How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Deck builder won't let me save deck due to sideboard bug
Deck builder says I can't save a deck with more than 15 cards in sideboard even when the side deck has less than 15 cards. It forces me to go down to 7 cards in the sideboard to save. This is for a standard deck.

Can't use Ultrawide Fullscreen
Ever since the last update, ultrawide (and other unsupported screen resolutions) are now resetting to non-fullscreen mode every time we switch to a new scene. I press Alt+Enter to go into fullscreen, hit Play to search for a match, the game loads the searching scene and exits fullscreen, I press Alt+Enter again to enter fullscreen, the game scene loads, the game exits fullscreen again. It's really frustrating... Before this update, I believe I only had to manually enter fullscreen if I made changes to the video options and only because ultrawide resolution is not an actual option.

Buying multiple packs at a time gives no progress towards gold packs
When I logged in to get my Brother's War packs, I bought 2x15 packs with gold and didn't get any progress towards gold packs. I bought 1x pack with gold and it gave me progress toward a gold pack. I am missing 30x progress towards gold packs (3 gold packs), please remedy.

Dear MTG Arena Team,
As a passionate player of Timeless, I would like to respectfully request the addition of dedicated Timeless or Timeless Classic events to MTG Arena. Timeless is my favorite format in Arena because of its depth, variety, and the ability to explore strategies across Magic’s history.
Currently, the only way to engage with Timeless competitively is through the ranked ladder. While this is enjoyable, it feels incomplete without events that allow players to earn rewards, test themselves in structured runs, and experience the format in a tournament-like environment, much like…

missing cards from collection
for the past 2-3 months i've played to build a decent collection so i can make some decks.
Some cards are dissapearing from my collection, even when i have used it.
cards of the events, cards of drafts (yes, the ones that should stay in your collection), cards from packs or even for the daily rewards.So far i can name 7 cards that are missing. some of them just 1 copy. but others 2 or more.
i've noticed that if the cards arent put in a saved deck... some of them just dissapear.
how can i leave the game…

updating data
It says : "Error Updating Data - Please check your connection and try again".
after a new patch launched on Jan 26th.
I think this is a bug.

Cannot sign in to submit a request
Every time I try to submit a request it asks me to log in and every time I log in it redirects my to my profile. When I return to the pictured page I am always still logged out so I cannot submit requests. It's pretty infuriating to have the system for reporting bugs and issues also be bugged.

Suddenly returned to main menu during a match
I am regularly experiencing a bug on PC where I am suddenly returned to the main menu screen during a match. It can happen right away at hand selection or after several turns of normal gameplay. While at the main menu, the music from the match I was just kicked from continues playing. Queueing up again does not return me to game but starts a new match. During that new match, I hear the previous match's music as well as the current match's music. I have found that I can return to game I was kicked from if I quickly…

Unable to start a match
Since the update to v 2025.49.20.3076.1156372 on Mac, I am unable to start a match. The system goes through normal "Searching for Opponent" then when it goes to "Start Match", it flickers black then goes back to the Home screen

Game registered as loss that I actually won
I won a game by casting Crushing Disappointment with opponent on 1 life and me on 17 (I think - double digits anyway). Arena registered it as a loss. My 3rd loss as well so I couldn't play any more games with my draft deck!
System says "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" so I'm trying without the game log now.

Connect Lost Draw Ranked Match
During a ranked match, my opponent is losing. Upon their defeat, the game quickly shows connection lost for a short moment and game ends in a draw. I am concerned opponent forced a draw by some disconnect method.

Mythic pack, Rare Wildcard

network error - unable to get collection
Can't get in to the main user interface. Can't attach a log when no access to the main menu.
Error displayed: Network error - unable to get collection.
The client asks either to reconnect, log off or check Arena status server (all operational).
Restarted my PC, restarted my internet modem+router. Still same error.
I logged in earlier 6 hours ago, no such problem.

Hi!
I would really love to get more of my friends playing with me online. I am sure that adding a 2v2 mode would be a lot of fun and a good way to get my friends playing. Right now if you wanna play with friends you play a couple of games and then you get bored. But playing with each other would be a lot more fun and I'm sure would make me pull some all-nighters :D.
Hoping I can get some balls rolling this way :)

Re-add ratings and rank data to logs
The ratings and rank details have been in the logs for, a very very long time.
The recent publicity about the nature of mmr ratings and how there are apparent bugs in that rating does not magically (pun intended) turn data which was freely included historically into a bug to hide.
Many trackers rely on rank details to provide value to customers or as differentiators in general.
Rating data, which does not directly affect rank, does provide insightful data into performance of the player and how their overall skill is being translated.

Can We get a Brawl without Alchemy
Some of these alchemy cards are so over powered. The power creep is bad enough in paper magic, the stuff you guys came up with just pushes some of these arena only alchemy cards over the top and are completely broken. It would sure be nice to play good ol' magic instead of what ever arena is turning into, because it's becoming a hot pile of garbage.

Seal Product Codes Should Not Expire
I bought a new old stock Jace Planeswalker Deck. It came with a digital code to play on Magic Arena but I can't use it apparently because it expired! How does it expire?! Digital is the only way to play right now with the pandemic and I can't use this deck all because Wizards of the Coast has codes expire... makes no sense. They should reactivate all codes that have expired from sealed products.

loss of a game because of the time taken to share damages
I had a jumbo cactuar on the field with trample, attacked, and my opponent blocked with a diamond weapon. However, since the damages are prevented, I had to manually increase the damages I wanted to give to the opponent, wich resulted in me losing all my timers and losing because of inactivity. The fact that it was a draft game that I should have won is annoying based on the importance of that kind of events, economically-wise...

Opponents triggers counting down my timer after I hit resolve all
I get that if I have priority, I need to do something and my timer starts. But after I've already hit "Resolve All", why should I be punished for my opponent playing a deck that has a million triggers?
