How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

draft pack bugged
When I tried to claim the packs from the store that I won in the draft, it threw a connection error and they disappeared. I don't know if I got the cards because none appear as new when creating/editing a deck.

Draft starting witha loss/App crash leading to not being able to play out turn
Two separate bugs, both in the same week. I’m on iPhone app.
I did a quick draft, built my deck and closed out. Came back that evening to play and had a loss marked despite not having played a game in the event yet.
This morning, the app crashed during declare blockers step. Reloaded app and was unable to select any options aside from pass. Reloaded app twice more to the same result before my timers ran out and the app auto passed.
I’d be less irate about this if hadn’t cause me an unnecessary game loss. I get these…1 vote -
draft connection error
I was in the 5000-coin Magic draft when I got a connection error and it wouldn't let me select some cards for the deck.

Server Lost Connection and removed a Land from Play
The server lost connection, then took me to the Home screen to start new game. I clicked on Play. Previous game began again, except I had no land. I lost game due to bugs.

Merci WoC et HASBRO
Merci car grâce à vous j'enrichie Blizzard et Steam, vous truquez tellement ce jeux pour faire gagner les pauvres décérébrés qui vous donne de l'argent parce qu'ils ne savent pas construire un deck et qu'ils ne savent pas jouer que je joue depuis plus de 4 ans sans vous avoir donner le moindre dollar et que j'ai bien l'intention de continuer à jouer gratuitement, juste pour faire chier les débiles de payeurs en jouant des decks cancer.
Le jeux de carte MAGIC est devenue à l'image de sa comunauté, un ramassi de carte débils et inintéressantes.

Game crash during SOS premier draft
Game crash during SOS premier draft. It just looks like win for me, as opponent timer run out and game finished premier draft. Than I could not log in. I have reinstalled MTG:Arena and get back to find out, I have lost.
Please, give me at least paertial refund. I like to do premier drafts and I am running out of crystals this way.
Also, when I click in last second to choose a card during a draft, it doesn't record. That is know bug, as I have seen it to happen on populars Twitch streams.

draft pick error
During a Premier Draft, after the pick time expired and I still had the card clicked, I was unable to pick any more cards, and a network error occurred. I had to restart the app.

Where can I use the card style I received as a ranked match reward?
Where can I use the card style I received as a ranked match reward? Even though I have the card style as a reward, I am asked to pay money when I try to apply it to my card style.

Cards not leaving battlefield after removal + card dragging with mouse not working
Noticed today that several card images persisted on the battlefield after being destroyed specifically. Cards would be destroyed by another card, lose their counters but stay in place, with a duplicate card moving to the graveyard or command zone respectively. The bugged remaining card seems to visually have perpetual summoning sickness and other than appearing to be on the battlefield, they dont function or impede normal gameplay.
Also seems like dragging cards with my mouse randomly doesn't work, but all other mouse functions do. This allows me to basically play normally, though without the ability to reorder cards or move…

Personne ne se pose de questions sur le tirage des cartes et le choix de l'adversaire sur les modes Classement?
Vous trouvez tous normale de tomber contre des adversaires qui ont une sortie de cartes dans l'ordre parfait de la synergie du deck?
Que cela arrive "occasionelement", ça passe encore mais quand c'est 2 parties sur 3 dans un mode qui demande un deck construit correctement, vous trouvez cela normal?
Vous trouvez normale que la pioche des cartes soit truqué au point d'arriver à perdre contre un deck de 250 cartes au quatriéme tours?
Tous le monde trouve normale…

Shouldn't MTG and Hasbro, who repeatedly cause problems by ignoring compliance and using AI and copy-pasting in their illustrations, be destroyed?
To begin with, all the MTG Arena staff should jump off a cliff.

Terminal Velocity with twinflame tyrant already on the field incorrectly fails to double damage from the mana cost of chosen creature,
After playing terminal velocity and selecting ghalta (12 mana cost) while already having twinflame tyrant on the battlefield incorrectly dealt 12 damage to each creature instead of 24.

Rock Soldiers unable to target Anduril, Flame of the West
My opponent played Rock Soldiers and was unable to use its noncreature artifact destruction to target my Anduril, Flame of the West. There was no effect present to block this interaction. Rock Soldiers effect immediately fizzled with no detected targets.

Cannot cast instant while blocking
Why I am not able to cast instant while blocking? I had Moment of triumph, but cannot cast it, so my units died. Very disappointing bug!

Cannot read cards
Hello I cannot read the card names or the creature or spell type or the power and toughness. And on the loading screen the vs. it all appears as squares.
If I want to know a card name and it's power/toughness I now need to already know the card and look it up on Google. That is very hard because the game is ultra diverse right now with boros control, orzhov life hack, mono green landfall ouroboroid, mono black lilliana, and dimir midrange all running top of the game there is too many cards to memorize. It would be easier…

Arcane epiphany cost reduction
While playing blue red I had 2 human wizards on battlefield, arcane epiphany normally 4 mana, 1 less if you control a wizard then 3, for me def left me frustrated lol had a 2 mana starting hand but a guy that cost 1 and another 2 so figure good enough if I draw land then wasn’t able to buy the card draw when I had 3 and wizards on feild and got destroyed by opponent within next few turns
