How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Rashmi, Eternities Crafter in Brawl
I was playing Brawl using Teval, the Balance Scale as commander, and I wanted to test out Rashmi, Eternities Crafter. I put Rashmi on the battlefield and on my next turn, my first spell was casting my commander. Rashmi triggered, there was a 1 mana spell on top of my library, but I was not able to cast it. See screenshot.
My thought - since I didn't cast it from my hand, it saw the mana value as 0, which 1 would not be less than..

Set Completionist II
The achievement for 4x copies is not giving credit for completing the Final Fantasy set. I have Set completionist I, which I got for the Final Fantasy set but the second will not credit. I have spent multiple rares trying to complete. I pulled up Untapped to see cards and the only thing that I notice is not getting credit for having all 4 of Cid, Timeless Artificer. I have every artwork but Untapped shows only having one of each. I am unable to craft the remaining ones Untapped shows as missing since Arena shows I have all 4 of…

Brawl without Alchemy cards
I really find the Brawl format interesting and from time to time when there are some Brawl events offered on MTGA I play them and enjoy them very very much. But then I try playing Brawl outside these events (Historic brawl??). It is the worst experience of my live. I hate Magic. There are some idiotic cards, too powerful, that cannot be interacted with, very oppressive and very unfun!!
Mythweaver Poq, Rusko Clockmaker, Nashi, Illusion Gadgeteer, are only a few of these... Especially the Poq, whenever my ooponent presents it as their commander, I scoop.

Ba Sing Se enters tapped even with basic land
Played a Forest on turn 2, Ba Sing Se on turn 3. The legendary land should have entered untapped because I controlled a Basic Land, but instead it entered tapped. Windows 11.

I seem to be confused about something. I read an article that said Standard was flourishing. It seems degenerate and abusive. I'm curious if this abusive and degenerate playstyle is intentional and if I should change my definition of flourishing. It seems as though the cost of entry to play what I am accustomed to being the cheapest format is now prohibitive. Received 20 gems in rare slot of a pack despite NOT having all of the rares from that set.
I bought a pack of Foundations and it gave me 20 gems instead of a rare, with the mouseover text "You have collected all of the rares from this set". Except I haven't collected all of the rares. Please see attached images and log file. Could you please give rare wildcards instead of gems? This 20 gems instead of a wildcard feels like I'm being cheated, and lord knows I've spent enough money on this game.

Forced to sit through animation
In the inbox, I opened the first message from the new update, and was forced to sit through a 10 minute long, completely stupid animation that told a story I don't give any amounts of poo about, with no way to skip and NO WAY TO RETURN TO THE GAME ONCE IT WAS OVER WITHOUT RESTARTING THE APP. I am getting the same cards in my hand every game of brawl on arena.
So I currently play brawl (100 card commander) on arena. It’s very frustrating that the start of every game i have the same 7 cards. Even the ones I pull after are the same cards I play every game.. I only see about 20-30 cards out of the 100 I have. I actually just edited the deck and put in 7 different new cards. I have since played at least 50 games and HAVE NOT PULLED ANY OF THE NEW CARDS. Player xXSkyAssassin Bugged
I played a round 10 mins ago with this gentlemen. He dropped a series of cards that I believe needs to get looked at. Granted, its a badass Deck, but watch as he climbs over 400-500 health, my game literally started to crash. Minion spam, health spam, endlessly until my computer couldn't compute. Arena Auto-Passed from Upkeep to Draw Step and Lost My Game
I played a Standard Brawl game ending just after 5pm EST on 1/12/2026 against user Z01berg. During their turn, they milled me out so I had no cards left in my library. Instead of pausing between my upkeep and draw steps of the game, in which I would have cast an instant to win the game, Arena passed immediately to my draw step and killed me. If this is a bug, you should know. If this is not a bug, there should be a way to turn this terrible auto-passing “feature” off for an account, but honestly it should not…

Perforating Artist not doing as described
Perforating Artist did not take 3 life away from opponent. Card reads that if you choose to loose 3 life then owner pays it as well. Choosing the other options negatives both players from loosing life. This did not n happen as it should've in my event.

the ai cheats
anyway we can give refunds to people that play the ai bots and the ai bots cheat? drafting the same rare and having both in their hands. having playsets of uncommons and commons. having the right cards at the right moment. customer service says that the players don't cheat on arena but don't say anything when you tell them that the ai bots cheat.

Feature request: Please add an option to flag opponents who go AFK
Please add an option to flag opponents who go AFK or rage-quit without conceding in ranked matches. A reporting system would improve fairness, discourage unsportsmanlike behavior, and make ranked play more enjoyable.

The game changed my card choices.
The game swapped the cards I chose in the draft. When I saved the deck, it gave an error. I opened it and it had swapped the cards again. I remade a new deck and the card that had disappeared reappeared in the match, but I didn't have hand to play. I won, I lost, I went to change the deck, guess what? The cards disappeared! I closed it, rotated the deck, the cards appeared, but no lands came up. I swapped two hands, tried to play, but it didn't work. I'm only opening this ticket to inform you, and…

Iroh, Tea Master card has a fault in its coding.
Card says you MAY give an opponent control of a permanent you control...
Currently online MTG REQUIRES you to give an opponent control of a permanent. It does not let you 'submit 0.' Also, during one game where I was forced to give control of an item (dual swords), the artifact remained attached to one of my creatures while also giving me a token. Overall, a very buggy card.
