How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

MTGA Android Crash when playing Balemurk
Since the most recent update, every time I play Overlord of the Balemurk the MTGA Android app immediately crashes.
I am using a Pixel 9 Pro XL on Android 15

Game crash before displaying opponent profile
I was playing EOE Premier Draft and went 3-0 when the game crashed during matchmaking at 'opponent found.' The same thing happened each time I tried to re-enter the match. I noticed that this occured immediately before it displayed my opponent's profile.

Game Crash - Automatic Loss Issued Upon Restart
I was playing the second game of the first match of my traditional sealed event when the game crashed while I was attacking my opponent in a favorable board state. I restarted the game but I was not allowed to return to the game. Instead of that, I saw neither the win nor the loss in my event score. However, after restarting the game a second time I could not enter the game and a loss had been added to my score.

Bug Report: Clicking store, packs, decks, and other things cause program to freeze or crash.
Using PC/Windows 10. When selecting store, packs, or decks, or attempting to play certain games, game either freezes with "waiting for the server" and frozen ring or blank screen, or game crashes.

Game Crashes on mobile
I've had 4 games crash in 3 hours. The games never crashed right away and it wasn't every game. The would crash on turn five or later. Games 1 & 2. The opponent played a 2nd enchantment. It crashed. Game 3. The opponent played a creature. It crashed. After that I restarted my phone. Game 4. I played a creature. It crashed.
After each crash. I would load up the game It goes back to the game. it says "Ready". game crashes.

Arena crash and very slow after June 3rd update

Just updated the Arena app ot is beyond laggy. Slow to load new screens and I cannot engage any matches. It freezes once I've found a player. I can see who my opponent is but it never progresses to the actual match. It stays on the versus screen.6 votes -
Casting Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar causes app crash
App crashes when I cast Multani, Yavimaya's Avatar. This issue has reproduced multiple times. Using android app on Samsung Galaxy S10.
Lands in play at the time of issue are, forests and swamps using LOTR art, Woodland Chasms, and Darkbore Pathways. Other cards in play were vorpal sword, shambling ghastly, skullport merchant, scute swarm with multiple token copies, and Toski, bearer of secrets (vorpal sword equipped). When Multani was cast, app freezes and crashes immediately. When reloading app, it attempts to rejoin match in progress, but crashes as soon as connection to match is made. I cannot…

Crashing on entering match
I just experienced a bug, which caused the game to crash and quit, right upon entering a limited match.
I am on a Mac, running MacOS Catalina. It was a Phyrexia Premier Draft.It seemed like the game had matched me with an opponent, and right as the match was about to load, the game crashed and quit.
This happened twice in a row, IE I reopened the game and it immediately went to a matchmaking/loading screen, and then just as the match was about to start it crashed and exited again.

Creatures changing zones causes app to crash
When creatures change zones, most notably, from battlefield to hand/deck or graveyard to hand/battlefield the mobile app crashes and requires you to re-launch interrupting gameplay and allowing non-mobile users advantage on time clock.

App Crashing Whenever Play Is Attempted
Whenever "Play" or any of the event windows are selected, arena will crash. Cache reset did not fix this issue.

App crash when doing anything on pixel 9 since today's update
Since the last update 2025/07/09 I can't play or can't go to the store without the app crashing.
My phone is one of the more extensive (pixel 9) and could handle arena before the update.5 votes -
Liliana, Dreadhorde General - Game Crash on Cast
Playing with the MTG Arena App on Android 16.
Problem happens twice now:
I cast Liliana, Dreadhorde General, with it resolving the app closes itself. I can restart, but as soon as the Game reconnects it crashes again. I have to wait until the game is lost, to restart the game, otherwise it will just keep crashing.Board states were different, only consistent component was the resolving of Liliana, Dreadhorde General.

Frequent crashing
Frequent crashes since EOE update, game will randomly crash while I am playing(generally at critical moments) and when I reload it doesn't always register that I was just in a game (reloaded and then pressed play to let it get me in)

Update 7/8/2025 Causing Crashes
The app has been crashing anytime it needs make a server transition, going to a draft of any sort; trying to open the store or even trying to play a game just causes a soft crash with a black screen.

Gideon of Trials/Tactical Advantage Bot Match Crash
When playing a bot match if “Sparky” casts Tactical advantage during combat of any player’s turn Arena crashes. And if loyalty counters are activated on Gideon of Trials during a bot match Arena crashes.

echos of eternity card causes crash
if more than 1 copy of "echoes of eternity" is played, the game will pause animations for a moment. i then get an error message saying "unexpected: match complete". which results in a loss. all updates are current. i am unsure as to why this happens. i have seen other cards that copy multiple times play out perfectly fine.

Freeze and crash of the general client user interface on PC following the September 12 update
Following the September 12 update, the download of the update seems to have gone well. However, the game interface freezes as soon as I try to go to the Packs or the Store pages, or when I try to click on the quest renewal. The game freezes and it's no longer possible to access the menus, even if it's just to close the game. The bug concerns a PC platform.

Stormbrood crashes client
100% of the time when I cast disruptive Stormbrood on arena on mobile it crashed my game. Id reconnect and try to cast it again and it would crash again. Could play other cards through.
