How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Mastery Pass gave wrong packs
I got 3 EoE packs instead of 3 Lorwyn eclipsed packs as Mastery pass reward.

Mastery Pass Rewards/Bug
I'm level 7 in the mastery pass, and I just bought it. The three packs granted from the 4th level that was supposed to be Lorwyn Eclipsed came out as three Edge of Eternities packs instead.

Maralen, Fae Ascendent Arena Bug
Maralen is not letting you cast a spell each turn, only the turn it comes into play. No way to cast the exiled spells on following turns.

Mastery Pass - I received the wrong packs in my mastery pass (shown were 3 packs of Lorwyn Eclypsed and I got 3 packs of edge of Eternity?)
Can I please get the right packs on lvl 4??????????? (More cost of product less quantity and less quality???)

Feedback
I find that events the game enjoys just giving me all 15 or 16 of my lands 5 turns in it has done that for about 5 events now and i am getting sick of it fix your "rng" because this is not how it actually works it has ruined events for me seeing how i have at least half of my deck as some sort of interaction out of 23 to 25 cards i have tried putting less lands and it still happens the last game i had 15... and it still just gave me all.of them.3 games in a row.. so figure something out because you guys are just stealing. Been watching people play the game and it happens to them too so fix it

Too many timeouts in Standard 1 of 1
In games, there are too many timeouts. Some players don’t play a single card, and the active player has to wait several minutes for the game to end so they can win.
It’s also often the case that sore losers just let the rope run out when they no longer feel like playing.
The timers themselves are certainly useful when you need a bit more time to think or you have connection problems during a best-of-three game. But they shouldn’t be used to punish other players.
That’s why I suggest reducing the number of available timers and/or their duration in best-of-one games.

Lifelink failure, win combo broken.
- Marauding Blight Priest with Basilisk Collar equipped. Any life gain triggers it's damage ability. Lifelink does not specify combat damage so her damage ability should gain me one life. Which should in turn trigger her damage ability, and her lifelink should give me one life.
- Playing on Android
- I gain life, her ability triggers once, then stops.
- The two abilities should keep repeating until opponent has no life left. The same way it does when Bloodthirsty Conqueror is in play. It should result in a win unless opponent can interrupt the process

main screen bug, What an adventure
every time the main screen loads I get the "what an adventure! You're well on your way to becoming a planeswalker" etc etc tutorial audio. every time. whether I'm first logging in, returning after a game, or just changing tabs it always plays. It happens on both steam and android

Pigment Wrangler Striking Palette prepared spell did not copy Burst Lightning on mobile app
I was playing on the mobile app, had a Pigment Wrangler on the board (alongside some other creatures), my opponent had 12 life points and I had 6 mana available. I cast Striking Palette and followed with Burst Lightning with the kicker cost. Burst lightning should have been cast for 4 damage and then copied for 4 more damage, but it cast only one. If the bug wasn't there, my opponent should have dropped to 4 life. He had no blockers with fly, was tapped out, and I could have killed him with Pigment Wrangler for 4 damage. The bug made me lose the game in Traditional Draft and I lost the opportunity to get my play in points. The game ended 09h51 Brazilian time (Brasília). I am not sure if the Log worked, because I had to open the game on my computer instead of the app to get the file, since it was not downloading on the cell phone.

Waterknot is bloking even out of the untap fase.
It was in the combat fase and the aura Waterknot, still bloked the option to untap the creature.

Eclipsed Realms bug
Arena did not allow me to use my Eclipsed Realms naming Elementals to pay to transform Eirdu, Carrier of Dawn during my sealed event

Maralen Fae Ascendant "Once Each Turn" effect
Maralen, Fae Ascendant's effect states "Once each turn" you can cast a spell exiled with her effect if its cmc is equal or lower than the total amount of elves and fairies you have on the battlefield. NOT "Once each of YOUR turns" EACH. TURN. Opponents included. Meaning, if I exile an instant or flash spell I can cast that during my opponent's turn, however right now that is not the case on arena. Fix it, please.

BUG - Rat King disappear ability not triggering
When playing Rat King in Arena (standard or standard ranked) on mobile, the disappear ability is not spawning 1/1 creatures or adding +1/+1 to Rat King when other permanents I control leave the battlefield. For example, when I play Airbender Ascension and use it to exile a creature and return it to the battlefield, it does not trigger Rat King’s disappear ability.

Matches Not Lading
Matches are not loading, whether ranked or unranked, and even limited events do not work too. Match loading screen will appear, then countdown freezes, and game loads back the home page. Happens on all devices I use, PC, Android tablet, and Android phone.

Matchmaking fails
I've been repeatedly attempting to enter a match and it fails either about 3 second in or 30 seconds in quite consistently. When restarting, the game attempts to reconnect to the match. Ultimately the match never starts, which is fortunate for my draft run.

Bug
FIX THE **** FAIRY SPARKY THING HOLY …. IS IT INCREDIBLY ANNOYING EVERY TIME YOU GO TO THE HOME PAGE IT STARTS YELLING AT YOU. YOU’VE HAD AT LEAST 3 UPDATES NOW. WHY IS IT STILL NOT FIXED?

Cannot play standard on Android
I started a standard ranked play. The app just stops loading necessary elements of the play. It doesn't freeze. As you see on the screenshot, the timer works fine. But I can't see any cards, and there's no info about waiting for the opponent too.

match does not work
steps I did: standard ranked match started, mulligan went okay, it was opponent's turn, but my timer started to run out and game just got stuck without them playing or conceding; i couldn't concede either
platform: steam (windows)
expected: the opponent should have been able to play their turn and then I mine
adding screenshot where you can see the timer and the orange fade in the corners of the screen + the log
workaround: had to close MTGA and reopen

Draft event changed mid event
I purchased access to a Final Fantasy quick draft using gems, only for each game to get stuck in the mulligan step, if I even got matched and the game made it that far (sometimes I would not even see the first draw). Timers would run out the first time and the game would get stuck there until I quit the app after 10+ mins of waiting for something to happen. The event was supposed to last for another 43 hours when I signed up. Now I entered the app again to see if anything had changed, when I tried to get a match I got a message that there was a network error. After pressing reconnect, I was sent to the homepage. Now, the final fantasy quick draft has been replaced by a final fantasy omniscience quick draft. The gems I paid for the access to the normal final fantasy quick draft have been lost.
Standard play has the same problem (ranked and unranked).
