How to report a bug
1. Give us the steps to reproduce the bug
2. Note which platform you’re using (PC, Steam, Mac, Android, or iOS)
3. Enter the actual results you’re experiencing
4. Enter the expected results of the feature
5. Add any relevant screenshots/videos
6. If you found a workaround, please add workaround steps.

cannot add to side board for my brawl deck
Ran into a bug where I couldn't add to my sideboard when building a brawl deck despite it giving me an error message for empty sideboard due to karn the great creator being in my deck

Deck Sorting Options Do Not Change Display
In the deck menu, the options to sort the decks by Last Modified, Last Play, or Alphabetically only sorts them alphabetically regardless of option chosen.

Life over 50 Achievement
I won a game (not direct challenge or against sparky) with 53 life, but the achievement did not trigger.

One loss in the Brawl Metagame Challenge ?????
In the Brawl Metagame Challenge, you have to pay to enter, but, in this best-of-one format, if you get one loss you are eliminated. It should be two losses at least. I hate to be critical of this company that makes a game i love and am passionate about, but i sincerely hope this was just an oversight. If it wasn't, I hope nobody joined as protest. One loss is ridiculous.

sideboard
Unable to sideboard at all despite not reconnecting or disconnecting. Unable to add cards to my deck. This is ridiculous that it has been happening since bloomburrow and not addressed. This occurs on iOS and Windows.

Unable to view certain Cards
Several cards that I’m trying to add to my deck are not showing up even after triple checking my filters. Some of these are cards like Nightscape Familiar and Veyran, Voice of duality. I’ve asked around and people say that theses are on mtg arena, but I can’t find them even for a timeless deck.

Unable to start game on Android after latest update
After the update on July 8th, 2025, I am unable to reach the main menu after the load screen.

Deck Lists and Metadata - Stored as a Matrix
Decks should be an organised matrix. You can have default sorts (cmc, type then cmc, name) but also a custom sort (how the matrix was last updated).
If you are viewing custom sort. A card being changed from column to column, and the deck being saved: this should result in the matrix being updated. So if Lotus Cobra is moved from column1 to column2*, then only display that when viewing custom.
When you open up the deck for subsequent times, show the last selected sort-by (a specific default sort or a custom sort).

Duplicate Protection Not Fully Reducing Final Fantasy Brawl Deck
It's my understanding that the duplicate protection on preconstructed decks should allow that protection to extend to any art version of cards we own.
Using just the FFVII-themed Brawl deck as an example, I notice a few cards like Professional Face-Breaker, Rootbound Crag, and Furyborn Snarl, where I have a non-Final Fantasy version of the card, yet the Brawl deck in the store seems to act like I don't have the card at all.
This may have the effect of not fully reducing the cost of the decks, if I'm understanding Duplicate Protection correctly.

BUG: Unable to edit sideboard
bug: I can't add cards to the sideboard when building a deck
platform: ios (ipad)
reproduction:
* create a deck with 60 cards (see the deck in my account called "[std] grix wiz 2" as an example)
* save the deck and then come back in and edit it
* add some new cards to the deck (I added 4 x negate)
* attempt to move those new cards into the sideboard from the main deck area by opening the sideboard panel and dragging them in (this is on ios for me)

BUG in ARENA DIRECT
I just got "lost" in Arena direct for 5000 Gems!!!!! approximately 35 USD!!!!!!!!! I had a good pool, was playing game no 3 (I was 1-1) and suddenly the game stopped like it was refreshing or some issue with the connection (internet was working fine). It logged back and I was out of the game so I immediately clicked play (I assumed I will be back in the game I was winning). Turned out I started a new game with different opponent. Decks not being valid on multiple formats
My decks from pioneer and standard are not valid on their formats, despite not having any invalid cards, I've been unable to play ranked for days!! I have tried making a new deck from scratch, exporting and importing again and deleting the old one and nothing works!!

not awarded card styles for color challenge
completed the color challenges (all 5), but did not get any of the card styles. see attached screenshot for the white color challenge that i used as an eg when raising the issue with customer support. was disappointed with the reply i got, especially when i read online that others were able to have the missing card styles added to their account after contacting support. anyone able to actually help instead of the nothing burger i got from this particular CS?

Arena Direct Token Not Displaying
I won a box of Edge of Eternities in the Arena Direct event and claimed the prize but there is no token showing. I was on the i-Pad app.

Cards in deck are different than they were a few days ago
- No idea how to reproduce this, it's just something that now exists
- PC
- When I logged on today, my deck which was a Brawl deck with The First Sliver as my commander is full of different cards. I've never seen this combination of cards before, it's definitely not what my deck was previously
- nil
- I could show you the new deck, but without the old deck I'm not sure it's relevant
- None, other than rebuilding my old deck. But I don't recall all the cards

Can't open decks to edit them
Running Arena on PC.
When attempting to open a deck to edit, the game displays the "waiting for server" screen until I restart the game. It does this no matter which deck I select, and it does it for the starter decks as well as the one's I've created.

Every blue deck has rhystic study
I find it rather peculiar that every deck I play against in brawl that has blue drops rhystic study turn three or four. It's crazy that my opponents can manage to have that card in opening or draw it by turn three, a single copy. But unless I keep a four land hand there's a slim chance I'll even see a 4th land by turn seven or eight.

Unable to Scream destroying things?
I attached Unable to Scream to opponent's Fuel Tank Feaster. Fuel Tank Feaster was destroyed, leaving each card in their respective graveyards.
How does this happen?
Unable to Scream entered from exile from Relic Warder. As soon as I selected where to put Unable to Scream, Feaster just popped instead of becoming a 0/2...I flickered the Relic Warder with Soulherder to release the Scream and declined exiling anything with Relic Warder.

Unable to connect
I barely finished my first Final Fantasy Sealed because I've been randomly disconnected from matches (the game did not count those as losses though). Since then I am totally unable to connect to matches. The game says: "Entering the match", but instead of starting the match the screen blacks out, and I'm sent to main screen.
