4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

Lorwyn Mastery Pass with the worng rewards
The rewards form the Lorwyn Mastery Pass are wrong. I just received 3 booster packs from Edges of Eternities instead of 3 Lorwyn boosters from the Mastery Pass where shoud be Lorwyn. There is somo sort of bug going on.

Wrong Packs in Mastery Pack for Lorwyn
Hey there,
I got 3 Edge of Eternity packs from the mastery pass, but the picture showed pictures of Lorwyn packs. Is there a way to get the packs swapped to Lorwyn instead?

Tutorial repetition
Each time I opened the home page, the tutorial flashed. Informing me that we are able to gain reward after meeting its request. And then it disappeared without any guidance. I'm sure that I have passed all tutorial. Unfortunately, I failed to start a dual in PC since the tutorial appeared. I failed to enter any game since the annoying tutorial flashed in the home page!

Unable to update deck type Standard/historic/timeless
after copying an existing deck, I am unable to change the deck format to build it with the desired card lists available to different battle types

Issues starting matches
Choose to Play
You may be stuck in waiting for opponent for a while, so long you may be offered to cancel. If you do wait until you connect, the game will not show you your hand, and is waiting for the opponent. A timer begins for the opponent and runs all the way down. It does not time out the opponent. If you hit concede at this point nothing happens. Restarting the computer, and reinstalling mtga does not help.15 votes -
Unable to play matches
Stuck at Waiting for Opponent in almost all matches across multiple formats. Occasionally able to load into a match, unable to get past mulligan phase. Premier draft is unable to be selected. Had an Avatar Premier draft deck with 0/0 record, now completely unable to select Avatar premier draft. May have been awarded match losses for inability to connect, I can't tell as the premier draft option is currently not visible and unable to be selected.

matchmaking
There is an issue with the matchmaking server. I've attempted to join the Ranked Standard queue multiple times from two separate devices (laptop with Windows PC and iPhone 15) and each time it's either taken an extremely long time to connect or doesn't connect at all. And even when it finds an opponent, the game simply stalls at the opening screen prior to where you pick a hand.

I preordered the Mastery Pass, which should have qualified me to receive the Fleem cosmetics, but I have not received them.

My actuons freeze during combat
My game keeps freezing during combat. It doesn't resolve anything. I can't act. I can't pass the turn or priority. I time out and lose the game.
Still movement from the familiars on screen. I just can't do anything.7 votes -
Game completely froze during bo3 games
During bo3 games, while playing on my phone (an Android), the game completely freezes after certain actions: the game gives me priority but i can't take any actions in game, it lets me just open the menu and i can only watch as my time bar runs down, but the screen remains stuck where my last actions was take.

Game freezes
Since the latest update, the game freezes randomly and I cannot proceed without restarting the application. Seems to trigger when events are being resolved from the stack. I can still interact with some game elements, but the gameplay is stuck. I would provide a captured log, but clicking that button didn’t seem to do anything. I am on version 2026.57.0.4042.1241037 on an iPad. I’ve tried rebuilding the files to no avail.

Jumpstart deck is almost all lands
For the Avatar Jumpstart Event, I chose the Relentless and Rebelling packs. The resulting 40-card deck had 27 lands and 13 spells, which is completely unplayable. This was a waste of a Jumpstart token because I basically cannot win, unless my opponent forfeits due to a timeout. I simply run out of spells before I can get within striking distance.

Tutorial bug
There is a big issue on the 4th ennemy on the tutorial !
Can you fix it ? There is a bunch of cards blocking and I can't choose the card to summon monster for the last steps !!!

Game freezes during turn, leading to timeouts or crash
Since the last update (Feb 24th 2026) The game tends to become unresponsive as card effects resolve, leading to unpreventable timeouts and game loss. It's like "waiting on opponent" timeout, except it's my go but there's no option to resolve the stack or pass
Repairing/reinstalling/reopening doesn't fix as maybe 60% of games still end through concessions due to technical issues
Suggestion: implement a "Sorry, I'm having technical issues" emote so at least we can maintain a level of respectful sportsmanship during these frustrations
I can't justify spending Gold or Gems to join events knowing that the game will probably crash,…

Game keeps crashing when i activate lander tokens (android)
Ever since the last update my game keeps crashing in the middle of matches. I am on android. Something went wrong with the game code when the last update was posted, game keeps crashing when certain triggered abilities activate, like for example when rhystic study is on the stack with something else or whenever I try to activate a lander token, I consistently crash the the game out with lander tokens. Screen freezes at end of turn
Whenever I play the card molten duplication the game freezes. Since the lastest update 02/25/26, each time the card is played, the game progresses towards the end step. Right after clean step the game freezes. Time bars run on both sides, neither player able to do anything; a complete and utter nightmare. Please fix this issue.

Game frozen on iOS
On iOS, the game freezes at turn 16. Unable to resolve effects or move forward with the game.
This is on the direct game against sparky.

Game freezing after damage when attacking
Twice in one Lorwyn quick draft, game has frozen in the damage step while attacking. Forcing a hard reset and giving two match losses in the paid event.
I would like my entry fee back. I understand that connection issues happen, but this is unacceptable.
