this card should either not be counted as part of the set completion, or it should be possible to draw.

  2. Where can I use the card style I received as a ranked match reward?

    Where can I use the card style I received as a ranked match reward? Even though I have the card style as a reward, I am asked to pay money when I try to apply it to my card style.

  3. Avatar selection appears after season reward details

    I'm using steam to run MTGA on PC.
    Steps to reproduce the bug :
    1. Go to profile
    2. Open the avatar selection
    3. Come back to profile using the arrow
    4. Click on the season reward details
    5. Come back to the profile using the arrow
    Expected result :
    We are brought back to the profile page.
    Experienced result :
    We are brought back to the avartar selection page.

  4. Cosmetics selection menu reappears after seasonal reward menu

    I'm using Steam on my PC.

    To reproduce the bug :
    1.Go to profile page
    2. Click on any of the cosmetics selection menu on the bottom rigth (Titles, Emotes, Card Sleeves, Compagnons, Avatars)
    3. Go back to the profile page using the arrow
    4. Check on the seasonal reward for constructed or for Limited or your set completion using the menus on the left
    5. Go back to the profile page using the arrow

    Expected outcome : we are brougth back to the profile page
    Experienced outcome : we are brought back to the last visited cosmetic menu

  5. Rank Bug

    It's June 1st so the start of a new ranked season. My limited rank was reset from diamond 4 to gold 3 as normal, I got my rewards, started playing. After a few games I got a win that should have taken me from gold 2 4/5 pips to gold 1 1/5 pips. Instead, I lost a pip and went to gold 2 3/5 pips while looking at a victory screen. I reset the app thinking this was a visual bug, and was presented with another ranked reset screen telling me I finished May in gold 2, reset me…

  6. Monthly Rewards June 2026

    Today is June 1st 2026. Yesterday (May 31st, 2026) I got the notice that the season had ended and received appropriate rewards. My rank was lowered the expected two tiers.

    Today I got another notice that the season had ended. My rank was lowered an additional two tiers. I was given rewards for this new "season" but the packs are blank and when I went to open them they didn't contain anything.

    Please fix this immediately. It is extremely disappointing to have my rank, especially my limited rank that I had to spend significant amounts of gems, doubly…

  7. Mythic Lorwyn Eclipsed Packs give regular rare wildcard

    Purchased a Lorwyn eclipsed mythic pack but the mythic slot gave a regular rare wildcard. This should have been a mythic wildcard.

  8. Golden Pack Gave Banned Card

    I just purchased 10 packs to get a golden pack. When opening the golden pack I received Screaming Nemesis, a banned card..... Disappointed!

    I got my season reward and re-rank yesterday. Then today. I got another reward and re-rank. So I ended up going from Mythic all the way down to Silver Tier 1.

  10. Individual card reward (ICR) for 15th win of the day, did not retrieve or award card.

    On completion of the 15th win today 06-06-2026, the last Individual Card Reward (ICR) did not display or add a card to my collection. It did not do the animation of a new card, and when I checked collection there was no card present.

  12. Store Glitch - Golden Pack progression

    I just spent 5k gold on 5 packs (3 strip haven standard and 2 alchemy packs) to buy the 5 packs needed for my golden pack, as I only needed 5 more pack purchases. it only counted 2 of the 5 and it saying still need 3 more and thats just not right. It said 5 more packs and thats what I bought.

    I know I had 5 packs on the progression already so either your standard pack arent counting or there's a glitch.

  13. Rare wild card in mythic pack

    Since you release mythic packs on your game this bug exist. It has been YEARS and you have not fixed that bug. If we buy a MYTHIC PACK, we are not supposed to get a rare wildcard.
    This happened again today on a Lorwyn mythic pack. I am on android but seen the post below that bug is generalized.

  14. Not Getting My Secrets of Strixhaven Pre-Order

    I spent over $50 on a pre-order and it never showed up on the packs page prior to the release that I had even bought anything. I thought maybe it was just something that didn't really matter and I would still get the 50 packs I pre-ordered. But nothing. I did not get my packs. Just to make sure that it still counted as I bought it even though my screen is still telling me to "get packs" with nothing else on it, I checked yesterday to see if it was still in the store and it wasn't.…

  15. Unclear Gambling Odds - Please Update Your Support Documentation

    I appreciate you have the start of a Reward Distribution page:

    Could you republish on The /drop-rate page to include what are the expected odds just of Special Guest (SPG) hits when you open MKM and OTJ packs.

    Moving forward, please publish the isolated SPG drop chance. This is to fulfil your legal requirement to disclose the odds of gambling when opening up chance based packs (which can be purchased for money).

  18. Missing Mystic Pack

    Playing on Galaxy Tablet. Just won Alchemy Game. This got me to the next step on the Mastery Track which happend to award me a standard pack. I did not go and open the Standard pack straight away. Wining the game also completed the daily Spells event and tipped my gold over the threshold to buy another pack.   19. Losing a rare on 6 pack open

    Hey I was opening packs and had 5/6 packs to the free rare card so I checked and was on 66 rare wildcards. Then as I opened the 6th pack I found that instead of adding a rare wildcard and going to 67 available it actually removed a rare wildcard and dropped me to 65 rare wildcards instead of increasing total to 67 - please investigate this error and fix it.
