1. Shuffler & Matchmaker are obviously manipulated

   Fix Shuffler & Matchmaker. One of 60 getting drawn in opening hand and the mulligan? not once but twice in the same 6 session? WTF?? also ensuring that I am matched against a graveyard exile deck every single time I use a reanimation deck? Or a artifact destruction when using an artifact deck? What a toxic pile of burning dog shite this game is - and always was - it's obvious that they do not read these comments or anything else you send to them, the same auto responses to any questions. What a farce - maybe there will be a massive hack and their grift of the mentally deficient players that spend money on this abortion will end.

   ASIDE FROM THIS APP THAT MANIPULATES AND MANICURES GAME PLAY IT IS GOOD TO PUT ON FRONT STREET THAT WHEN YOU GET TO MYTHIC A BOT AND MEMBERS PLAY YOUR DECK AND EVEN INSTANCES IVE EXPERIENCED, THEY CHANGED THE CARD IMAGE FOR THAT DECK.I HAVE LOST % WITHOUT EVEN PLAYING BECAUSE WHEN I GET TO MYTHIC I STOP PLAYING RANKED UNTIL THE "SEASONAL" REDUCTION.DONT PLAY OR MESS WITH OUR DECKS HASHOLES TY

   RANDOM DIFFERENT CARDS YOU NEED TO TRY TO PUT TOGETHER (WOW LIKE REG. MTG) AND NOT GIVEN TO YOU AS THE SERVER DOES WITH NETDECKS TO GIVE YOU THE DOPAMINE SHOT BEFORE THEY HOOK YOU WITH A LONG PAUSE OF BEING DRAGGED UNTIL YOU GET THAT HAND AGAIN.

   How about you and anyone involved with programming the shuffler go outside get a rope and kill yourselves... this site will always be complete JOKE till the shuffler is COMPLETELY RANDOM... its ******** that no matter how much mana is in the deck you draw at 20% if best thats with a 50% mana deck .... ******** i have trsted this its a FACT.... until we are as even as it is on a tabletop this site will always be a joke I will always be that rock in your shoe ... fyi ... my computer science degree is coming along nicely... how does it feel to know im spending 50k on a education with the soul interest of crashin your ****

6. Intentional interference in the game with shuffler

   When are you going to stop interfering with games? I have several hours of video that demonstrates my theory that you guy directly interfere with the outcomes of games. I don't play anything remotely close to meta and since your matchmaking matches you against decks you have a tougher time with and honestly the meta decks are not an issue , the shuffler mana screws me every 2 wins. It's bad enough that you can bet on it, I have been recording every single game I have played for stat tracking and I can prove that your hand smoothing doesn't just effect the opening hand, It is an exploit and creates issues with draws for the entire game. The plan was that players move to best of 3 , but some of us don't have that luxury. I get only 30 mins a day on average to play and I would like a form for best of 1 that does not have hand smoothing.

7. Shuffler logic with land count extremely flawed

   I played multiple rounds of Standard best of 3 today. A disproprortionate amount were non-games due to the shuffler dealing me consecutive 1-land hands in a deck of 25 lands out of 60. One game, I muliganed 3 times to get a 1 land hand each time. A previous match the same day I had 2 muligans of 1 land before I had a 2 land hand on the 3rd try. You can lie to yourself all you want and say it is "random" or confimation bias, but that does not excuse lazy programming.

8. Shuffler is busted

   I have a towns based deck , it has about 75% land ratio. My question is how do I get mana screwed 3 out of 5 games? One out of 20 games is more likely and having figured the odds getting mana screwed with that many lands is about 20 million to one in 2 games but it just happened that I got screwed for lands in 4 games in a row

10. Red aggro decks are broken and the shuffler cheats FOR them!

    Play test Red Aggro against any other deck and see if it is fun, or fair. I can guarantee it's not in either case. Check the deck shuffler against them and see if you get the key idea cards you need, you won't. I Had 1/6th what i needed in deck, after 40 cards i got 1. Not a single 1 drop across 3 ranked games! If you just want Red Aggro to win, then just eliminate the other colors. I mean there is NO point. Red has always been easy, and sometimes competitive, but it's broken completely right now. I was going to drop real money on this for the new card set, but forget about it now. It's no fun AT ALL! (STANDARD Ranked)

    I don't know what you did with the last patch, but before if the shuffler don't work properly, now it's complete ruined. This is obscene, I've lost a lot of matches just for shuffler issues. Please, PLEASE fix this ASAP.

13. Not an "idea" a fact. Your shuffler is horribly broken.

    There are people who try to make a living off showing highlights of your game. MANY MANY MANY times I have seen each of them mention your shuffler... Didn't think much of it, but it's absolutely insane that a deck can be built with mechanics like scry or surveil, (effectively giving an additional card advantage) only for your game to not have anything of use. Didn't take screenshots but the passed 4 games AT minimum I just played, (with surveil/scry mechanics, plus a great amount of drawing capacity) equaled out to NO LANDS WHATSOEVER IN THE TOP 10 CARDS OF MY LIBRARY. I have complained in the past about this and was assured it is all working as it should. You are a joke, having inherited a game where people actually did work to upkeep their game instead of trying to money rake with collabs. You should all be ashamed, and hand the game off to someone who actually gives a ****.

19. Product Suggestion

    This game is so manipulated to the extent I'm being paired with people with same decks consistently when I win or shuffler screwed. The shuffler is either giving me stacked cards or lands even in a low land deck. It seems you either just win by a landslide (no puns here) or get stomped out there is no good MTG games anymore. This game used to be something I enjoyed but at least it's pushed me back to paper... oh yeah my "Product Suggestion" Nothing, you guys have never listened to consumers it's all about digital marketing.

20. stop putting alchemy in historic brawl

    Alchemy is overpowered garbage and has no place in brawl. Remove the two or give us explorer brawl. Alchemy cards are busted but so is the fact this shuffler is rigged.
