1. Arena cards in brawl are a HUGE problem.

   I just had a game where my opponent took 15 extra turns in a row due to Alchemy card pay to win slop (I have no Alchemy cards in my deck) - These cards should either be removed from brawl OR people who don't have that slop in their decks should not match against people that run them.

   And don't even get me started on "Acererak the Archlich" arena where they take Literally 10min per turn. not fun at all.

2. Can't log in authentication failed

   Game keeps saying that servers aren't responding authentication failed 3/27/26 on android. Cleared data, restarted phone, and uninstalled and reinstalled. Restarting after each action.

3. System failing to authenticate my account or connect to the server so I can play

   I played last night and when I woke up this morning it was buggy and not allowing me to enter the game so I closed the game and verified it and now it's not able to authenticate my account at all.

4. brawl matchmaking

   Brawl matchmaking seems to be broken. Playing Omnath, Locus of Creation I have queued into ragavan 10 times in a row including 6 straight against the same person.

5. Can't join the game

   Hello, can't join the game neither on pc or android. The game tries to launch but I have this message : authentification failed. (see first screenshot) and If I try to reconnect I have 3 choices with no text (see second screenshot). I tried to desintall / reinstall on my phone with no success. Can you help, please ? 6. Daily wins and ranking not working

   I've won 3-4 games now, no rank change, no credit for daily/weekly wins. Also your website crashes when I try to add a log (Google Chrome and Firefox).

7. mission is not progressing

   so my mission says to do white or blue spells and im using a white and blue deck and everytime i do a spell its not progressing also when i win the game i cant even get the first reward of the day the 200 coins i dont know how to fix this

8. Collection Disappeared

   The Mirage-version illustrations of "Enlightened Tutor" and "Mystical Tutor" have disappeared from my collection, and my deck is now marked as invalid.

   A similar issue previously occurred with "Force of Negation," and "Entomb," but that appears to have been resolved.

   Could you please investigate this issue?

9. When playing in a challenge, the deck image is displayed

   The UI specifications for direct matches have changed, but when you play in a challenge, your deck image will be displayed.
   This is fine if it's just casual play, but it's problematic to have it displayed in competitive events as well.
   This is because it shows your key cards and the cards you've put in, giving your opponent some room to guess your deck.
   In real card games, the only information your opponent knows is the sleeves and the number of cards in your deck (excluding generals and companions).
   Furthermore, the deck image used on the Arena screen should be free to be an auto-selected one, your own partner, or whatever.
   Changing this to a completely unrelated card or using a distinctive card to camouflage it is not an appropriate way to enjoy the game.
   Players should not be competing over elements other than the actual gameplay.

   I think the deck image should be changed to include options other than cards, or to more inoffensive, casual information such as sleeves.

10. MTG Arena biggest issues

    I would like to report two issues that have seriously damaged the experience of playing MTG Arena to the point of making it, at times, genuinely difficult to enjoy.
    The first concerns matchmaking. After a certain number of games, the system seems to start pairing me systematically with opponents whose deck is built to counter exactly my archetype. It can happen once, but when it becomes a constant pattern it is hard not to think that something in the matchmaking system is not working correctly. On top of this, there is another phenomenon that is difficult to explain as mere coincidence: when playing a specific archetype, you keep facing the same opposing archetypes, which almost completely disappear as soon as you switch decks. A concrete example: I often play Wizards in Historic, and the probability of facing opponents with Control or Mono Black Discard decks is disproportionately high for me. If these archetypes dominated the meta, it would be a well-known and documented issue — but that is not the case: public statistics show that their prevalence in the meta is entirely normal. This makes the matchmaking problem hard to dismiss: it is not the meta that is skewed, it is the matchmaking system that presents it to me as such. The result is that you find yourself trapped in a spiral where whatever strategy you choose seems already anticipated by your opponent — which drains all satisfaction and makes it genuinely hard to find a reason to keep playing.
    The second issue concerns the shuffler, and manifests in several distinct ways. The first is land distribution: it is very common to draw a disproportionate number of lands in the first twenty cards — even ten, in a deck that contains only twenty lands. The probability of this happening by pure chance is extremely low, yet it occurs with a regularity that cannot be ignored. Connected to this is an equally recurring phenomenon that is hard to attribute to randomness: when you draw too many lands in one game, in the next game you will systematically draw too few, as if the system were trying to compensate and maintain a balance between sessions. If the shuffler were truly random, the outcome of one game should have no bearing whatsoever on card distribution in the next — and yet it consistently seems to. The third issue is subtler but equally frustrating: there appears to be a correlation between the matchup and the cards drawn. In games that are already unfavorable due to the pairing, you tend to systematically draw the least useful cards for that specific situation, as if the shuffler and the matchmaking were influencing each other. Here too, the frequency with which this occurs goes well beyond what one would expect from randomness.
    The cumulative effect of all this on the player experience is severe. The frustration generated by these systems has, in my view, contributed directly to a significant deterioration of the social environment within the game. Toxic behavior has become increasingly common: opponents spamming emotes for no reason, players disconnecting mid-game out of frustration, a general atmosphere of hostility that was far less prevalent in the past. These are not unrelated problems — they are symptoms of a community pushed to its limits by systems that consistently feel unfair and beyond the player's control. When the game feels rigged, people stop behaving like good sports.
    It is worth pointing out that these phenomena are not just my subjective perception: anyone who follows the content of streamers and creators who play Arena can observe them regularly in their games. These are therefore visible and documentable issues, not isolated frustrations.
    I want to be clear on one point: I am not questioning the good faith of those who work on the game. What I am asking is that these issues be acknowledged and addressed with the seriousness and urgency they deserve. MTG Arena has the potential to be a great game — but right now, these problems are getting in the way of that, and the community is feeling it.

11. During Best of 3 (BO3) sideboarding sometimes top UI menu crashes to white

    When sideboarding in BO3 sometimes UI will "crash to white". The top bar becoming nigh-unreadable.

    The effect will remain until the next restart of the game.

12. Turn skipped

    I was playing SOS premier draft on android.

    My opponent attacked me. I declared no blocks. I took combat damage. My opponent then took no actions. Their time rope fully depleted, but instead of passing to my turn it went immediately to an extra turn for my opponent despite them not playing anything that should have done that. They then attacked and killed me.

    I had no playable spells or abilities, so I never received priority. The only game action I was able to take was declaring blocks.

    The game never went to my turn at all, it just seemed to give my opponent an extra turn. The creature I played on my previous turn still had summoning sickness and I never removed a stun counter from my other creature.

13. Various deck builder bugs

    Whenever I open a deck I was currently running mystical tutor or enlightened tutor, They get removed for being illegal. I then re-add the cards and apply styles to the old versions instead of the Avatar versions which makes them disappear but does not reduce the deck count.
    I also have the bug still with double Commander slots even though I'm not running partners which gets in the way. I have to remove the commander in order to re-add him just to clear up space. Either remove the second empty slot which takes up an entire column or move it below the initial Commander so it's not taking up an entire column. Same thing with companions.

14. Brawl matchmaking (if not ranked, score the decks)

    Brawl matchmaking is unfair and I uninstalled the game because of this. Some friends got me thinking about commander again, so I thought I would reinstall Arena and have some fun. Instead it was a few hours of misery, because literally 90% of my opponents had high-pace optimized decks. I could not even come close to competing with my outdated decks. To be clear, I am not trying to hate on the power level of good decks/cards, but rather that the matchmaking is deplorable and it made me quit the game. Since it is not Ranked (by player), perhaps the algorithm needs to quantitatively estimate the deck strength for matchmaking purposes.

15. Game freezes on Android during matches

    Since the last update game freezes during matches in different moments. It's impossible to continue, the opponent is still able to send messages. This happens only on the mobile android version of the game but it sucks as *. Lost plenty of matches and rank because of this *.

16. Color Challenge Bot Freezes

    After a first freeze while playing the 3rd green Color Challenge (G vs U) and restoring the gamefiles, during the second attempt the bot froze exactly at the same point; the second mainphase of its second turn.
    I'm not new to Arena, but still not a great welcoming surprise for new players and it seems I'm not the only one encountering a similar bug.

17. Error network, unable to join the Phantom draft event

18. 250 card deck Bug

    You cannot have 250 non basic lands and 15 perms in side board or the deck becomes invalid.

    overall way to repeat the bug: try to put 15 hare apparent in the side board then try to put 250 hare apparent in the main deck. you get locked to 235 in the main deck and placing other cards in the main deck will result in invalid deck. you must remove 1 hare apparent and have 16basic lands to have a valid deck with 15 side board...

19. My actuons freeze during combat

    My game keeps freezing during combat. It doesn't resolve anything. I can't act. I can't pass the turn or priority. I time out and lose the game.
    Still movement from the familiars on screen. I just can't do anything.

20. I haven't received the SOS pre-order

    I purchased the SOS version of the card pack pre-order yesterday. I received the card back, but after the new version was launched today, I didn't receive pre-ordered card packs. I noticed that many other players have reported the same issue on the forum. I hope the problem can be resolved as soon as possible. If necessary, I can upload relevant files as proof.
