1. Arachnogenesis vs. Earthbend interaction

   Platform: macOS
   Format: 100-Card Brawl

   Description of Bug:
   I cast "Arachnogenesis" during the Declare Blockers step. The spell resolved and successfully created Spider tokens, but it FAILED to prevent combat damage from the opponent's non-Spider creatures.

   The opponent was attacking with "Ghalta, Primal Hunger" (modified by "The Earth Crystal" and "Blanchwood Armor") and "Toph, Earthbending Master".

   Rules Confirmation:
   - There were NO "Questing Beast" effects on the battlefield.
   - There were NO "Damage can't be prevented" spells (like Stomp/Bonecrusher Giant) in the Graveyard, Exile, or Adventure Zone.
   - The attackers were not Spiders.

   Suspected Cause:
   There appears to be a layering or rules engine failure regarding damage prevention when interacting with the new "Avatar" set mechanics (specifically Toph or The Earth Crystal), causing valid damage prevention effects to be ignored.

2. Deck Validation Tray in deck builder not working

   Deck Validation Tray in deck builder is not working as it shows behind the rest of the gui elements (creatures, mana, colors composition dashboard).

   Playing the game in PC Steam.

   Already did game validation and it redownloaded the necessary files.

   Happens with all decks.

3. Game crashes during PickTwo draft in Win11 PC

   The game crashed during a PickTwo draft event, In Win11 PC, and cost me the game and the draft. Seconds before crashing, the screen freezes, then continues for a second, then freezes again, and then crashes. It's the second time in 24 hs, so I'm not going to play events until I see this resolved. Too unstable to keep trying. Can you do something about it, please?
   I can't upload the log or the image, I keep getting "Sorry, we couldn't submit your request" message. I'll try to upload them in a comment.

4. FIX DECK BUILDING JEEZZUS

   It’s been a while since you broke the card count/deck details button.
   After the TMNT update, changing lands starting crashing the app.
   Now IN DRAFT, YOU CAN’T EDIT A DECK BY ADDING/REMOVING CARDS INDIVIDUALLY ANYMORE
   You have to leave and re-enter the deck builder and remove cards from your entire draft pool one by one.
   And if you misclick once, start all over. Then hope you don’t get the LAND options bug and have to start from the beginning again

5. Zombie Infestation

   Flaw (my opinion) - Zombie Infestation is a unique card that can produce and perform. However, no where is it stated that this card/zombies get haste, yet upon immediate production they attack. Why?

   every time i play from mobile (android pixel 7) and my opponent play Uro the sistem crash and i automatically lose the match.

12. Crahs during draft deck building

    During deck building in powered cube draft (BO1), I´ve encountered a bug / crash.

    After building my deck (removing cards down to 40), I press "suggest lands" and then click on the arrow to maximize deck view. This crashes my game (Windows laptop, fine specs). Tested it three times, seems consistent.

16. Token Math

    Tokens should be treated as a grouped object. If I make 512 Scute Swarms, the client+server shouldn’t really see 511 objects with 511 animations.

    If I want to attack with 256 tokens, let me quickly input a number or percentage of the group.

    If some has summoning sickness, group those separately from the ones who don’t have summoning sickness.

    Cause at the end of the day, as you push MTGA to have Legacy like cards and Brawl continues to be supported, you need to handle objects at a maths level. Combining animations and combining tasks to reduce server and client demands.

    (Also badly needed is a FOR() and WHILE() function that players can set up and interact with; ideally semi automated.)

    I like lists.

    I like organising lists (use of tags and having tabs showing said tags. And yes that means a deck can appear in different tabs more than once.).

    Let me have N lists where N is LARGE.

    PS I should have supported views like CMC / type / custom.

18. New Player Experience / Onboarding Existing Magic Players

    After watching a new player (who has no Magic knowledge) try to learn Magic via MTGA, it is clear the tutorial isn’t being that helpful.

    1) dim most of the screen and show some of the key areas and explain what is the turn structure
    2) talk about phases, when you can cast spells. What is the difference between instant/sorcery and permeants
    3a) what is summoning sickness (that you cannot tap or attack until your next upkeep - except for force tapping)
    3b) that the attacking player choose to attack their opponent’s face or their planeswalker (using your creatures in any combination)
    4) show some optional harder teaching problems (like limited examples to let players get engaged with the math). Let the player step back to an earlier board state as well. And give them the average pro player’s response (of how they can be better).

    Trying to convert existing players to play MTGA:
    A) Allow a free account to play any format. They get 6 pass of 48 hour blocks to use ANY cards they please.
    B) If you spend 100usd on a welcome constructed pack, you can get a historic mana base (shock lands, pain lands, 3 fast and 3 slow lands and singleton of legendary channel lands). Generous set of wildcards and a choice of ‘precon’ decks (choose 3 from 9 to 12 decks. Pioneer, Historic and Timeless decks that are 80+% there; update these precons as the meta shifts).

    Generally rework the Mastery Pass so you have a reason to buy it. If you are being too cheap, there should be 3 tracks: Free pass, Drafter’s Bundle, Booster Bundle (wild cards, more boosters and let players pick the sets they want to get boosters from [1]).

    [1] I opened 81 boosters from ECL so far and received zero (0) mythic evoking elementals. Seeing larger whales open over 200usd of booster to not complete a set reminds me how **** poor booster packs are. MTGA should be more attractive. Both for pros who want a quick way to test Modern/Pioneer/Standard or supporting casual players.

    Apart from it not existing, could WotC care to manage this better. Ban more regularly (whilst refunding players) to encourage players to test new things. You have the stats but Black decks are probably head and shoulders above other decks. You basically get to play Black or get Blacked.

    Could you have restricted Grief and refunded players? YES!!

    Could Strip Mine be banned and Wasteland be legal instead? YESSS. (It makes a difference when you can fetch basic island and basic mountain to still play than getting Stripped out of one or more colours; if you have any lands left).

    It is like how MTGA devs pushed for Pioneer to be on the client but then there is no official support for Pioneer (basically WotC wasting development time). You have the power to work together (working with executives and tournament organisers than being this wasteful).

20. Set Codes / Not(Anthologies) but should be - Powered Cube Cards

    I'm keeping track of 62+ set codes on MTGA (cause you don’t make it easy). And until recently, "cube-52.60" was working as a poorly named but findable grouping of cards that are not otherwise grouped together in any other way.

    Why not make a singular list of Powered Cube Cards. These cards could be co-listed with two set codes. That they are a part of Powered Cube Collection (PCC) and whatever set a given set that was used for a specific card

    And please work with sites like Scryfall to make sure their databases are EASILY maintained. (Third party sites should go through some vetting, sign an NDA and then get prerelease datadump, say 7 to 14 days before it is supposed to go live. Card text in english, full format availability, and even images. Since you seem to have the sets finalised at least 12 months before set release date, making this data availably is just best practices. WotC employees should be surveyed if they use Scryfall or the Gatherer as their go to search)
