Timeout when trying to login
I haven't been able to login for hours now. I keep getting the same error message

Can't join the game
Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ? Thanks in advance

Daily wins and ranking not working
I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).

mission is not progressing
so my mission says to do white or blue spells and im using a white and blue deck and everytime i do a spell its not progressing also when i win the game i cant even get the first reward of the day the 200 coins i dont know how to fix this

When playing in a challenge, the deck image is displayed

The UI specifications for direct matches have changed, but when you play in a challenge, your deck image will be displayed.
This is fine if it's just casual play, but it's problematic to have it displayed in competitive events as well.
This is because it shows your key cards and the cards you've put in, giving your opponent some room to guess your deck.
In real card games, the only information your opponent knows is the sleeves and the number of cards in your deck (excluding generals and companions).
Furthermore, the deck image used on the Arena screen should be free to be an auto-selected one, your own partner, or whatever.
Changing this to a completely unrelated card or using a distinctive card to camouflage it is not an appropriate way to enjoy the game.
Players should not be competing over elements other than the actual gameplay.I think the deck image should be changed to include options other than cards, or to more inoffensive, casual information such as sleeves.
直接対戦するUI仕様が変わりましたが、その際チャレンジで対戦するとデッキイメージが表示されてしまいます。
これはカジュアルプレイだけならまだしも、競技イベントでも表示されることは問題があります。
キーカード、投入しているカードが表示されてしまい、ある程度相手にデッキを推測する余地を与えてしまうためです。
現実のカードゲームで、対戦相手に知られる情報はスリーブとデッキ枚数程度です。（ジェネラルやコンパニオンを除いて）
またアリーナの画面上で使うデッキイメージは自動選択だったり、自分のパートナーだったり、自由であるべきです。
これを全く関係ないカードに変えたり、カモフラージュするために特徴的な別のカードにすることは、適切な楽しみ方ではないと考えます。
本来のゲームプレイ以外の要素で争わせるべきではないです。
デッキイメージをカード以外の選択肢に変えるか、スリーブなど当たり障りのないカジュアルな情報に変更すべきだと考えます。auto transration

Tutorial fairy won’t go away
The tutorial fairy won’t go away after every time I get back to the main menu. I’m well past the tutorial. It doesn’t interfere with game play but it is quite annoying.

Game freezes on Android during matches
Since the last update game freezes during matches in different moments. It's impossible to continue, the opponent is still able to send messages. This happens only on the mobile android version of the game but it sucks as *. Lost plenty of matches and rank because of this *.

Lorwyn Mastery Pass with the worng rewards
The rewards form the Lorwyn Mastery Pass are wrong. I just received 3 booster packs from Edges of Eternities instead of 3 Lorwyn boosters from the Mastery Pass where shoud be Lorwyn. There is somo sort of bug going on.

I got 3 Edge of Eternity packs from the mastery pass, but the picture showed pictures of Lorwyn packs. Is there a way to get the packs swapped to Lorwyn instead?

Tutorial repetition
Each time I opened the home page, the tutorial flashed. Informing me that we are able to gain reward after meeting its request. And then it disappeared without any guidance. I'm sure that I have passed all tutorial. Unfortunately, I failed to start a dual in PC since the tutorial appeared. I failed to enter any game since the annoying tutorial flashed in the home page!

Game crashes mid game
Mobile Android 2026.57.0.5694.1241037
Game appears to halt all user input mid game, causing major delays and game losses. Appears sparattic, but when it occurs, causes the game to become unplayable for the user. Multiple causes for thr crash include: opponent activating the ability of a map token, creatures dying as a state based action due to damage, resolving abilities of class enchantments, etc. When the bug gets triggeted, it ignores all user input and will not resolve the spell or ability on the stack, causing a "timeout" for the user.
If quickly noticed by the user, they may close out the game completely and restart the program. The user can then immediately rejoin the game, however, the game is still ongoing during the restart and is counting against the users "timeout" status.Mobile Android 2026.57.0.5694.1241037

Issues starting matches
Choose to Play
You may be stuck in waiting for opponent for a while, so long you may be offered to cancel. If you do wait until you connect, the game will not show you your hand, and is waiting for the opponent. A timer begins for the opponent and runs all the way down. It does not time out the opponent. If you hit concede at this point nothing happens. Restarting the computer, and reinstalling mtga does not help.15 votes -
server issue?
weird stuff is happening today. i boot the game fine, though the "connecting to the server" with the spinning loading icon did take a bit longer than usual, but i either cant find a match, or the 2 times i did it doesnt progress correctly. first of said 2 games I was on the play and got my opening hand, chose to keep, and when the clock ran down for opponent, the game crashed. second game it didnt even load any hands and this time the timer ran all the way down and nothing happened. tried to concede and nothing happened. had to manually exit the game. I also wasn't able to go back into a avatar premium draft to collect my rewards, which is the thing i take most issue with. side note I was queued for the avatar premium draft match for ten minutes this morning before i gave up. I was at 5 wins! gimme my 1600 gems and 4 packs!

Unable to play matches
Stuck at Waiting for Opponent in almost all matches across multiple formats. Occasionally able to load into a match, unable to get past mulligan phase. Premier draft is unable to be selected. Had an Avatar Premier draft deck with 0/0 record, now completely unable to select Avatar premier draft. May have been awarded match losses for inability to connect, I can't tell as the premier draft option is currently not visible and unable to be selected.

matchmaking
There is an issue with the matchmaking server. I've attempted to join the Ranked Standard queue multiple times from two separate devices (laptop with Windows PC and iPhone 15) and each time it's either taken an extremely long time to connect or doesn't connect at all. And even when it finds an opponent, the game simply stalls at the opening screen prior to where you pick a hand.
