How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Slumbering Walker Incorrect Display For Trigger

    Slumbering Walker's triggered ability at your end step displays a ORANGE DECLINE button on the right, and expects you to CLICK ON Slumbering Walker to confirm the ability.

    This goes against every triggered ability with an option to confirm/decline in the entire game. Other abilities will have decline button in BLUE, not ORANGE.

    If I've been taught by the game to press ORANGE to select things that are beneficial to me, why is this ability orange to benefit my opponent?

    I understand small case scenarios where I might WANT to decline, but not even HAVING confirm as an option on…

    I find that events the game enjoys just giving me all 15 or 16 of my lands 5 turns in it has done that for about 5 events now and i am getting sick of it fix your "rng" because this is not how it actually works it has ruined events for me seeing how i have at least half of my deck as some sort of interaction out of 23 to 25 cards i have tried putting less lands and it still happens the last game i had 15... and it still just gave me all.of them.3 games in…

  3. Tried opening a tarkir dragonstorm pack I bought on-sale, got an empty alert/pop-up that just said “OK” and pack disappeared.

    Title says it all, tried opening a tarkir dragonstorm pack I bought on-sale, got an empty alert/pop-up that just said “OK” and pack disappeared. I should’ve screenshotted it but forgot to, I’m mainly submitting this because the fact I lost the pack and the gold ****** me off.

    Running latest version of the app on iOS. Don’t know if the steps to reproduce will be helpful, but just purchase the Tarkir-pack in “Daily Deals” (if you dare), then try to open it.

  4. MWM Jump In unplayable deck

    I picked pack 1 elementals, pack 2 vivid, now I have an unplayable mess with 4 plains and no white spells that struggles to cast anything because of the heavy color requirements with such bad mana. It has 1 dual land, and that's it. 4 "colorless" plains in a 17 land deck. Please let us change the manabase of jump in decks or at least be mindful of this when building your halfdecks. Or just don't offer multicolored packs if the mana is not going to work.

  5. Can’t target myself

    When playing on iOS I can’t target myself with a spell. All it does is pull up my cards to make them a little bigger. I can target my opponent without a problem.

    Ex. Trying to target myself to use Gaea’s Blessing to shuffle cards from graveyard to library and draw a card.

  6. Bug - targeting fails and client hangs with no choice until timeout.

    After casting a spell or being attacked - the client hangs until timeout. It made me lose a quickdraft...I'd really like a refund for it...

  7. Won't use mana in the way desired

    I needed to tap a plains to activate the ability on Fountianport Bell to draw a card (which I knew was a plains that I could put out) but the game only allowed me to use my island which I needed to cast a card in my hand with casting cost 1 blue and 1 white.

  8. Supreme Verdict and Valgavoth

    I played a Pioneer Event match and noticed a bug.
    Shortly speaking, a Supreme Verdict didn't work on a Valgavoth, Terror Eater.

    My opponent had, i believe, only two nonland permanents on the field: a Valgavoth, Terror Eater (having exiled a few of my stuff a turn earlier) and an Atraxa, Grand Unifier. I cast a Supreme Verdict, but it only destroys Atraxa, leaving Valgavoth untouched. I suppose it had something to do with the replacement effect mechanics or whatever, but I'm pretty certain it wasn't supposed to work this way. Valgavoth doesn't prohibit board wipes as far as I'm…

  9. Painter servant and sphinx tutelage

    Just had a player mill my entire deck with painter servant and sphinx tutelage. Sphinx tutelage states two NONLAND cards that share a color. If one of the two cards milled is a land then the effect ends, this is not happening correctly in arena and must be fixed asap

  10. PERFECT SPELL NO CARDS

    Got to love how the guy always seems to have the perfect spell as his last card in his hand. That wins him the game. You know he can't just have some other spell that doesn't kill my f****** creature. That's protecting me from dying now. Of course he's got the absolute perfect spell to kill my guy so he can win the game. No problem and it happens like 75% of the **** games this is happening. One turn away from changing the tide of the game and the guy has a perfect spell to stop that from happening.…

  11. Remove

    Need to remove this as a commander card. It is ridiculous. Can tap and untap artifact and make a player discard lose 3 life or sacrifice a creature. This needs to be banned. You can do it twice per turn.

  12. Maskwood Nexus not working with earthbend

    Maskwood Nexus is not working with earthbend. On a board with it, white lotus reinforcement, and an earthbended land creature. The creature is a 1/1. It should be a 2/2.

  13. Doppelgang results in incorrect draw

    Using doppelgang causes the game to take way too long caluclating effects, especially if there are multipliers or lifegain effects. This then results in a warning message being shown to take a different action or the game will result in a draw (you can't take a different action). Game then ends incorrectly in a draw. This is causing the rules of the game to not be carried out correctly, which is a massive bug.

  14. Force Import decks for when the cards don't exist

    Force Import - often when importing a deck I find that MTGA doesn't have it. It would be nice if there was a way to 'force import', just import all the cards in the list and skip over the ones that don't work. Maybe provide a error panel like '5 cards failed to import: etc, etc". It could be a hotkey, like Ctrl+Shift Import or a setting.

  15. Changeling Interactions are Bugged

    From what I've seen a lot of interactions with changeling are bugged. Any card that needs a specific creature type should be able to use a changeling card, but they aren't working. There are two other open bugs, and mine specifically was that I could not use a creature with changeling to satisfy a "Behold a Kithkin" cost.

  18. Full control and Untap phase

    The Untap Phase shouldn’t be skipped. It is a crucial part of the game.

    After I went full-control, and passed the turn, I went back to regular mode. I lost the ability to respond to their untap phase. I had a play (a land ability) to make.

    Why not make untap a standard response stage or make full-control mode a setting, and not an In-game option only?

  19. consequences for stalling

    There needs to be consequence for losing due to a time out. The tactic of players just wasting time either to being salty or just being a troll is rediculous. A time out from playing again or the next x games you dont get extra time would help. More leaning to a time out. Just something rather then nothing and letting the community experience bad gaming isnt the answer.

  20. Report of Possible Automatic Loss Error During Match – Ability Loop

    Hello,

    I would like to report a potential issue that occurred during a ranked match on MTG Arena.

    During the game, my opponent had over 20,000 life, and we entered what appeared to be a deterministic loop involving two of my cards: Bloodthirsty Conqueror (Conquistador Sanguinário) and Starscape Cleric (Clériga do Firmamento).

    The interaction created a continuous life-drain loop. There was no available response from my opponent, no triggered abilities pending on their side, and no replacement or prevention effects in play. The board state was stable, and the loop would inevitably reduce my opponent’s life total to zero.
