1. Onn 10.1. using wifi hotspot. Game crashes randomly when card effect animation triggers... I have toggled every combination of gameplay oce.

   Game keeps randomly crashing on Onn 10.1 when card animation is triggered. Tried every combination of gameplay options. Uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache and storage multiple times in multiple combinations. All cards freeze in game and when it try to concede in options options symbol disappears and game stays frozen.

3. Game crashed in the middle of a game

   Hi. I've been experiencing problems while playing limited this afternoon. During the first game, it took me out two times of it, but I could finish it. But, during the second game, the game crashed for like 20 minutes and both my timer and the opponent's stopped. Given that I couldn't do anything, after those 20 minutes, I had no other option but to close the game. So that is what I did, and, to my surprise, I got that game lost. I don't have a screenshot, because I didn't know what to do, but I did take the log. I hope I can get some feedback. Thanks

4. Game crashes on galaxy 24 ultra when opening the store

   After the most recent update on galaxy s24 ultra, everytime I try to open the store my game crashes. Im trying to get in to purchase the daily deal (draft token). After a couple of tries I get a message from my phone stating there is a bug.

5. Game crashed, game won't let me in coz it keeps going into the game that crashed when it searches for active matches

   The game crashed while playing a friend, after restarting the game several times it's no longer letting me back into the game as it's checking for active matches, then putting me in the game that glitched & locking me in the waiting screeen. I literally can't play the game anymore.

6. The game is crashing when I scroll through my cards in the deck builder.

   Playing on Android, on an Acer Chromebook.

   When I scroll through my cards in the deck builder, the game crashes after scrolling past ~40 cards or so. This happens in the expanded and collapsed views, and on any color or type of card. It is repeatable. I should be able to scroll though and see all of my green cards, for example, but the game crashes before I get to the 4-drops.

7. Game crashes after a opponent plays any return card to opponents hand

   During Gameplay anytime an opponent plays a card that returns a card to my hand, the game crashes. I can reopen the game but half of the time the timer has run out and my turn has been skipped. It has happened with multiple cards, not just limited to one type. Playing on MacBook Pro.

   I was playing a game in a premier draft when the game crashed and forced an update when I tried to reopen. I timed out of that game and received a loss and would like reimbursement for the draft.

9. Game crashing/freezing on more demanding actions

   I am repeatedly running into optimalization issues while playing on iPhone. I run a stupid commander deck, Tatyova landfall, that has few wincons in going infinite. Some actions that triggure a large events (not large stacks, but one action trigguring on a larger scale) the game can’t handle it and after a short freeze, ends the game prematurely as a draw with an error message.

   Two situations where this happens.

   1. I build my board to go gather large amount of resources (treasures or direct mana) A) I play Mathemagixs, where X is larger than 8 (i try to make my opponent overdraw) B) i play mirrorform, transforming 25+ entities on board

   Both of these events result in the game ending in a draw.
   I understand that some actions are not optimized, however choosing to not play MtG with available resources, because they are not optimized seems like a incredibly shallow flaw I have hard time swallowing.

   On the same note, in some cases, it is impossible to play with scute swarm. It not only floods the board, but floods the device processing power. Once your scuteswarm is 250 units, it hit’s a cap and when a new one is created, it deltes the oldest copy.
   Ok, fair enough, need to limit the space on board. But why does 250 scute swarm resolve on stack one by one? Why not have some solution the have the duplicate triggure resolve in an optimzed action.
   It becomes impossible to play anything that could put 2 or more lands on the board, or if there is a landtriggure multiplication. 750 events on stack and the game ends in a draw. Please, optimize 🙏

   (Happens in like 33% of games that would have resulted in my win)

10. Audio starvation freeze on Proton

    Platform: Steam (Linux, Ubuntu 24, Proton)
    Game version: 2026.57.20.11631
    Wwise SDK version: 2023.1.14 Build 8770

    Summary:
    MTGA freezes randomly during matches after 5–10 minutes of gameplay. The game window becomes unresponsive but the desktop remains fully usable. The game process must be killed manually to recover.

    Steps to reproduce:
    1. Launch MTGA via Steam on Linux (tested with Proton Experimental, Proton 9.0-4, and GE-Proton)
    2. Enter any match
    3. Play for 5–10 minutes
    4. Game window freezes — no crash dialog, no error message

    Technical findings:
    Proton logs consistently show the following sequence before every freeze:
    - "AK Error: Voice Starvation" (Wwise audio engine)
    - "AK Message: Audio thread resumed, audio restarts"
    - "AK Error: Unknown/Dead game object ID used in function SetPosition"

    Crash dumps (located in %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp\Wizards Of The Coast\MTGA\BacktraceDatabase\crashpad\reports) contain:
    - ANRException: Blocked thread detected

    This indicates the Wwise audio thread crashes, attempts to restart, fails to recover cleanly, and the resulting dead audio objects block the main Unity thread indefinitely.

    The issue occurs regardless of Proton version, GPU settings, or in-game volume settings. It does not occur on Windows.

    Requested fix:
    Please investigate Wwise audio thread stability on Linux/Wine, or add a timeout/recovery mechanism so that a failed audio thread does not permanently block the main thread.

12. Oko, The Ring Leader

    Playing a brawl match against someone using Oko, the Ring Leader as their commander. The issue arose whenever he started using the ability: -5, For each other nonland permanent you control, create a token that's a copy of that permanent. That's fine, whatever. However, they also had cards that gave them extra turns. During each of these (in total five turns), they kept using the ability mentioned above. Now, my hardware far exceeds the recommended specs for MTG Arena, but when you double all nonland permanents over and over, the game lags. So much so that I had to end the process and start it up again just to get it working again. And with the five or so extra turns they had they kept me essentially *******, forcing me to walk away from my computer for around 20 minutes as I would just load into their match again and crash. Maybe it's an exploit, maybe it's just a get better hardware issue, I don't know. I just thought I should share it.

13. My game crashed and took a long while for arena to find the match

    Was in a secrets of strixhaven quick draft when my game crashed, after this I immediately attempted to rejoin the game yet it held me on the joining screen for long enough for my opponent to get 2 turns ahead of me, and by that time I was screwed and ended up losing the game because of my disadvantage.

14. Token destruction freezing game

    This has been happening for 3 days now, I’ve seen multiple other reports but there’s been no response whatsoever from wizards so here I am again. Upon any token destruction, the player who should have an opportunity to respond will be locked out of making any moves. The timer will run out while the pass button is nowhere to be found. Additionally cards that theoretically you can respond with are not able to be used, mana is not able to be tapped. I am starting to see decks made to force this token destruction and consequentially a surrender from the opponent. If wizards does not act now, people will begin using these deck compositions to cheese competitive ranking by forcing surrenders through the game crashing. This is not fair and is extremely urgent, and it’s frankly pathetic that wizards is continuing to release limited time events and shop items all while this extremely impactful bug is ignored. Why shouldn’t I go build a deck to exploit this bug too to climb comp if they’re not going to fix it?

15. Unable to loggin

    During the 3rd pack of the draft, the server crashed and wouldn't let me log back in, always showing a loading error message followed by a black screen.
    I conclude that the draft has already finished and I haven't been able to pick a single card from pack 3, and I still can't log back in.

    It's worth noting that I have a stable internet connection with no signs of interruption, and other errors of this type have occurred throughout the week, affecting other drafts I did previously. Will there be any kind of compensation for this type of error?

16. Game seizing at matching, stops loading after a few seconds, crashes ehich results in a loss.

    Frequently, since TMT launched, I have been loading into Standard BO1 ranked, and while loading the game seizes. The icon continues to spin, but eventually it seems to time out and I have to restart the game. This results in a ranked loss each time.

17. After Jan-Feb updates, game is unplayable

    Reinstallation didn't help. It freezes at "initializing localization database".

    I have two tablets: Samsung SM-T870 (Galaxy Tab S7, Android 13) and Samsung SM-T575 (Galaxy Tab Active3, Android 13).

    This is the last development. Throughout Jan and Feb, the game crashed in 50% of matches.

20. Game stuck in waiting for spell/phase resolution

    This has happened to me twice now, in under an hour no less, and this never happened until this update. There seems to be no specific trigger either. The first time it happened I was in a much, just about to win, but instead the game froze/crashed and I was stuck waiting for my equip effect to resolve and attach to the creature that would have won me the match. The second time it happened I was playing with a friend. He's a streamer and I could see the bug only affected me. It was my turn, combat had just finished, but on my side, it never transitioned to my second main phase. I was stuck in post dmg combat phase. The timer eventually popped up, but instead of forcing me to concede, it just disappeared, and I was stuck on this screen (see attachment) until I force closed the app/game. Note that my options button is missing
