How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Avatar: The Last Airbender Infinite Loop

    A player can create an infinite loop using "Appa, Steadfast Guardian" "Aang, Swift Savior" and "Airbender Acension." I believe they could theoretically keep the game going on for forever if they so wanted. They can also create infinite 1/1 tokens using this loop. This exploit, mechanic, what have you, is not fun and ruins the gaming experience.

  2. Fireblade Charger ability isn't working when sacked with Thud or Fling

    When I sack Fireblade Charger with “Fling” or “Thud” the fling/thud does the creatures power in damage to a target, but then the “When Fireblade Charger dies, it deals damage equal to it's power to any target” doesn't trigger.

  3. Porcelain Gallery don't increase the stats of my ghost vacuum creatures

    After Porcelain Gallery room is unlocked, all player's creatures should have base power and toughness equal to the number of creatures player controls, however this isn't working with the creatures brought back with Ghost Vacuum.
    I have the Porcelain Gallery room unlock in the batlefield but when I bring back creatures that are exiled with Ghost Vacuum, they remain 1/1 while the other creatures under my control have their stats affected by Porcelain Gallery.

  4. Not all attacks resolve during overkill

    Game does not resolve all attacks if you overkill target. Generated 72 (+12 additional tokens generated during the attack) attackers but only 3 creatures connected before fight resolved. I did not get the "Going Wide" achievement because of this.

  5. Responding to Maze's end at instant speed not being allowed on arena

    Other player wants to use Mazes end. I want to destroy it in response. Arena did not allow me to respond and just let it leave battlefield costing me the game.

  6. hexproof

    I had sahs chocobo (with 4 or 5 +1/+1 counters) and another creature, enemy had yuna, Hope of spira, he casted "stuck in summoners sanctum" targeting my chocobo in response i casted "restoration magic" choosing curaga (all my permanents got hexproof and indestructible and i got 6 life), all resolved with "stuck in summoners sanctum" going without a valid target to graveyard, beggining of his end step yuna triggers and he has to return "stuck in summoners sanctum" to the battle field and somehow he is able to target my chocobo (that still has hexproof and indestructible?!?!?!?) and it…

  7. Dune Drifter Incorrectly Reanimating cards when it is Reanimated

    My opponent casts a reanimation spell (tune up or back on track) targeting dune drifter in limited. Both times after they did this they were able to return a shefet archfiend (7mv) with the dune drifter effect (x or less where x is zero because it wasn't casted. I casted a screenshot of the board state after this happened where I lose because of it.

  8. Personal Ban List in Play Queue

    In the Play Queue, allow the player to choose cards or colors to "ban" for their games. For example, if I don't want to match against Monstrous Rage and Manifold Mouse, I can select those cards for my personal "ban list" and I won't play against them. I think of this like kitchen table Magic where you set your own house rules with your friends. Queue times may be longer but I would trade a longer wait time for a more enjoyable experience.

    Of course leave the Ranked Queue for competitive play as is.

  9. BUG: Ways to play constructed format page obstructed by ghost card image.

    When I went to learn about gameplay formats I found it impossible to learn about some of it because of a random card covering up a ton of the text on iOS.

  10. Bug

    "Lightwheel Enhancements" not castable from graveyard, despite max speed.
    For some reason, this aura cannot be cast form the graveyard, despite having enough mana, a valid target, max speed, the proper phase of the turn, etc. It was critical to me winning the game, and I would've been very salty if it cost me.

    I didn't think to screen record in game, but I swear the problem occurred how I described it lol.

  11. Bug trying to respond to Sorcery with Instant (Standard Brawl)

    My Elenda, Saint of Dusk (Commander) was targeted with the sorcery Push from the Push/Pull card (2 mana cost, destroy target tapped creature). I had 1 mana to use Restoration Magic to give my Elenda hexproof and indestructible, but Push resolved and Elenda was destroyed before I could respond.

  12. Sparky needs upgrade, difficulty levels, and more

    I play Sparky to get a feel for my decks, but the vs-AI mode could be a fun, more challenging aspect to Arena. There is really a lot of untapped potential here. Here are some thoughts.

    1. Give Sparky more recent cards. Maybe from the recent beginner decks. The cards feel underpowered and dated. It just isn’t challenging playing with the most recent cards against Sparky’s older sets. I have noticed that the programming only allows it to play cards that have direct interactions (for example, Pacifism on one of my creatures). It is not programmed to play cards with activated…

  13. Forced Mobile loss

    When playing on mobile if I connect to a game and then navigate away from the app to check an email or change a song im listening to or just to burn time cause im playing a salty player who wants to make me wait for the timer to run out, when I navigate back to the game it takes me from the game back to the main screen with what I'm assuming is a loss. It never used to do that. Something changed within the last couple update and it's not cool.

  14. Cacophony scamp triggers damage based on toughness instead of power

    When Cacohpony Scamp dies the trigger reads on the card that it's based on it's power, however the game seems to be coded for it to be based on it's toughness.

    For example, when Cacophony Scamp is targeted by a shock, when it dies I get a trigger to deal -1 damage to any target

  15. Ligneley de prescience

    Avec cette carte en jeu, je devrais pouvoir lancer mes sorts comme s’ils avaient le flash. Met cela ne fonctionne pas. Impossible de lancer des sorts durant le tour de l’adversaire excepté les éphémères.

  16. Can’t cast Tiered spells

    When I hover over a tiered spell on my iPhone, it causes a great amount of lag, particularly if there’s more than 10 permanents on the battlefield. It makes it impossible to cast one of the spells making the card essentially dead in my hand. It even does it when doing deckbuilding so I can’t properly read the cards. My iPhone is a 16 plus with plenty of memory and iOS is up to date, as is my Arena app. It’s hard to enjoy this brand new set when one of the new mechanics can’t even be used.

  18. deathtouch + "deals damage equal to creature's power" is broken

    I've now played 3 games against decks using this exploit, which is not (I believe) cards as intended.

    Effects that read "deals damage equal to creature's power" like Ram Through and Devouring Tendrils should NOT read for the player's creature's deathtouch, it should just deal damage equal to the number in the box.

    deathtouch + "deals damage equal to creature's power" is broken.

  19. Adventure text is misleading

    Adventure text currently say "You may cast this card as an Adventure, after you do exile it." This implies that as long as the card is cast it will exile which is incorrect. The actual rules for adventure state "715.3d Instead of putting a spell that was cast as an Adventure into its owner’s graveyard as it resolves, its controller exiles it. For as long as that card remains exiled, that player may cast it. It can’t be cast as an Adventure this way, although other effects that allow a player to cast it may allow a player to cast…

  20. Valgavoth ward failed to work

    Valgavoth is in play. It says ward: sacrifice 3 non-land permanents. Other player only had 2 non-land permanents in play. They cast hidden hands to tap Valgavoth but sacrificed nothing.
