1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTG arena color challenge rewards issue
After coming back from a long brake (before game update). Color challenges show as completed and claimed but final reward is unclaimed (card styles/wild cards). Even after completing final duel card styles/wild cards are not unlocked.

golden
BUG with golden packs
I had 5 or 6 golden packs to open and was waiting till the season ends to open them, but today they all vanished from my inventory (packs page)
only my 76 avatar packs are still in the screen.

Rewards for reaching new ranks!
This game should give a pack of cards or a sleeve skin or something when you reach a new rank for the first time in a new season. I havn't been playing very long, does rank have seasons even? Anyway I just hit diamond for the first time ever and the only reward i got was the lobby screen.... this game seems very stingy with incentivising its players.

Tutorial repetition
Each time I opened the home page, the tutorial flashed. Informing me that we are able to gain reward after meeting its request. And then it disappeared without any guidance. I'm sure that I have passed all tutorial. Unfortunately, I failed to start a dual in PC since the tutorial appeared. I failed to enter any game since the annoying tutorial flashed in the home page!

"What an adventure!" Bug
that weird light thing keeps popping up every time I hit home, it tells me “What an adventure!” You're well on your way to being a great plainswalker" “You've got a quest! If you complete it, you'll get a reward.” “click here to play a game.”

Is this a scam and why is it showing up after every single time I arrive at the menu? ie: every time after a game

mission is not progressing
so my mission says to do white or blue spells and im using a white and blue deck and everytime i do a spell its not progressing also when i win the game i cant even get the first reward of the day the 200 coins i dont know how to fix this

BUG: Seeing New on opening packs for cards i already have (Run away with me)
I am seeing the card "Run away with me" appear as new each time i pull it from a pack.

Give Daily and Weekly reward Progress for Direct Games
I mostly play Gladiator against other players using the direct challenge feature. So I often complete my Weeklies but get no daily or weekly gold progress. This is punitive and punishing to players who want to play unsupported community run formats with no official queue and players who just want to jam with friends.
I presume it's the way it is to prevent abuse, but it's been a long time and we deserve a better solution.

Vault progression and Still Sparky yapping
I've opened over 25 packs and noticed that my vault progression percentage hasn't increased from 19.2%.
Can you get Sparky to shut the **** up!?
I've had to reduce in-game voice volume to WORK AROUND YOUR POOR PROGRAMMING which REDUCES THE GAMEPLAY EXPERIENCE because you guys FAIL TO FIX IN A TIMELY manner.6 votes -
No rewards for winning, ranking not updating
Not getting rewards for winning, win count not increasing, ranking not changing after wins when I am in mythic.
And now have spark rank.
Nice to know when you are in the top 1500 mythic and you win games you dont actually increase rank due to a bug, then have to struggle for 40 minutes to figure out on which page redirect you need raise a bug, probably only to get a new common card skin for the issue, rather than the 20 play points you would have gotten along with all teh other rewards the 10 wins…14 votes -
Pick 2 Draft TMNT only let me play 2 of 3 games
After completing my second game in the Pick 2 Draft for TMNT, it didn't let me play the 3rd game. Only option was to pay and start a new draft! I did get a reward, but it could have been a better reward if I won my 3rd game.

Booster not received
In the Mastery Pass for Lorwyn the 4th reward should have been 3 Booster for Lorwn, but somehow I didn`t receive them. Instead I got 3 Boosters from an other pack.
Is this a bug?

Mastery Pass Level Boost UI Issue
Hi, I noticed that the Mastery Pass level boost was displaying extremely large numbers of booster packs (see attached image). I spent 6,500 gems to test whether this was accurate, but only received the normal number of packs.
Since this appears to be a UI error, is it possible to receive a refund for the gems spent?

Beyond Playset
I cracked some EOE packs and it included a Gene Pollinator but I know with 100% certainty that I already had a playset because I thought it was weird that when I cracked packs last week I cracked 3 more when I thought I already had at least 2. This makes we question the accuracy of the wildcards.

Better rewards for Draft and Quick Draft
I love playing draft and quick draft on Arena when there aren't events at the physical stores near my house. The format is competitive and quite difficult to win all 7 games. Arena could offer better rewards to further incentivize the format, for example, offering gold rewards in addition to gems for a certain number of wins, or more gems as a reward to encourage new drafts and more matches. I believe it's the most fun format.

GOLDEN
GOLDEN PACK - DUPLICATE PROTECTION MALFUNCTIONING.
I have a full 4x collection of all standard sets from Avatar thru Bloomburrow. I opened 7 Golden packs today, and received 7 x 20gem cards with Avatar icons on the bottom of them. The remaining cards were appropriate.
Aren't duplicate protections for Golden packs supposed to kick the Rares and Mythics down to all available standard sets before turning cards into gems? Those Gem's should have instead been 7 Rares from OTJ thru WOE. In the past, all of the rares would have defaulted to OTJ, but I'm not sure that is expected.

server issue?
weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing…

Numbers show as blocks
Updated to latest version January 14, 2026 on iOS mobile. All card names, creature types, power/toughness, quest reward amounts, and life totals blurry blocks rather than numbers. Card rules box text still visible. Had to scrape through a draft match guessing at stats and life totals. App is unusable until resolved.

Quest and reward gold is not added to my gold total
On iOS. Every time I am awarded gold it does not add to my gold total. I repaired the game files, logged out and back in, but the gold is still missing.
