How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. 10/22のメンテから接続するたびにネットワークエラーがでる

    何度かトライしてやっとプレイできるが、
    1プレイ後に再度
    ネットワークエラー　コレクション情報を取得できませんでした　もう一度お確かめくださいと出力される。
    再インストールしても同じ、かつツイッターで検索しても同様の事例がある。

  2. Chitin Gravestalker cannot be embalmed by "Cursecloth Wrappings"

    Unable to to cast Chitin Gravestalker via embalm through Cursecloth Wrappings.

    Correct mana avaialable.

    "Action cannot be completed due to unpayable cost"

    Cost me some games in a sealed event.

  3. Länder aus Booster werden nicht im Tresor aufgerechnet

    Die neuen Länder aus Grundstein werden nicht im Tresor aufgerechnet wenn eine 5. Karte im Booster erscheint.

    Dies ist mir jetzt schon mehrmals aufgefallen

  4. Jump in Event - stuck

    I encountered an error with the jump in event.
    I have MTGA arena installed on my windows 10 pc and my iphone X.
    Recently I was playing jump in on my pc.
    I left it logged in at the jump in event, but i guess it timed out (I had to leave the house)
    I continued playing on my Iphone, resigned the event and rejoined, selecting two new packs, continued playing on my iphone.
    Afterwards, when I got back home, I continued playing on my PC. I reconnected and It was still on the jump in event, but still showing…

  5. not getting admirably artisan progress

    My achievements are not tracking progress for winning historic ranked matches with a deck without rares or mythic rares. I have won 3 matches and it still says 0/10

    this is the deck I am using, i HAVE replaced the ornithopters with uncommon versions, but I am wondering if they are tracking as mythics because of the mythic version, which would seem to go against typical artisan and pauper rules.

  6. Waxen Shapethief not copying Elvish refueler passive ability

    Encountered a bug with Waxen Shapethief and Elvish Refueler. I had an Elvish Refueler on the battlefield that has been enchanted by my opponent's Flood the Engine. I cast Waxen Shapethief to copy my Elvish Refueler and while I could use it's own Exhaust ability I was not able to use any of my other creatures exhaust abilities as intended by an Elvish Refueler.

  7. Set Completionist II achievement not given when getting x4 of an Alchemy Set.

    Set Completionist II achievement not given when getting x4 of an Alchemy Set. Just spent 6000 gems and 20+ wildcards. Set Completionist I was already gotten from having x1 of a "normal" set.

  8. Stuck waiting for opponent

    Cannot play the game, whenever I open the app it immediately goes into a screen with the text "Waiting for opponent".

  9. Game is freezing since the 9/12/24 update

    After yesterday's update the game continues to freeze. I play the game on my windows based PC. I have uninstalled and restarted the computer but it continues to freeze and I have to wait for the "shut the program" or "wait for the program to respond" window to pop up before I can close the MTG arena app.

  11. Crash on load after Bloomburrow update

    When the startup sequence finishes "loading initial scene" the application immediately quits to desktop. This has only occurred since downloading the Bloomburrow update a few minutes ago.   12. post update - freeze - if i change to change quest or if i try to open a pack

    After the update on Sept 12 I can no longer change quests (game freezes and needs to be restarted) and i can no longer open packs of cards (same result).

    Many, many more random freezes but those two are consistent every time.

  13. Mastery xp not adding

    Mastery xp from weekly xp quest is not adding to my mastery pass total.
    Also getting into contact with support seems impossible to get a direct fix.

  14. Can't change deck image after BLB update (Only once in a while actually)

    Like title say, after the BLB update gone online, i could change the deck image only once in a while, rest of the time the drag and drop showed the "drag here a card to change the image" thing but it didnt change.

  15. [Bug] Deck image doesn't change in Bloomburrow

    1. Start the game
    2. Chose "Decks" menu above
    3. Push "big PLUS" to create new deck
    4. Add one card to the deck
    5. Add another card to the deck
    6. Take second added card and drag it to deck image

    Expecting result: Deck image changes to your second card image
    Actual result: Deck image doesn't change

  17. Bloodthirsty conqueror and marauding blight-priest

    Are you serious with this cheated combo: Bloodthirsty conqueror + Marauding blight-priest (there are alternative combos working the same way).

    The opponent plays these two cards and that's an infinite loop until you die!! Where's the pleasure to play in these conditions?

    Wizards of the Coast - you're ruining the original spirit of the game :-(

  19. Emmara, Soul of the Accord Convoke duplicate triggers

    Emmara, Soul of the Accord is bugged when used to convoke cast a spell. When using Emmara to convoke, the triggered ability creating tokens produces multiple triggers instead of the single trigger.

    Recreated in Bot Mode, with just Emmara on the board and Aerial Boost which produced 8 Emmara triggers.
