How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Unable to Login/Authenticate
Game is not allowing me to login to any account. Keeps saying Unable to Login/Authentication failed for <account name>: Timeout.

Marvel achievement cards do not appear available to me after I have won them
None of the marvel achievements cards are showing up available for me to use. This is extremely frustrating. Will I receive these once the bug is fixed? I will stop playing, if not. I don’t want to earn more cards that I cannot use. I’m mainly playing IOS

Jump Into marvel Super hero's is LAME, the "fantastic iron man" deck doesn't even have a red land source despite a search Land and Plenty of red spells, Why would you ever make Jump In in a Limited play reward form especially when whoever is making these LAME decks has horrible taste and understanding. such a lame experience this is the worst deck I've ever felt forced to play. what In this game could be more frustrating than paying for a horribly pre "designed" deck to play with this is horrible experience

Deck builder filter is broken
The filter in the deck builder is broken. Set it to Mythics only, doesn't filter. Try adding rare, entire UI locks up, client crashes completely. I try to report the bug, i get shunted to this page. So here you go. Fix it or not. I'm getting fed up with this product.

I can not use the rare or mythic filter when deck building.
If I have rare or mythic selected in the filter, the ok button no longer works. I tried typing in the search area using the search terms for rare and mythic. That did not work either. Mac OS

Ranked Season Reset Applied Twice – Rank Dropped from Mythic to Silver
I would like to report what appears to be a ranked season reset bug.
At the end of May 2026, I finished the ranked season in Mythic. When the season ended, my rank was correctly reset from Mythic to Diamond.
However, on June 1st, 2026, the game appeared to perform another season reset. As a result, my rank was reset a second time, dropping me from Diamond to Silver.
I had already received the normal season reset at the end of May, so the second reset on June 1st seems incorrect.
Unfortunately, I do not remember the exact match result…

Rigged Arena
What’s happening in Arena makes no sense at all. I only play Draft mode, and after several days of winning streaks and solid victories—building practically the same decks—suddenly I’M ONLY DRAWING LANDS. And I’m not talking about a single game; I’m talking about at least 10–15 games. And this has been happening to me for the 3–4 years I’ve been playing Arena. It’s very obvious what you’re doing—it’s not even that the opponent has a good deck; it’s that the draw algorithm automatically screws you over when you’re on a winning streak. Issue using free phantom Foundations draft for a second time
After completing the free phantom Foundations draft yesterday (June 10), I attempted to start the event again, only to be met with an error message informing me that there was a network error. My internet connection was stable, and other things on Arena worked normally.

not getting reward cards for marvel achievements
got zero of the rewards for achievements and have done about 8 of them!! this is ridiculous at first was counting cards played towards achievement now getting no card rewards!! fix this and reward everyone ... these kind of things ruin the game and you wont be selling GEMS from many who will quit if it continues.... costing you money

Jump-In Marvel Superheroes Rewards Bug
I don't think I received a rare card reward for winning my first Jump-In Marvel Superheroes match. The reward track progressed, and claim was greyed out. I received 750 gold from a daily quest, and a pack from xp on the mastery track, but I can't find any “New” rares in my collection besides the one from the pack, even when filtering for historic.

brutal brawler achievement
I completed the Brutal Brawler achievement and did not receive the 4 Hulk legendary cards after doing so. In fact, it doesn't even show up in the card database at all!!

quest not advancing
i have a quest today to play red and white spells. I can play as many as i want, the quest doesn´t advance.

Mythic ranking not show
I was mythic in limited (#50) and since today it is not being show in the interface, it says spark tier 0 and shown as mythic in constructed and diamond limited it happens both in windows and mobile, so it should be server side not local

ALCHEMY BROKEN, DECK BUILDING FAILURE
I noticed something odd. I created a deck about 30 minutes ago. Alchemy deck. After playing I decide to edit, I click on the deck in my collection. SERVER HANG. Close the client and restart. Other decks open and close properly, but Alchemy seems to have a glitch. Now when starting a build and you select Alchemy as format, the dropdown hangs like it was not selected.
I play a lot and have found a few glitches, bugs and help troubleshoot them. From the users end. I feel like an honorary employee. Can I get some swag? Coffee mug would…

Ghost packs and ranked reset
Yesterday, when the May ranked season ended on MTGA, I received my rewards. Since I had finished in Mythic rank in both Limited and Constructed, I was demoted to Platinum. So far, so good. But today, when I logged into the game, I got a message saying my rank had been reset. I received the rewards again, but now the packs don't show which collection they're from, and when I open them, nothing happens. Then, on top of that, my rank dropped to Silver.

'First' tag on already owned cards visual bug
I did a Strixhaven draft the other week, and drafted the card Pick your poison. When I opened a Strixhaven boster subsequently, it showed the card and said it was my first. Today Iopened another booster, it again showed thae card as my first. Checking my collection now shows 4 copies. This is clearly not a general issue as other cards don't show as my first, but I don't know if any other cards do the same, so not sure if cards are still showing as first even though there already four in my collection.
