How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database"

    Screen blocked at "Loading the cards database".

    Hello.

    I played on a PC. Since I've downloaded the update of Wednesday, the 11st of August 2022, I can't load my game. The screen is blocked at "Loading the cards database". How can I deblock it please ? I thank you in advance.

  2. missing text on cards

    On Mac OS when I did my last update the week of January 22, 2024 all of the keyword ability text is missing from my cards. The update was over 8G which seemed high. See attached as an example.

  3. Conjure cards are stupid

    Conjure cards are completely arena based, and shouldn't taint the idea of playing magic.
    This is a completely different game that if you want to include should be it's own format.

  4. Invalid Loss in Premier Draft

    My Account "Raithwalker#85179" experienced a loss in game four of a Premier Draft that should not have occurred. If possible, please review game logs on your end to see that loss occurred during opponent's upkeep phase erroneously with no card in play that could have facilitated the loss. Would be happy to discuss over email or phone, but do not have logs saved

  5. Historic Brawl decks contain "non format cards"

    when I try to challenge a friend to a friendly brawl, almost half of my decks have a yellow triangle with a number on it. When I hover over the triangle, it says non format cards. This problem started with the release of Lost Caverns of Ixalan.

  6. My lane cards don’t show up in deck builder after new update

    I cannot access my lane cards after the newest update, it just shows me the new “battle” cards.

  8. didnt receive any cards after opening packs

    Upon opening 10 packs of the new set i did not receive any cards from the set, can you please have a look at this and maybe reset it?

  9. Wont get my mythic cards rewards from mastery pass

    So far i didn't get any mastery pass mythic cards rewards. At first i was thinking it was just a UI bug, but further inspecting my collection gives me a hint i wont got any new actual mythics (86 mastery lvl currently). If i am being wrong, please clarify which new mythics i've got

  10. Wild cards are not increasing

    I don't get more wild cards when I buy packs.
    (Number of wild cards owned)
    COMMON 1226
    UNCOMMON 1391
    RARE 347
    MYTHIC RARE 189

    Please add any packs I have purchased and any wild cards I have received.

  11. Four rare wild cards dissappeared when I redeemed four common wild cards.

    I had 9 rare wild cards, opened my vault and that made it 11, then redeemed four common wild cards for Mistvault bridges, then I went back to the deck builder to make a different deck but I had only 7 rare wild cards. Is there a way I can get the four rare wild cards back? Does anyone in support help in those cases. I mean there are logs and databases have that info right?

  12. Import Deck Strings With Unknown Cards

    I'd love to import deck lists that have cards not available on Arena, and have the import succeed with all the cards that are available, or at least have a list of unknown card titles found. I like to try out decks I find online, but as it stands I have to import - >get error on card name -> remove from list -> import -> get another error -> rinse, repeat.

    I would love for Arena to import all known cards, then give me a (copyable) list of errors so I can find alternatives on arena. Thanks!

  13. Sideboard not adding cards to deck during second sideboarding phase

    I am using an android phone, and during a best of 3 historic ranked match, my sideboard would not let me add cards to my deck during the second sideboarding phase. The first sideboarding phase worked correctly, but during the second the cards showed up correctly and I was able to scroll through them, but tapping a card had no effect. Holding the card still brought up the info like normal. I was also able to move cards from my deck to my sideboard like normal.

  14. Sideboarding cards that aren't compatible with a companion can break sideboarding

    Bug Summary: When sideboarding for a deck with a companion enabled, sideboarding in cards that are incompatible with the companion and clicking Submit without first removing the companion breaks sideboarding. By "breaks" I mean it reloads the UI with an unsideboarded deck, none of the sideboard cards are visible, and you can't interact with the deck or anything else until the timer reaches 0, at which point you'll be loaded into game 2 with the original un-sideboarded deck.

  15. Mastery Pass Missing 2 Mythic cards

    I just completed level 34 from the mastery pass and didn't received the rewards for having the pass unlocked, only the booster without the double mythic cards. I restarted the game to see if there was any type of delay, but nothing happened.

    The conditions in which it happened was that I unlocked it at the same time as I completed my 5ft victory of the day. I receive an uncommon card for the victory, but then haven't received any mythic. Opening my collection confirmed the lack of any new duskmourn mythics.

  16. Unstable mutation failed with X =0

    Attempted to counter a spell with unstable mutation, paid x=0 with a 2/2 on the board, opponent was tapped out - their spell was not countered and I eventually lost my draft game.

  17. Historic should have different alchemy rules

    Only cards currently banned in historic should require the alchemy version. For instance, omnath sure only allow the alchemy version in historic. But it makes 0 sense to nerf standard legal cards in a format as powerful as historic.

    It’s crazy, if historic was weaker than standard sure. But why ruin perfectly good cards that weren’t even too good in standard.

    Leave the nerfs to alchemy for non banned historic cards, alchemy is a super cool format but should not change historic unless it’s enhancing it.

    This really really makes 0 sense.

  18. All cards when opening a pack say "First"

    Every time I open a pack every single card says "First" even if I already have them. Impossible for me to know what new cards I've received.

  19. Receiving cards after already having 4 collected and in inventory.

    When you open packs, the cards given to the player are presumed to be random from the set they come from. I just received a card "Cleric Class" from the new expansion Adventures in the Forgotten Realms, after having already collected 4 of them, and the card is now nowhere to be found. I have not received gems, nor gold, nor a wildcard for this card. If the player is receiving cards that have already been collected to the maximum amount, why is the player not receiving a wildcard or gems or gold for the card that is received? There…

  20. Could remove cards from main deck, could not add sideboard cards during BO3 explorer

    I was able to remove cards from my main deck (counter went from 60/60 to 58/60, but I could not add cards to my sideboard during the sideboard phase). The match appeared to reload after game 1.
