How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. Rare wildcards required to create Uncommon cards

    To complete my deck, I need to create 4 uncommon cards. I have 0 rare wildcards, but plenty of uncommon wildcards. When I click 'Craft All', the game tells me I don't have enough wildcards to complete the deck: 4 Rare Wildcards?!

  2. Wylie Duke drew my opponent 32 cards

    My opponent convoked with Wylie Duke, and instead of drawing one card and gaining one life, they drew 32 cards. No other cards on the board were affecting those triggers. Why does this happen?

  4. Missing ALOT of the sliver cards!!!

    You guys are really, really missing ALOT of the sliver cards! sliver decks so so so fun but about 70 cards are missing, id assume, please, please work on this!

  5. Can't bring cards in from sideboard

    I was unable to add cards from my sideboard. I could remove cards from my maindeck but it wouldn't let me add any cards in from my sideboard

  6. Cards Missing From New Starter Decks

    I received the new set of starter decks with the release of Foundations. I had gotten an error when claiming them from the inbox and now 2 of the decks are missing cards and some of the decks aren't named.

  7. Repulsive mutation x=0 doesn't counter even with a creature on the board

    Op was tapped out for a spell and I had a 2 powered creature on the board. I cast a x=0 repulsive mutation, it prompted me to target my creature to put 0 +1/+1 counters and after I targeted my creature the repulsive mutation fizzled and I didn't get to target their spell to counter it
    This cost me the game :'(

    Openette's deck with 240 cards and my deck with 54, this in standard ranked.

  9. New Foundation decks not playable due to missing cards

    After new decks being collected from the Foundations release, a few of them appear to be missing cards from them. These decks are not playable until the cards are added to them.

    Deck and missing cards:
    "White and blue" deck: Temple of Enlightenment
    "White and red" deck: Temple of Triumph
    Cat Attack: Felidar Retreat
    Learn from the Land: Temple of Mystery
    Morbid Machinations: Temple of Malady, Midnight Reaper
    Undead Resurgence: Death Baron

    The "white and blue" and "white and red" decks did not have a name, but those were the colors associated with it.

  10. Cards that says "activated abilities can't be activated" they do NOT work it all

    Cards that says "activated abilities can't be activated" Like "LawMage's Binding" and "Faith's Fetters" they do NOT work it all. Players that have enchanted permanents with those cards/enchantments still can activating abilities like if those cards didn't exist.

  13. overpower cards

    some players are using Niv-mizzet in brawl and its overpowered. its a combonation of attaching curiousity to the dragon and any card to hit the other player it starts a loop that makes the dragon hit you for 1 damage 25 times while the other player draws 25 cards and its not fair you should look into this.

  15. Invisible cards during premier draft WOE

    I couldn't see the cards during a WOE premier draft, the problem happened during the first booster.
    After 3 min the client stopped working, I closed it in order to restart and be able to draft the 2nd booster, but the server connection was not possible.
    Arena picked the cards for me during the draft.

    Could you refund the draft entry ?

  16. Teferi Akosa of Zhalfir and tapping 0 creatures

    Simply put, the new MOM Teferi's -3 ability will automatically resolve not letting you target anything if you don't have any creatures to tap, despite my opponent having nonland permanents with 0 mana value.

  17. Playing cards

    There is a bad glitch that has affected my last two games. I have the latest version on Android. Whenever I play a new card it is suspended at the side, and does not get placed on the game board. This happens to my opponent lso, but new cards hover in the graveyard area. I have screenshots to show this.

  18. new starters missing cards

    The 10 new starters are not giving cards u already own 4x in older reprints, making them unable to be played. Also some of them are missing the name for some ppl, but thats not as relevant

  19. Gameplay BUG - cards' abilities unreadable, black text on black bg

    Tons of cards with paid style have completely unreadable text. Thier font is black and completely unreadable. The problem started with the latest update making the game unplayable with styled cards.

    Every ability of every styled card have black font since latest update. Playing black deck with styled cards in completely impossible.

  20. Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database"

    Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database".

    Hello.

    I played on a PC. Since I've downloaded the update of Wednesday, the 11st of August 2022, I can't load my game. The screen is blocked at "Loading the cards database". How can I deblock it please ? I thank you in advance.
