How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.
Examples of bugs: Incorrect rules interactions, wrong event rewards, issues with client functions like creating decks

Daily wins not being awarded, rank not updating or moving at all.
My rank is not changing, win or lose and daily wins are not counting towards any progression.

Season reward June 2026
Got no season rewards end of June, now (July 1st) I was given rewards for this new "season" but the packs are blank and when I went to open them they didn't contain anything.
Also my Ranks didn't reset, which means i am 281 % Mythic right now, lol.15 votes -
Booster pack issue
Got 10 free booster packs, but none of them are opening.
The packs were a bonus for that system error, where all mythic were brought down to basic when the month ended. I got 10 free packs. None of them open. I clicked 4 times, each time it jus flashed, but no cards showed… then i looked at the counter, and the counter went down though, so I’m at 6 packs now, but nothing happened… no cards.

Double reset consolation rewards
On June the ranked ladders were double resetted. This resulted in people losing ranks for no reason. Now you sent a consolation rewards - 10 ghost packs with no cards. It's bad enough that people get unequal chances for ranking but you don't have to rub it in with non-working rewards.

Incorrect/Early Season Awards
I play arena on PC. This morning I logged on and received my May season rewards (in limited I was platinum IV), which brought me back down to I believe high silver/gold IV. After a few hours of play this morning I was back to gold III. Upon logging in again a few minutes ago, a pop up for June awards came up, giving me rewards for gold III limited, and dropped me down to silver IV. Except I did not receive the gold or the packs it said I would receive, so now my rank is just busted. Please…

Unable to search cards by rarity
Description:
It is currently not possible to search or filter cards within a deck. Applying any rarity filter does not update the card list, and the interface remains unchanged.Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to any deck (Format: Historic Brawl)
- Click on Advanced Filters
- Select any Rarity
- Click OKExpected Result
- All cards of the selected rarity (owned cards unless otherwise configured) should be displayed.Actual Result

Companion
Companion does not get into the game after the last update fot all brawl modes.

Missing season rewards
I didn't get the season rewards. Actually, it's like the season didn't end at all. I still have the ranking i had the end of the previous season. Last season, i was incorrectly set back to bronze, despite being at diamond in constructed and at platinum in limited

No End of season rewards

Rank Season Packs empty second month in a row. I opened the 10 packs again like last month and got nothing.
Rank rewards empty again this month, first month playing have gotten 13 empty packs at this point. 3 last month and 10 today. Please fix this is so disappointing.

Derank from platinum to silver because of an end season bug (season ended twice for me yesterday and today)
I play on mobile. The season just ended yesterday the 30th of may. I was in Diamond 1. So got reset to gold 1, as usual. Played some games got to Platinum 4.
Today I play a BO3 standard game, I win 2-1, when I win I only get one rank instead of 2. And when I got out of the match Arena tells me it is the end of the season, and gives me the en season reward screen, saying I was in Platinum 4 (which I was but only because the season already ended). Ranked season rewards packs contained no cards. Nor did they progress wild card progress.
July 1st I received 10 packs as compensation for the June ranked reset bug. Ranked season rewards packs contained no cards. The packs were not from a specific set. Nor did they progress wild cards. This has to be a bug or something cause the packs basically never did anything.

My disappeared unopened packs
Hello,
Thank you for your consideration for the bug I experienced. I have received 10 packs because of the bug. But when I clicked open button, there was an empty box popup with an ok button and after I clicked it the packs disappeared. I didn't get any cards from those packs. Would you resend those packs again?

Rank Season ERROR
Hi, I received some x10 Boosterpacks due to this seasonal rankings error, but I can't open them. I press the button to open them, and they just glitch. It's like they gave me boosterpacks with air inside. What can I do to get my rewards?
