How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. feedback loop detection requested

    There are certain combinations of cards that keep triggering eachother creating feedback loops.
    one of these is bloodthirsty conquerer with starscape cleric and enduring tenacety.

    I lose one life, therefore he gains a life, and when he gains a life i lose a life.
    it will do 1 dmg pokes untill you are dead and there is no way out of it.

    It would be welcome to have some kind of limit to these kind of loops. Perhaps a limit to the amount of times a loop can happen? of tweek certain cards that are "always" involved in these kind…

  3. winter shop 2025 two :O emotes instead of >:O and :O

    i bought the new emote pack in the winter store and the >:O emote didnt show up in my list. Instead i got two :O emotes. can you please change it to >:O and :O or at least return the gems on the repeated emote? I want to keep the emotes, dont want a full refund.

  4. Issues with mana bases during the jump in events

    In the most recent Jump-In event for Lorwyn, there was an issue where I chose the Blight theme, which preported to be in Mardu colors. However almost every card in that theme was black. While there was one card that did actually take Orzhov Hybrid mana, none of the cards had any use for red mana. And yet despite that, I was given four mountains and four plains, meaning almost half of my mana base was lands that wouldn’t help me. This same issue happened to me in the TLA jump-in where I got forests in a deck with only…

  5. Midweekly Magic Jump In LORWYN ECLIPSED

    Hi, can someone please tell me a clever reason why this deck should contain islands and mountains in its mana base?
    I have to mulligan every game at least twice...
    Thanks devs!
    P.S. Given the fact that I can't even change the amount of basics in this deck... I won't complete this midweekly event cuz it's awful to play with such a stupid mana base.

  6. Spiralling cards

    Hi, I have more and more matches where my opponents play the cads "Bloodthirsty Conqueror" and "Enduring Tenacity". As soon as one of the cards activates, I loose in one move, because the effect (I loose one live, opponent wins one live) never ends. This seems not to be in the spirit of the game.

  7. "Forgotten Caves" reports as common instead of uncommon(correct) rarity in crafting.

    "Forgotten Caves" reports as common instead of uncommon(correct) rarity in crafting. The bug occurred while crafting for a Brawl deck on PC.

  8. Won't load

    At the title screen just keeps saying initialization inventory database and won't go oaa that. Never loads up. I have tried waiting 30 minutes and resetting but no change. Started after the stupid new update.

  9. Customer service support is a joke

    Every time that I have gotten a hold of customer service for wizards of the coast it has been days of waiting for replies... They need to have an instant chat they make so much money they can afford it!

  10. Unable to join event

    Just finished building a brawl deck and wanted to test it out but every time I try to I get an error that says "unable to join event. Try again later". I closed the app multiple times and even switched to my pc but I'm still getting the error

  11. Rank went backwards from Bronze 3 to Bronze 2 instead Bronze 4

    After I won the last ranked game in Bronze 3, instead of progressing to Bronze 4, it went backwards to Bronze 2.

    I write software for a living and I don't understand how this even happens - are you rolling back a database to an old snapshot, or something?

  12. Pick 2 TMNT draft

    Pick 2 draft disappeared from events. I won a couple of events then went out and came back to finish the games but couldn’t see the event and it’s disappeared and I haven’t gotten my rewards

  13. Can't find match and match results not recorded

    Yesterday 3/27 night going into today 3/28 Pacific time. The match I finished up in draft wasn't recorded as a loss. Then couldn't find another match in draft with a lot of draws happening. Played some standard and got a couple of matches but 2nd match win wasn't recorded and then could no longer find matches.

  14. Client not pairing for matches

    The PC version of Arena is not pairing matches. I have attached the log to assist with any issues. Clearly, this directly impacts gameplay.

  15. Tutorial on every time I open the app and no autofill password

    Stupid tutorial fairy on every device every time I log in, the app already doesn't work most of the time and you guys can't even get autofill to work right on android

  16. App crashes on startup (Android)

    Steps to reproduce:
    - open the app

    Platform: Android 16

    Expected result: there's a loading screen then the landing page opens

    Actual result: after the loading screen displays "Loading initial scene" for a few seconds the app crashes

  17. Mutagen Bug

    The Mutagen tokens on MTG Arena on mobile are bugged. They can be activated without paying mana to ***** them, even though they are supposed to cost 1 generic mana to activate.

  20. Bug - Doubling Season incorrectly affects Lore Counters put on Sagas during ETB

    Senior Magic Editor and former Magic Rules Manager Matt Tabak has clarified that Doubling Season does not natively affect Sagas, as neither the ETB nor per-turn Lore Counters are effects:

    "No, it’s one lore counter. Doubling Season won’t affect a Saga entering or the turn-based action of adding a lore counters because, as you noted, they were built to not be effects. #WotCstaff"

    MTG:A should be updated to be correct, as the disparity between the official ruling and MTG:A is causing enormous confusion within the community.
