How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Onn 10.1. using wifi hotspot. Game crashes randomly when card effect animation triggers... I have toggled every combination of gameplay oce.
Game keeps randomly crashing on Onn 10.1 when card animation is triggered. Tried every combination of gameplay options. Uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing cache and storage multiple times in multiple combinations. All cards freeze in game and when it try to concede in options options symbol disappears and game stays frozen.

Toph, The First Metalbender and Imprisoned in the moon interation
When enchanting Toph, The First Metalbender with Imprisoned in the moon it does not remove her abilities. All artifacts are still lands.

Won't update (and won't load) on IPv6
Magic: Arena won't connect to the update server (and therefore won't run) while IPv6 is activated.
Load screen terminates at "Retrieving asset manifest" with a connection error.
Turning off IPv6 in Windows Networking settings resolves the issue, starts as normal.
- Right click network icon in task bar
- Network and Internet settings
- Advanced network settings
- Click on down arrow at right side of network adapter
- Click Edit on More adapter options
- Click to deselect Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)
- Click OK
- Restart Arena -> works as expected

Daily quests not loading or visible
My daily request have been loading for days and none have appeared for me to do. It constantly resets, but I never get the option to do a daily request. It just tells me loading loading loading.

Spark Rupture & plainswalker's activated abilities
I had Spark Rupture and my opp attacked me with their creatures. On a blocking step they used ninjutsu ability to put down Kaito. And they were able to use Kaito's activated abilities on each of their turn.

When having to discard
If a person has been forced to draw 50 cards in one turn due to "Forced Fruition" for example, why does the game have such a ignorant mechanism to AUTO DISCARD while I'm in the process to select the cards i desire to discard personally, then when you run out of time from a stupid timer- it decides... oh, you wanted to discard the cards I auto kept for you? That sucks. I just lost a game to this. For I drew the correct cards from my deck to win the next turn... and now it's all in my graveyard…

Inkmoth Nexus not dealing damage.
Inkmoth nexus isn't dealing damage. Observed over three separate matches in Brawl games 4/18/2026 thru 4/19/2026. Inkmoth had stats 1/1 and dealt 0 damage, although infect properly triggered (opponent life total did not drop by the expected 1 life value despite successful attacks).

Tokens not generating
Max Tokens reached, no new tokens being generated.
Was playing a Simulacrum Synthesizer deck against a discard deck with no wincon. Opponent cleared my deck of useful cards, but left some wincons for me. However, after repeatedly copying Worldwalker Helm and generating map tokens, the game seemed to max out the number of tokens at around 230 tokens.
This is probably to prevent the game from crashing.
However, multiple times when I got my wincon and had opportunities to create artifact creature tokens or copies of Perilous Snare, etc. the tokens would not generate. Frustrating because I actually would have…

Did not receive end of season rewards/packs
Did not receive end of season rewards. Initially I was shown what rewards would be given but after validation of my selection only A mostly blank screen appears and nothing was awarded

Mirrorform game crash
When coppied with Double Vision and selecting Lavaleaper with both the original and 2nd copy with 100 treasure tokens on the board it freezes on the cast and crashes in a draw.

Internet malfunction
I don't know what happened, I've been playing games online all day and my internet is fine
but the game kept acting as if internet was off and it was not and it kept kicking me out of quick draft games, which I lost 3 games due to this problem, in one instance I was winning a match it kicked me out of it and when I tried to get back in the game it made me start another game but it didn't count as a loss for lost time either because it would have been my 3rd loss3 votes -
Show deck change history
Hi! I would love to have a feature where we can see a list of cards removed from our decks. This would be especially helpful for Brawl where you can't have a sideboard. Rather than having to comb through all the cards again to make changes or write them down externally it would be nice to have a way to view the ones we removed without leaving the app. :)

Kavaero triggering "if you cast it" abilities and players exploiting this using Bringer of the Last Gift.
Per the Game Rule: Kavaero (or any clone‑style Shapeshifter) enters as a copy of Bringer of the Last Gift, but it was NOT cast as Bringer of the Last Gift. Therefore the “if you cast it” clause is NOT satisfied.
✔️ The ETB trigger always goes on the stack
✔️ The “if you cast it” clause is checked only when the trigger resolves
✔️ If the creature wasn’t cast as Bringer → the effect does nothing1 vote -
Arena on android mobile crashes multiple times per game.
I paid for draft and the game crashes multiple times per match and because reconnect takes so long I lose a turn causing me to lose the game.
This happens on multiple different format. Brawl, premeir draft, and alchemy.
I am playing on Android.
It usually seems to happen right when a trigger I control was supposed to trigger and instead it gets locked onto thinking while my timer counts down. And I have to restart the client.
It has ruined 2 different premier drafts I've bought into. I kept trying waiting for things to get better but at this…3 votes -
Freezing
Four days after the TMNT update...and you still haven't fixed the freezing and crashing issue? Maybe it's time to start hiring people who actually know something about programming, since the morons you have now tend to break the entire game every time they try to add something... What a bunch of idiots. It takes some absolute retards to take the greatest game ever made...and make people hate it.. But you always find a way.

Sultai Devotee Ability Not Working Properly
The cards ability should let you pay 1 mana of any color, to then have a Swamp, Forest, or Island available. Unfortunately, no matter how many times I pay the 1, the ability doesn’t trigger.

Refund of coins or gems for 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3 in drafts
Hello,
I would like to make the following general suggestion for improvement for MTGArena : The game is very frustrating when you invest a bunch of gems or coins in a draft and then lose those hard-earned gems/coins due to the algorithm, etc., because you go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3.
I therefore suggest that a player be refunded all coins or gems if they go 0-3, 1-3, 2-3, or 3-3. This would improve the gaming experience and encourage more people to draft. This would also attract more players to MTGArena and encourage them to try out unusual drafts that…

use of talismans before treasure (even at 1 life)
Talismans are great for mana fixing and ramping, but what player in their right mind would use the colored mana from a talisman at 1 life if you also have 6 to 8 treasures available.......

freezing game when tokens leave the battle field ios
when tokens leave the battlefield or a creature dies from 0 toughness(toxic deluge) the game freezes
