How to report a bug

1.       Give us the steps to reproduce the bug

2.       Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)

3.       Enter the actual results you’re experiencing

4.       Enter the expected results of the feature

5.       Add any relevant screenshots/videos

6.       If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

 

Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

 

How to submit product suggestions

  1. Select “Product Suggestion” as the Category for your suggestion
  2. Enter your feedback
  3. Add any relevant screenshots/videos

 

Examples of product suggestions: Feedback on visual effects, recommendations for user interface improvements, new feature requests

  1. No resolve since update

    Since the pre-release hype TMNT update, I have lost two games in a row due to timing out. Opponents will play something that has to resolve and it won't. There is no button and the timer just burns away. 2/25/26.

  3. No Daily Quests since account created CRITICAL

    Hello!

    I have not received a 500 or 750 gold daily quest since my account was created.

    Yesterday, the timer read ~4-5h until quest refresh before I signed off and my account was at 525 gold.

    Today, the account reads ~20h until quest refresh and my account is still at 525 gold.

    Steps taken:

    ​- I have restarted the client multiple times.
    ​- I have played multiple games to try and force a refresh.
    ​- I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game on both PC and MacOS.
    ​- I confirmed my local time zone is correct (PST/EST/etc.).

  4. new customer support format

    you need to completely overhaul your customer support for this product these threads we vote on are so nontransparent and many overlap. when we do get the reply to a ticket is just check the thread. the game is becoming increasingly unplayable with every recent update and it seems as if you all do not care. There's no explanation of what's being done about these bugs and no actual support is being given to fix them.

  5. Pick two draft vanished

    Hi, I was playing pick two draft, then checking my quests and could not reenter or start a new run. The event just vanished. The other TMNT-events are still there. If the pick two draft event just ended, then it wasnt announced and I didnt get the gems for the wins I had.

  6. Opponent ropes, warning message, attention please

    Opponent ropes, warning message, when opponent finishes roping the options button disappears, music and animations "companion" still work but no other way to interact. Android tablet. Have repaired game files, 3 times now, can't play. Your attention would be appreciated.

  8. Game Crashes Across Multiple Formats

    I've had half a dozen games freeze & crash on me mid-match today, 2/24/2026 on my Android phone. I've played in Brawl, Standard, the Phantom Draft Mid-Week event & a Standard Event, & the same issue occurred.

    I would make a decision on blocking an opponents creature, letting a spell resolve, et cetera, the game would get stuck in whatever turn step or part of the stacks resolution it was on, my timer would turn on even if I didn't have priority, & the game would freeze.

    Even conceding the game doesn't work, as I can't leave the game. I…

    1. Change existing deck format from Standard to On the Edge
    2. PC and iOS
    3. Change existing deck format from Standard to On the Edge. And then, it can not be changed the format.

  12. BUG : authntication failure

    The user authentication system is currently experiencing major issues.
    Repeated login attempts are made by the client software and recieve the "Authentication failed ...: timeout" message. I was booted from the system mid game and now I am not able to login.

  14. Can't change the era of a deck in deck edit

    when you try and change a deck from say Timeless to Historic in the deck editor, you can't do it.

  15. Protection from color

    Just lost a ranked match because I couldn’t allocate where to send damage because my opponents creature had protection from green and it gave me no options but to sit there and concede.

  16. Deck Image is shared with opponent before the game starts in new Challenge feature

    In new Challenge Match feature, Deck Image of the selected deck is shared with my opponent when I clicked "Ready" button.
    Not only this reveals some deck information in a out-of-game way, it spoiled our experience of popping out surprising cards in the game.
    To avoid this, I need to use unrelated card image for all of my decks.

    I hope this "deck image feature" is removed as soon as possible, or at least, let me disable this feature.

  17. Challenge system won't let me go to match

    The new challenge system is great, but the system when challenging my friend sometimes won't let us enter a match and freezes. It happened sometimes when it first launched a few days ago, but has been happening more frequently since tonight

  18. Network error after draft

    Network Error, unable to join event. Please try again later. This message appeared on after I finished drafting a Premier draft: Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. I spent 10,000 coins on the event, these coins are still gone from my bank and I am still unable to play the event.

  20. Game will not authenticate my login iPhone 15

    The game will not authenticate or let me load in as of yesterday afternoon I played in the morning will not allow me in now
    Have deleted and redownloaded
    Have restarted my phone
    Checked for all known updates
    Have deleted all cache items
    Still has pop up stating will no authenticate server
    Have tryed my home internet
    Have tryed my cell service
