Crash after trying to claim rewards on android
After I finish a match and click on claim, the game crashes. This happens with the daily rewards aswell as the midweek magic rewards. My expected results: the game not crashing. This bug occured on android.

client crashed computer
Was playing a sealed event on Windows.
Opponent played a spell, and the resulting effect caused my PC to crash.
I obviously lost the match due to the resulting timeouts.

Entire 3.83 GB game download REQUIRED after crash.
Whenever the game crashes on my iPad it logs me out and requires the entire game to be downloaded again.
So annoying when you are in the middle of a limited game.
Before the latest upgrade if it crashed, you would only need to restart the app and wait for it to detect you are waiting and put you into the game you were playing, with minimal issues.
Is there anything I can do to avoid this issue?

Crash while entering any game
Since yesterday (after downloading a large amount of data, not an app update) it has been impossible to play: at the time of entering a game, the app immediately crashes.
It is on mobile phone, android OS.

Crash and unable to return
During a Cube Draft match, the game crashed less than 5 seconds before I was about to win. When I tried to return, I got stuck on an update screen for a long time and couldn’t rejoin the match until it had already been counted as a loss.
Could you please review the match and help restore the win or refund the entry?

Android app crash on "Waiting for opponent..." while joining draft
The android app is prone to crash right before joning matches, which then results in a lost game.
After these crashes, is impossible to reconnect through mobile, the app will continue crashing on the very same message, right before joining the game.When I was near my laptop I was able to quickly join from PC and play the match there, but this is a very annoying issue.
At the very least, don't give the loss if a player never gets to see his hand.Please, this will be much appreciate, thanks

Game crashes during matches
Since last Thursday (2/1/24), the app will crash during matches. Not all matches, and I can’t tell what the trigger is, but regularly enough that I’m losing matches because of it. Around 25% of matches. After restarting the app and reconnecting to the match, it still continues to crash.
I’m on an iPad 8th generation, model MYLD2LL/A , iOS 16.6.1.
I’ve tried restarting the game completely, turning my iPad completely off then on again, and even deleting and reinstalling the app. But still having the same issue.

DDR4I attempted install and it installs, but will not fully open. It immediately crashes before displaying anything. I can select icon and it begins to zoom into app like a transition to fullscreen, but crashes before any images.

Crash on interaction popup on android after the 22nd july 2025 update.
After yesterday's update the game has become unplayable on my Samsung tab a9+ (which meets the recommended specs). Whenever a popup occurs either for me or an opponent (eg. The gain 2 life effect of an adventurer's inn) the game crashes. It makes the game unplayable on my tablet. The same crash occurs across the formats.

Game keeps crashing.
Game continually crashing. Missing or blank pet locations causes game to crash as well, Currently though **** game has crashed 4 times on me.

Game crashes when starting a match randomly
Since the most recent update, when I try to enter a match, it will randomly crash once an opponent is found on the loading screen and when I completely close the app, if I’m still in the same match the crash happened on, it will crash continually until the match has timed out. I’m usually watching a video in the background and it messes with the audio creating a buzzing noise when it crashes and closes the app.
I am on iOS 18 for iPad and iphone and this happens frequently though not in all matches.4 votes -

Freeze and crash of the game following update on june 3
Following today's (June 3) update the game freezes and crashes when I try to access the store or join an event. This is on a mobile phone using Android 13.

Blocking Bug after client crash
Playing on PC (Win 10). The client crashed during the opponent's combat step. After restarting, I am taken back to my game at the declare blockers step. I am not able to chose any of my creatures as blockers although I had three valid creatures to choose. The only "action" I am allowed to make is to click the "No Blocks" button. I hit ALT+F4 and launch the mobile app on my Samsung S22 Ultra. Again, I am taken into my game at the declare blockers step. Again, the only action available to me is to hit "No Blocks".…

App crash in quick draft match
Mobile app crashes during quick draft games. When I reboot the app, it reconnects me to the ongoing match and, if my opponent is attacking, I am unable to allocate blockers. Happened 3 times in a single match and cost me the game due to being unable to block damage each time the app crashed.
Attached is a screenshot of the app prompting me to allocate blockers and highlighting the available ones, but I am unable to select them. I am however and to press every other button on the screen including: going into the settings, emoting, selecting…1 vote -
Version 2025.52.40 is crashing
Updated on two different devices (iPad) and both crash at app startup.

Crash on +1/+1 Counter
When playing on the mobile app on my Google Pixel 7 Pro using Android 16.
Anytime a +1/+1 Counter is added to my creatures the app instantly crashes. It does not happen when my opponent adds a +1/+1 Counter to their creatures. I've tried multiple decks to see if it was Creature or Color specific. It happens to all.
This was found while playing the White deck Color challenge, but as mentioned happens with any +1/+1 counter I place on my creatures through any method.
This started occurring after an update this week.
No Workaround found.

Crash after opponent casting monstrous rage
I had it 3 times when the opponent casts monstrous rage my game crashes instantly. After reconnecting the Screen as seen in the screenshot appears and i can reconnect to the game, but its very annoying.

Aetherdrift Quick Draft Crash Whenever Crewing Vehicles
As described, lately (last two days) the game crashes whenever I crew a vehicle. This is obviously a huge detriment in a vehicle based set, and makes my white/blue vehicle deck unplayable. This is on Chromebook steam.
