How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Sparky's Challenge No Reward After 3rd Win
Noticed "Sparky's Challenge" in the events tab, and had time to kill so decided to play it. Got 2 victories rather easily, and collected a card reward after each. However, after my 3rd victory I was taken directly back to the home screen with no "random cosmetic" reward, and "Sparky's Challenge" completely gone.
I manually checked my cosmetic inventories one by one, and nothing new is present. Tried closing the game and reopening it and repairing the files, still have the same issue.
Feel I was robbed/cheated a bit. Not cool.5 votes -
Alchemy card cosmetic as reward in non-alchemy event
I have received Alchemy card cosmetic as reward in a non-alchemy event (Midweek Magic Foundations Draft) and also have seen other people complaining about it. I do not wish to have anything to do with Alchemy and would like to receive rewards appropriate to the type of event I have decided to play.

I have not receive the golden pack after buy de 10 packs to get it
I bought the last 2 packs to get the golden one, but i didn't recieve it and now i am 0/10 for packs to open again, it doesn't fell fair, not all the people have the same time to spend to loss that kind of progress.

I used coins to redeem 3 of the Avatar packs, and I only received a single Avatar pack
I used 3000 coins to redeem 3 Avatar packs, and I only received 1 pack. I also cannot see the 3 packs I was supposed to get for this set upon login

Renewal Egg & Prerelease packs Opened but no items received
For Edge of Eternities - I tried opening my Renewal Egg and Prerelease Packs from attending a prerelease, but none of those items got added to my account.

Continuously receiving Banishing Light in packs
I am continuously receiving Banishing Light when opening packs. It always appears in the lower right hand slot with the same art and is flagged as “first” despite me already having received it numerous times before. I am worried this is keeping me from getting other cards or the corresponding wildcard given that I have four copies of this card already.

Individual Card Reward Mistake
I've been receiving rewards for a month since the rotation and I've noticed that the range of individual card rewards doesn't seem to be rotating properly.Cards from the latest sets are not included, and cards from older sets that should not be included continue to be included.
Please fix it as soon as possible, announce it, and redistribute the incorrect rewards to players.5 votes -
No rare card when opening Foundations packs.
I don't have anywhere near a complete collection of rare foundations cards but am receiving gems instead of a rare card every time i purchase a pack.

Not getting midweek magic cosmetic reward
For the past 3 weeks I have not received the 3rd reward for any midweek magic event even though I have completed at least 3 wins in each event. I will get the first 2 card rewards but I have not received any of the cosmetic rewards.

When I open the game, it recommends opening the end-of-season egg. I open it and get nothing. Please check that it's working properly.

Mastery pass reward failed to recieve
The edge of eternities mastery pass gave me the mythic card reward for reaching level 9, but failed to do so upon reaching level 12. tried to capture t log to add to this issue, but the button isnt working on mobile.

Paid for Mythic rare pack, did not get a mythic rare card
I purchased one of the Kamigawa mythic card packs but did not receive a mythic card in the pack

Wrong rares from edge of eternities alchemy packs
Pretty much as said in the title, edge of eternities alchemy packs drop rares fron every other alchemy set but the EOE ones. It's very frustrating because I need to complete the rares/mythic collection and keep increasing the vault progress.

Wizards of the Coast booster packs are a rip-off
Wizards of the Coast values each booster pack box at $2.20.
Even a pre-order of 50 packs costs over $90, so why are they being sold for this price in the US?1 vote -
Jump In - Cant claim last reward
I've been facing varied samples of minor technical issues since the release of ATLA's set. Now, playing the jump-in I cant claim the last reward, even tho I've had more than 7 wins. Its not a big issues, but just wanted to report. Ty!

Jump In not showing unpicked packs
I'm not getting unpicked packets when joining Jump In. According to https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/magic-digital/jump-packets-update-kamigawa-neon-dynasty-2022-02-11,
for your first packet, at least one option will be a packet you've never selected
This happened like 5-10 times with previous releases, but I thought I'd try again now that NEO is out and there are new packets that I've never picked. Instead I was offered Armory, Zombies and Powered Up, all of which I've picked before.
