How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Arena Android App Not Able To Connect To Server

    Android version of the game boots up ok, but can't seem to connect to the server. Already cleaned cache and reinstalled the app 2 times and it persists.

  2. Product Suggestion

    Please please please STOP with the pairing algorhythms and the obvious cheating that Arena does. Just give us random pairings by rank - thats it - no further manipulations. Let us draw cards randomly as you can with a computer and let actual skill determine who wins and not your obvious manipulations. What you are doing is reprehensible to a competitive player. The game is good if you would just stop the behind the scenes manipulation of what is happening.

    No spokes person for your bug reports? Am I under the correct assumption? I had an issue with a draft token after a Mstery Pass purchase not show up, remedied in less than 48 hours. Cool, as to be expected when you pay for something, you should receive all of what you paid for yes? My daily's are busted, bad.....bug report out there for weeks in addition to all those suffering the woes of daily's not populating, or the shuffler!   8. Copying Electrolyze

    PC version
    Strixhaven Premiere Draft.
    I cast Lead by Example
    I cast Electrolyze
    there is a 2/3, 2/1 and a 2/2 on the board. I split the first copy 1 and 1 on the 2/3 and 2/1. My plan was to deal 2 more to the 2/3 with the second electrolyze, but it would not allow me to only submit one target. Instead, I had to select two and split 1 and 1 again. This made it so only one creature died and I lost the game.

  10. Unable to purchase Gems - We've gotten totally lost...

    This is a defect. Steps to repro:

    1. Open application
    2. Log in
    3. Navigate to the Store
    4. Select any item to purchase

    Actual Result:

    The system displays the message: "Waiting for Server..." then an error appears indicating that "We've totally lost...". In the log file I found the following entry associated with this problem:

    [19249] [ZFBrowser] Error fetching html: {"error":"ERRUNKNOWN","url":"https://secure.xsolla.com/paystation3/?accesstoken=REDACTED

    I'm not able to even reach the store page provided by Xsolla

    Expected Result:

    The use is able to reach the Store page and to purchase item(s)

  13. Sportsmanship and leaving a losing game by timing out

    Once it is apparent that a game is hopeless for one player, most players are civil and either concede, or quickly play through their turns to bring the game to an end.

    But, I've experienced enough players that just walk away from their computer and let the game finish by timing out, that I've taken the time to write this note.

    It is an awful game play experience watching the opponent's timer count down for 3+ minutes. Particularly when it is obvious they are not looking at how they could win (checking card text, looking the graveyards, etc.) and are…

    +2 life on the draw
    The person on the play has a huge advantage, especially in best of one. The person on the draw should get +2 life as a countermeasure.

  15. Customer Feedback page reports "Couldn't submit your request" after clicking "Submit" but the request shows up anyways.

    When clicking "Submit" on an idea, I am greeted by a red "Sorry, couldn't submit your request" error message. The request goes through anyways but this could result in users double or triple posting ideas/bug reports.

  18. too many players timing out of games

    Too many players are abandoning games by annoyingly letting the timer run all the way down. I firmly suggest a system whereby a player gets three strikes: one strike per game abandonment by timeout. At three strikes, the player is suspended for 2 days, etc. At three suspensions, the player is suspended for a week. Something like that. There needs to be consequences for this, especially because some of it is malicious, but really all of it is a massive waste of time and it will cause player turnover (aka, fewer players around to participate, access products in the store,…

  20. Retrieving asset manifest

    Seems like you people have been having this issue for years on multiple platforms. Get your **** together and fix it. I spent money on this game and can’t play it.
    To answer your 6 questions above:
    1 Open the app on my phone. Nothing else to say
    2 iOS but seen people with the same issue on Android , Mac, and Windows too going back several years
    3 See attached image that tons of other people have sent. After 20 minutes it says it lost server connection. My wifi is working just fine for other devices and other apps…
