1. Non-ranked match play

   Using the "Deck Rating System" for non-ranked matches would make playing a lot more enjoyable.

   I have talked to at least 30 people who have told me that they either don't play much or have deleted the Arena app altogether, because there isn't the option of playing matches that would be considered "rating 1, 2, or 3".

   Example: my wife quit playing, except against the bot, because she is not a fan of rating levels above 3 IRL (she is typically between 2 & 3). Several others have told me that if Wizards would have, at least, the ability to choose 1, 2/3, & 4/5 levels to play they would love it.

   Let's face it, if most people sit down for a 1 - 3 rated match and someone is only playing a removal strategy against them it is everything EXCEPT fun/enjoyable, for both sides.

   When playing MTG IRL most players won't play a match against someone playing a deck that is rated 2 rating levels different.

   You already have the deck builder able to differentiate between what is a legal deck or not. So, adding the "deck rating" system to the deck builder should be rather easy. And, if you do, you will have a vast portion of casual (not being sexist, a lot of female, including my wife and daughter) players using your app, falling in love with new to them cards, and hunting down those cards IRL.

2. Mobile arena Ranked Competitive Brawl

   It's happened twice now, where during the match, all my lands disappear from sight and I'm unable to tap and utilize them. it will still cast , however , renders all abilities of lands unaccessible.

4. Game to some players freezes up

      Connect to players far away, possible in China. Play a normal game and see that cards is not possible or takes a very long time to resolve.

      Mac using the Epic launcher — 2026.64.50.5990.1332174.

   3.   Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
      

      When connected to I guess is Chinese users, or users far away from where I live, the game occasionally freezes up. When making a play, there are longer waits for the server to confirm my play. This results in me being unable to play cards or take actions before the turn timer runs out. This makes the game unplayable when it occurs. It also appears to not be fully symmetrically, with some opponents being able to make normal plays without issue.

      Play cards normally.

      No work around. The game is essentially lost.

5. Break Under Pressure not working

   Attempted to force my opponent to sacrifice their creature with Break Under Pressure. However, the opponent was able to select a TOKEN instead of the two mana creature they had on board.

   Had a similar issue last night, now this maybe a wording issue on my side. Opponent had out Anti-Venom and Elspeth, 5 mana 1/1 token maker. Played Break Under Pressure and opponent sacrificed a 4 mana card and not a 5 mana card.

6. broken surveil-screen instead of hideaway-screen

   I played a Rabble Rousing but instead of Hideaway 5 screen i got a strange mix of it and Surveil screen, but it was completely un-interactable. I couldn't resolve it so i had to concede the match. PC

7. unsummon not enabled

   1. Have unsummon in hand, with one blue mana up. Have priority during combat, after attackers are declared. Place a stop on the declare blockers phase. At this point, when your opponent declares attackers and prior (or even after) you declare blockers, you should legally be able to cast unsummon--but you will find you cannot.

8. I do not want to have to hear my opponents pet in game or whatever its called.

   This should be obvious. How is there no way to silence this in game? Why do i have to listen to all these annoying additions or mute the game? If they want to listen to this, fine, but don't make me.

9. Spamming blockers with lifelink

   Im playing with Ghired and the exalted sunborn. I've duplicated exalted sunborn with jaxis, the troublemaker andcopied with ghired and novice inspector. Then,my opponent attacked me, and i deffend all his creatures with my 250 token of exalted sunborn, then the game was nearly to crash. I've waited 1 min and it started moving my screen because 1 creature was blocjing 243 exalted sunborn. i've been waitingfor like 2 minutes while im writting this, my suggestion is to remove the 243 interactions of tyhe attacking creature and only do it a few times like when i attack with 250 tokens that only has 3 visible attacks. 10. Golden Pack progression

    My Golden Pack progress is stuck at 8/10. I've purchased several packs with gold from different expansions, including March of the Machine, but the counter hasn't increased for approximately three purchases.

    I'm playing on Android. This issue seems to affect packs from multiple expansions, not just Alchemy.

    Could you please investigate this issue and restore the missing progress or grant the Golden Pack I should have received?

11. Rottenmouth Viper Bug

    If you look at screenshot A you will see that my Rottenmouth viper has been reduced to one swamp to cast. I had that swamp available to cast but as you can see in screenshot #2 it still wanted me to pay the full price or sacrifice creatures to cast…. Shouldnt it be reduced to what is displayed on the card in the hand from fuel tank feaster?

12. infiante loop

    I am writing to report a highly detrimental combo currently active in Standard match play that is severely damaging the health of the format. This interaction creates an infinite loop of life gain and loss that instantly ends the game, making Standard feel entirely pointless and completely uninteractive.

    As shown in the attached screenshot (image_2e32cf.jpg), the issue stems from the interaction between two specific mechanics:

    Marauding Blight-Priest (or similar effects): "Whenever you gain life, each opponent loses 1 life."

    Bloodthirsty Conqueror (or similar effects): "Whenever an opponent loses life, you gain that much life."

    Once both of these permanents are on the battlefield, a single point of damage or a single point of life gain triggers an unstoppable, infinite loop. While this may be functioning according to the literal rules text of the cards, it acts as a game-breaking exploit in the current Standard environment. It completely bypasses normal combat, board state progression, and interactive gameplay.

    This two-card loop is highly toxic for the competitive queue. I strongly urge the design and balance teams to review this interaction and consider banning the key enablers of this infinite combo (such as Bloodthirsty Conqueror) in Standard to restore balance and make the format enjoyable again.

    Ban "stripmine". There are plenty of other non basic lands that destroy other lands. Two cards that ruined classic magic. STASIS and STRIPMINE. BANNED TOTALLY!! OR ELSE all decks will be stripmine decks..

15. Booster pack disappears after “Waiting for Server” and blank “OK” pop up on mobile

    I encountered an issue when trying to open booster packs in the MTG Arena mobile app.

    When I tapped a booster pack to open it, the message “Waiting for Server” remained on the screen for an unusually long time. After that, the normal pack-opening animation did not appear. Instead, a popup appeared with only an “OK” button and no meaningful error message.

    Tapping “OK” did not appear to do anything. I tried opening the pack again several times, but the same issue kept occurring.

    I then restarted the app. After restarting, the booster pack was no longer shown on the Packs screen.

    Because the pack-opening animation and card results were never displayed, I cannot tell whether the booster pack was successfully opened and whether the cards from the pack were actually added to my account.

    Steps to reproduce:

    Open the MTG Arena mobile app.
    Go to the Packs screen.
    Tap a booster pack to open it.
    “Waiting for Server” remains on the screen for an unusually long time.
    No pack-opening animation appears.
    A popup containing only an “OK” button appears.
    Tapping “OK” does not resolve the issue.
    After restarting the app, the booster pack is gone.

    Expected result:
    The booster pack should open normally, the opening animation should play, and the cards received should be displayed and added to my collection.

    Actual result:
    The opening animation does not play, a blank popup with only an “OK” button appears, and after restarting the app the booster pack disappears. It is unclear whether the cards were actually granted.

    Could you please check the server-side transaction or account history and confirm whether the cards from the affected booster pack(s) were successfully added to my account?

    This happens around 0800 to 0900 a.m. Japan time.

19. Ban Curse of Silence on brawl

    This card is far too cheap and powerful of an effect on the 1v1 digital environment. The fact that you've already banned Drannith Magistrate and Runed Halo for a similar effect only proves this requires the same attention.

    Duplicate DiscountI am trying to purchase the pre-con deck with Jace made recently available, and tried to get a duplicate discount by crafting some of the cards with my wildcards. Although I didnt have a problem with most cards I crafted, it appears that although I have crafted a 3rd Day of Judgement and a single Final Showdown, i dont get their respective discounts. Maybe I have missed something and I don't understand how it works, but please let me know if this is a bug or something. I tried restarting the game and went back and fourth to collection and store multiple times, but it didn't seem to work.
