How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Won a match and still lost rank
I won a match at diamond tier and last rank instead of gaining rank.

Captain Marvel, Earth's Protector Bug
I experienced a bug with Captain Marvel not being removed after having a minus toughness effect cause her to go below 0.
In game, opponent flashed in Captain Marvel to block an attacker and used the ability to give an indestructible counter. After damage was assigned she was down to 1 toughness.
In the second main, I cast a spell to give target creature -2, -2 until end of turn which should have gotten around the indestructible counter, however she remained on the battlefield and proceeded to run away with the game.

"Connection Lost"
I can't get into arena since about 4 days ago. When I start up it says ‘Connection Lost’. The only options are ‘check status’ (which indicates the servers are fine), ‘reconnect’ (which does nothing), and ‘exit game’. I've restarted the computer and exited and restarted the game, but it makes no difference. I uninstalled and reinstalled, no difference. I asked about this with the normal wizards customer service, and they said they can't help and sent me to you.

Bug
I played champions of the Perfect, and beheld an elf token. My opponent then played a boardwipe. The token returned to the battlefield, despite Champions of the Perfect saying it must return to my hand which would destroy the token

cant respond while badgermole cub on the stack
I have had this same interaction many times and it's very frustrating. When my badgermole cub is on the stack, and they try to kill my mana dorks, the spell might as well have split second. There is no chance to respond, I am not auto yielded on anything

Jump in
Hi... Im trying to play Marvel's Jumpin, selected daredevil's deck, then thor's deck, i've kicked to home screen. Now, when i'm trying to play this event, the game shows me that screen, can't go ahead or back...

Umezawa Jitte gets double counter
When someone deal combat damage while Jitte is equipped, it shouldnt get 2 counters but only 1. Yet in my recent game someone got 2 counter, which is why he won the game with that.

captain america, first avenger throw effect + opponent using Aetherize = freeze of hand
Mode: competitive brawl
Commander: Captain America, first Avenger.Today I couldn't move a card in my hand or out of my hand after:
I used the ability throw of captain america, first avenger when having Lizard Blades equiped while the opponent used Aetherize to defend himself.
I hit his creature and the player, then I received my commander back on the hand.
My lizard blades did not land in my hand, they were placed back on the board as creature.After receiving my commander back to my hand, i couldn't move cards in my hand or out of my hand.…

skipping phase
When i play my Mm'memnon commander and have a howling mine in play it skips second main phase where I can tap mine for mana if I don't have spell to play, thereby stopping my opponent from getting benefits of tapping howling mine

Emeritis swords to plowshares doest trigger
I tried to play swords to plow shares but the game doesn't register that its an instant in addition to its creature card type.

Magic Arena skipped my rest of my round causing lose and helping opponent win
Magic Arena in Historic was playing and also oponent with Guide of Souls, Soul Warden a Delney both having several hundreads of triggers most resolved in reasonable. Attack with two Voices of Victory caused the game to run me out of time and skipping Guide of Souls ability use a thus loss of voth Voices of Victory which would normally survive (fly over) and thus handing victory to opponent who in his round done the same but was not punished.
Game is active sabotages players at random - fix this or at least have option to report this unfair manipulation…

Fix your game
Magic: The Gathering Arena’s shuffler is the digital equivalent of a spiteful toddler being handed a 60-card deck and told to "make it hurt." What used to be the gold standard of strategic card gaming has been reduced to a rigged slot machine that fundamentally refuses to simulate reality. The sheer statistical impossibility of the "Arena experience" is breathtaking.

My mtg arena account is frozen in the tutorial
There needs to be a way to reset the game, back to the title screen. Where my game is stuck at, there is no options button.

Unholy Annex / Doctor Doom
Today while playing a standard game, I had Doctor Doom and the Unholy Annex/Core combo in play and after losing one life for the draw ability in Doom’s text, the system immediately took over at the end of turn and I drew the cards for Unholy Annex but did not gain life like I was supposed to.
Also, Firdoch’s Core is a Changeling and should act as the artifact creature for Doctor Doom’s ability to become indestructible. The same way Core works with unholy annex to spot a demon on the battlefield.

Brawl opponents Commander always the same guys
Like what the **** is really going on man. There's got to be more than like 10 different commanders in the brawl portion of the game. This is ridiculous

Card played, server timed out, card stuck cast but unresolved, with no ability to recast.
When playing, I cast a spell on my turn. The sever lagged out. The spell was stuck cast, but unresolved. My mana was still available, but the card was stuck and could not be replayed, robbing me of a card.
